hello, recently every time i turn off the phone he doesn't turn on, the emergency mode screen shows up and then i have to pull of the batery and wait about an hour to turn on the phone again. when i try to plug the phone in any computer i can't access the sd card, is like the phone was plugged in and out at the same time... i believe that could be the firmware so i tryed to update him many times that was where my headache begins...
At the first time the KDZ_FW_UPD doesn't recognize the phone after a few trys i've disabled the LG modem drive and this error appeared: Upgrade Error! Wparam: 100 Lparam: 502.
I've tryed the LG mobile updader but i have the same problem in recognize the phone at 30%. i try billion of "How to" search in billion forums i've done all the steps carefully installed the drive, pull out the battery and put it back, reboot system, plug/unplug the phone billions and billions of times and nothing...
Sorry for the long post and the bad baaaaaaaad english but someone can help me?

Do this:-
remove ur battery
connect ur phone.
In KDZ Updater,In PhoneMode use CS_EMERGENCY or EMERGENCY
and then flash the KDZ File!
and do install the msxml.msi file.!
and also The read phone info hangs no matter what u do so don't worry about that!
I removed battery and KDZ works fine but now:

go to device manager ( right click on computer then properties and then open device manager )
go to modems and then disable LGE Android USB modem and LGE Virtual Modem!

Hii me too having problem with KDZ..
I was trying to make a NANDROID backup with clockwork mod...but on doing reboot to recovery, I entered fastboot mode..
I found two methods to get it back

but after the "fastboot erase recovery" command...it fails to detect my phone...stays on "waiting for phone" for very long

I have also checked it with LG-Utils-kp500_ks360 provided in
cyanogenroms Tools section but the same error also occuring in 4%
of total task.
Please suggest me some option that by which ways we can upgrade my

i connected my gw 620 to pc and it asked for update, when the update was in midel of the procces, my kid moved the usb cabel and phone got disconnected, when trying to turn on phone i get black screen and nothing else happens, i am abel to go into emergency mode and tryed kdz updater to load v10e firmware but i keep getting 1 same error , upgrade error error code 4008

I tried to make a downgrade for my P500 from 2.3.3. to 2.2.2(with V10D_00.kdz). I used KDZ_FW_UPD this.
First time i get an error on finish of proccess.

I have the same problem. At the time of cwm installing, my phone rebooted on emergency mode yellow screen and cant open anymore. I use vol+ + power and the computer recognize my phone. I diasbled LGE modem and try to install v10A, V10C, v10g and v10h firmware every time it cant finish correctly and say

I connect my phone with vol+ and power buttun clicking and install usb drivers after that I disable lg modem and open update tool and costumer support recıver my phone, enter imei say ok , go to update program after waiting it says " pdater not possible due to fatal error, while the LG Mobile Phone Software Update"
I used a lot of buttun combinations to go cwm but it always stuck in yellow screen emergency mode. I need your helps however I will be carzy, I have a big headache

2. Use uptestex_mod2_marwin.exe (no 2nd one)
