Flashed bootloopfixtest.zip for possible fix to Silver_RomV1 bootloop.
Wiping......
Flashing....
Watching "Android" fade left/right.......................looping now for 10 minutes.
Running Silver_RomV1 with UCLA3 kernel flashed over rom to resolve loop.
The bootloopfixtest.zip is not working.....will re-flash UCLA3 kernal to resolve loop.
Sorry Silver.
Thats what i figured. Thanks anyway. Using stock kernel in tomarrows release

Hey,
So i flashed the 1.10.7 onto my phone, after which I ran the Kernel cleaning script and then flashed the latest cm7 platypus kernel.
I was running MIUI 1.9.16 before this and had no issues at all. Also before I flashed I did wipe system and cache.
On reboot my phone just basically hangs at the boot screen.
Any ideas on how to fix it? I really wanna go back to the platypus kernel.
Thanks in advance.
Wow the same thing is happening to me. I can't seem to flash any kernel on the new miui ROM. It just gets stuck at boot screen.
I would just flash back to the old version.

Which platypus kernel? 17r15 or16 are the only ones that will b boot up after the 1.9.23 or.30 update. Glitch v12b3 should also work. Talon MTD will not work on latest update.
Figured out the hard way that Talon wouldn't work.
I've been doing too much 'trying out ' of the various mods lately. I need to stick with one for a while.

I flashed Glitch and it worked well.

Platapus and talon were not updated when the new build was released. That isn't guess why they wouldn't work for me either. The new Neo kernel is out I read. Give that a shot.
Glitch kernel let me OC to 1.4!
I was trying to flash with the neo17 kernel which was released on 9/7. Did a newer kernel come out after that?
Yup I guess I was on the r16 which, doesnt work with the new miui.
Got the newer one, which works fine.
I'm trying to flash bricked 1.5r1 beta4 on ARHD 3.4.7. Wiped dalvik & cache and booted to home screen fine, but I got random boot loops within minutes.
Did this on a clean install. InsertCoin with bricked doesn't give me the same problem, same with reverting to faux123's kernel on ARHD.
I really like ARHD, and wanna test out bricked on it. What could I be missing, please help!
Anyone?

Hi,
I have not seen this problem before.
Has anyone reported this on bricked thread?
The way around this would be to flash ARHD ROM again.
This will re-install the original kernel.
Then, why don't you try latest Faux kernel in my signature.
No problems reported with that one.
I did and installed 1.5 bricked and issue was solved. The version after this forced me to loop. The newest beta randomly dc. But 1.5 is solid.

What I did:
Had octane 2.X running fine.
Octane 3.0 released, so I wanted to upgrade.
Downloaded to sd
installed from CWM, rebooted from CWM
Phone kept looping the SGS4G initial splash screen, and would not do anything else.
Had to pull battery.
Put into download mode, Odin flashed bootlooders that I got from here
then flashed Krylon360's stock ota noCIQ rom, and here we are.
I know the bootloop has something with ext4 being enabled. I would appreciate if someone could point me at a tut, or explain it to me as if I was 5 Would love to use Octane again. Man I miss that sound quality

At this point are you still boot looping or did flashing Krylon's stock noCIQ get you running again?
Ignore that, you must still be boot looping else you wouldn't have posted. LOL.
The boot loaders you loaded are for KC1 which is Froyo. You need to flash the GB boot loaders to get going again. I'd suggest using one of Bryan's ROMs from the The KJ6 Heimdall One-Click Collection. After flashing one of those, then you should be able to re-flash Octane.
That did the trick! Thank you!
you can try again, it helped me
sorry
how to delete a post?
I was on CM10-JB and by mistake i flashed the cranium kernel. When I rebooted after flashing the cranium kernel it just showed the HTC logo nothing more.I waited for almost half an hour but no response.
Than i did a factory reset(all other processes) and flashed the CM9 ICS ROM along with the Custom kernel for CM9/MIUI for ICS build #2 but it is still stuck at the CM9 animation symbol.
Please help.
just reflash the rom
I've been using Temasek's UNOFFICIAL Build, for his last 3 build updates with TYR kernel. I decided I wanted to try out AK, or Render Kernel with Tamasek. Flashed new UKM update from AK, flashed new kernel. Restarted the phone and it constantly reboots on One+ logo. Never loads boot animation. Decided to fully wipe the phone, including system and reflash Tamesek. Then tried flashing AK. Same problem. Tried full wiping again and flashing a different rom and AK kernel or Render kernel and same issue. Reflashed TYR kernel and it works perfectly fine.
I have no idea what's going on. But, I don't want to be stuck using only 1 kernel. Any ideas?

Better ask your question in AK or Temasek thread
A friend of mine is having touch issues with his opo! It's unresponsive sometimes! He is on stock unrooted 05q. Will flashing a custom kernel help?
If yes please suggest a good one

Dirty flash the ROM first to get the stock kernel back, then try flashing another kernel.

I tried this, I now tried 3 different roms. SlimSaber unnofficial, Robbie's CM12, and Euphoria and all of them do now allow me to flash AK kernel or any other kernel. I think something borked on one of TYR's kernel flashes. May I should reset the phone completely. Is there an option to do this with ODIN that someone can point me into?

Right, just wiped/restored my phone to stock/factory all the way back to CM11S30R. Unlocked bootloader, rerooted, upgraded firmware and reflashed Euphoria and still can't flash AK without bootloopingon the ONE+ logo. I then clean wiped, and flashed Euphoria and same issue. I am at a loss, I have no idea what else to do.

No need to flash back to 30R
I'd flash the 05Q stock using fastboot
That comes with latest modem etc
Then if you'd like flash custom rom in recovery
Unlock bootloader?? Did you lock it after unlocking it?
What version of recovery are you using?

I am using TWRP 2.8.5.1.. I just figured I'd redo everything from scratch. Nothing is working. I can only flash TYR with all the roms I've tried, where it successfully boots. I'm also flashing UKM 3.8.1.
