Installation:
1. install APK from archive
2. copy SDL directory from archive to the root of storage card

EDIT: I've tried several times to install windows xp to bochs and qemu... the big problem is not the VMHEAP in build.prop ..
windows xp setup crashes with an video error. and if i copy a qemu pre installed image to sdcard, it shows me an acpi error!!

So finally tried it. This is pretty sick (in a geeky sort of way). Funniest thing I've had happen yet: forgot to properly shut down Windows. Next time I launched I saw the old school scandisk window verifying my files. I laughed, I shed a tear of joy, my coworkers think I'm crazy now.
Is there any way to change the language to English?

Jbed.apk is not valid, it says "Parse Error", I get the same error in froyo
I had problems flashing it but fixed it by installing it manually.

What do you know? It works. However there are some real major glitches. If you remember, almost all JAR games etc depended on left/ right soft keys. And in my SGS there is no such thing.
I tried all buttons and keys on this phone, but to no avail. Also the resolution of the games leave a lot to be desired (though for this you cannot do anything from your end).
Any suggestions on the key bug that I have highlighted above will be really appreciated. But once again thanks for making this - LONG TIME PENDING!

I tried this JBED package and other different JBED versions (from 2.1 to 2.3.1).
The previous versions to 2.3.1 show an FC right after trying to open. ROM details are at the signature.
JBED version 2.3.1, the one contained in this package as well on the LeeDrOiD v3.3.1 ROM for Desire HD / Inspire 4G and the add-on at Android Revolution HD thread for Desire HD / Inspire 4G, doesn't show FC but all of them display a "Maybe no sd card or sd card is busy, please check it" message. So it isn't possible to install any jar.
Any ideas how to make JBED (or other Java VM) work with this Virtuous Unity 1.31 ROM?
I do apologize for the stupid question, but: how do I install this?
Screen distorted
Hi there,
I installed the zip through the stock recovery of gingerbread on my galaxy fit. It installed fine on my galaxy fit and I now have a java app in my app drawer. But when I run the app it searches the jar files on my sdcard (don't know why it also shows my framework.jar etc. system files). When I install and run the java app the screen becomes pixelated. I mean the app doesn't run correctly.. the screen is distorted.. I can't read or view anything. Please help me fix this !!

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if anyone with a Tegra device could post the files for "Dark Meadow: The Pact THD". It's a free app, but it's only available to download on Tegra devices; and I only have Exynos devices.

Yes, it still doesn't work for me.
I should point out that I've already tried downloading the 8MB apk and installing it. It wouldn't work. I suspect this has less to do with it being a Tegra game and more to do with the fact that the actual Market download isn't 8MB; it's 538MB. No... I'm not ****ting you... It really is 538MB. It doesn't download 530MB post-install; it's an actual 538MB installation. That is why I specifically asked for someone with a Tegra device to install, backup, and upload all the files for this game. I apologize. I should have elaborated in my first post.
Now, to sweeten this pot. I'll chuck in $5.00 via PayPal to whoever posts all the necessary files for this. Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty good with getting things running on unsupported devices. I'm even fairly confident that I'll be able to get this running without even using Chainfire 3D. I'm trying to download the SD data now. If it works, I'll try to get the game working. If I'm able to do that, I'd be happy to share it with you. Also, just for kicks, could you zip and upload your ICS Stunner build.prop please. I'd like to try your fingerprint for potential build.prop mods on the Note and Tab 7.7.

Okay. I've got the *.apk and the full SD data. However, I keep running into problem after problem. I have never encountered an app that I couldn't get working on my device, as long as it was built for my device's version of Android. However, I may have to admit defeat with this one. I tried the "all devices" *.apk, but it had problems of it's own. So I made my own "all devices" *.apk and it seemed to work. However, the game also has some pretty intense license checking as well; which makes very little sense being that it's a free game. Anyway, I went ahead and made yet another *.apk and this one has the device check and the license check removed. With Chainfire 3D set to use the NVIDIA plugin, I can now successfully launch the game and it will load the first three splash screens and start playing the title music. However, it freezes on a black screen and crashes after that.
I'm going to bed now; but if anyone would like to give it a shot over the next few hours, I'm going to go ahead and post a link to my newest *.apk with device check and license check removed. Feel free to give it a shot. Just a head's up though, you absolutely must have the SD data to get it to work. It will not, under any circumstances, allow you to download the SD data yourself..... unless you legitimately installed the app from the Play Store.

Today I'm gonna show you how to run the old MacOS on your Android Phone!
OK, PLEASE FOLLOW THE GUIDE STEP BY STEP OT IT WILL NOT WORK:
Requirements: A Windows Computer, AAAAND your Android Phone...
Things you will do on your Windows computer:
1. Download the files from the attachments

2. Download an app called "MinivMac" here's the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...wsMSwxLDEsIm5hbWUub3NoZXIuZ2lsLm1pbml2bWFjIl0.

3. Extract ALL the files from the attachments and create a folder and name it minivmac, then put ALL the extracted files in the minivmac folder EXCEPT checksum.md5

4. Open up MinivMac.exe (should be one of the extracted files) and drag the "System Startup" disk into the MinivMac [Program] window
------------------
5.Then drag 896K.disk into the MinivMac [Program] window
------------------
6.Double-Click on the "System Startup" icon, then click installer, click install, then it should install, then it will ask you for "System Additions" disk so drag it to the MinivMac [Program] and then it will ask you to put the "System Startup" disk so drag it, then click quit
------------------
7. Put the minivmac folder you created earlier in the root of your SDCard

Things you will do on phone:
8. Open up the MinivMac app you installed, press the option button (which is located on the left of the phone) then click insert disk, a menu will show up, click on 896K, THEN

Dead Mac Icon
Am I the only one getting the "dead mac?" Followed the directions, and neither the 896K .dsk image nor a pre-existing one I generated with Basilisk II for Windows worked -- no matter what, I'm getting the "dead mac" icon. Ideas of what to try next?
While we're on it, anybody know where there are instructions for Basilisk II for Android? As I mentioned that's worked for me on my Win10 machine, wondering if that's an option since I see I can get it through the Google store.

Just to clarify...
Basilisk II port- does not work - At least not for SM-N920T (Note 5 / T-Mobile)
Mini VMac (Ver. 1.4.1) for Android - does not support chip-set emulation higher than a Mac Plus Roms or System 7.5.5 , so
What this means is NO COLOR on Android Mac emulation.
I will keep this updated with the current apk and data for battlefield commadner.
I know how much I have been looking forward to this. Hopefully this works for everyone. If any links do not work please let me know.

Here is a way to run Commander Mode with out a android phone/tablet.
PC software to run android apps
Then install like you would on an android tablet. Just download and enjoy.
There appears to be an issue with having enough ram with in the program preventing it loading Commander Mode. WIll launch Battlelog just fine.

I was able to play commander on my HTC EVO LTE (sprint). the app is still buggy in the sense that it connects me to a game that already has two commanders or a game with no people in it but after many attempts I was able to get into a game where there were people in it and only one commander (me being the second)
Additionally I would like to clarify something on Stanley's instructions. The unzipped bf4 data folder called "Battlefield Commander 1.0.1 data" contains a folder that is called obb and in that folder there is another folder called "com.ea.game.warsawcommander_row". It is this folder "com.ea.game.warsawcommander_row" that needs to be copied into the directory internal storage>android>obb. I had initially tried to copy the folder "Battlefield Commander 1.0.1 data" into the directory internal storage>android>obb which did not work and I got some data error message. Once I copied the "com.ea.game.warsawcommander_row" folder to internal storage>android>obb the app launched and I was able to play.

ok so that app is not as buggy as I thought. If it says commanders 2/2 you are the second commander if you join. if it says 1/2 that means if you will be the only commander (until another joins)
That doesn't sound that bad. I keep hearing alot worse
I can't even get it to launch on the Note 2. It goes to black screen and force closes. Before the update it would get stuck downloading the data even when the data was installed.

Name of file (server the file is hosted)
I added multiple servers just in case one of them fails. I will be adding more as time comes.

I hate to ruin it for you, but it probably won't work. I have tried many times to get it to work on my note 2.
I have been watching reviews and the entire note lineup (note 8, 10.1) is having the same problem. I figure when they fix it for them it will work for us also.
