HOW TO INSTALL
Use custom KK recovery from here.
I prefer [CWM Advanced Edition] PhilZ Touch 6.57.9 - cwm 6.0.5.1.
(Internal sd-card refereed as sdcard00, external as sdcard01)
Download rom zip file.
Put into sd card.
Flash the desired recovery.
Boot into recovery.
BACKUP CURRENT ROM
Wipe for flash of new rom.
Or wipe data/system/delvic cache/cache.
Select Install From SD (Internal or External)
Select the zip file and Select YES
Reboot.
THINGS TOBE NOTED
First boot takes time 3-5 mins so be patient.
After the boot logo (boot logo may look as if its stucked)
blank screen is seen its not hanged.
wait until it boots.
Phone reboot once inbetween so dont worry.

Tried...
Have kk base currently on android L rom.
Happy to have cynogenmod test to our device..
First thing i noticed is... its not rooted... though the op says it & it has superuuser in system/apps.. checked with root checker too. When tried to boot in recovery it booted in factory test mode... rebooted.
Installed rootmaster to get root access.
Then installed flashify..
Flashify showed filz recovery as current.. booted in philz recovery through flashify..
Tried to flash the rom again..
Same result.
I think something wrong with my device.. can it be becoz of uboot flashing??
Will try one more kk rom to confirm.
BTW.. all basic things working..
Wifi- google sync-:thumbup:
Wanted to test some more things but feeling sleepy now..
Also the rom is not deodexed.

check avi3230's this post, this other post and also this post.
i badly want stock deodexed kk rom. hopefully he'll continue to try.

Great job avi bro, I'm sure you'll be able to make actual CM. Devs are able to make CM11 for Micromax A116. Still few bugs, but are successful to a great extent.

No.. The flashing was normal, no such instructions/ requests, phone booted normally, yes hut for first flash it directly booted .. Without one time wizard.. It didn't asked for google account.
But for the second try one time initiation happened normally. With req for google account & all.. Rather than this diff the issue of no root was same...
One more thing Do you use Airtel sim???
After flash I get service providers name as Airtel though 'm using idea. It turns to idea after some time.

review on this rom, so far one of the best..
-nova launcher is awsome,but i cant set wallpaper on it..no problem,install quickpic from playstore and set your favourite wallpaper.:good:
-driving mode characters in turk..better translate at least in english.
-video app not working
-google search/voice FC
-no SMS service
-camera buggy and FC/video only at 480p
i ve fixed all errors and make some tweaks and now its running awsome here..i ve flashed from a clean install...android fc at start but just go to date and take off automatic date..if someone want to test my version and @avi3230 says ok i will upload it.

note-ON first run it will give android ui error..just follow all steps until the end and go quickly to date and take automatic date..it will stop and you can set up your rom.
INSTALLATION:
backup your rom
backup your IMEI (i have to do it because i have a BQ and i need this, in xolo i dont know what happens.but just in case(folder in data/nvram/md/NVRAM/NVD_IMEI --»COPY ALL FILES to computer.
do all wipes as normal
install the rom from zip card.
reboot.
if anyone has problems with IMEI just upload the files and send it to me..i have a flashable to restore it in 2 seconds.

Hello bro n sis.. In this time i wanna share ClockWorkMod Recovery (CWM) for Samsung Galaxy Core 2 SM-G355H. This is CWM version 6.0.3.57. what is CWM ? and what does it do ? u can google it or install directly to find out the functions. Oke.. now lets check it out.. ​
Requirement :
PC/Laptop/Netbook.
Odin3 v3.09
CWM_6.0.3.7_Kanas_#1_by_Cleverior.tar.zip
Samsung USB Driver
USB Cable.
Brain.

Tutorial :
Install Samsung USB Driver and reboot your PC/Laptop/Netbook
Extract odin and CWM_6.0.3.7_Kanas_#1_by_Cleverior.tar.zip in the same folder
Open Odin v3.09
Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until detected on odin
Add the recovery.tar.md5 file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes
Wait until the flashing process is complete

To know your Galaxy Core 2 have successfully installed CWM, by going into recovery mode. (VOLUME UP + HOME + POWER). and if it looks like the picture below, the CWM has been successfully installed on your Galaxy Core 2.
Bug :
Can't backup/restore from/to internal memory
Can't install zip from internal memory
If there is a menu "fix super su" when you want to reboot, just tap the back button.
Mount usb storage
for device tree, u can download here. Hope someone can help me to fix the bugs :good:

CWM will automatically create a folder clockworkmod in External Sd Card. And the backup file will be saved in this folder.

Heads up update : long press on a notification and enable heads up, it will be enabled for ONLY THAT SPECIFIC SERVICE but at least it works

Well, the heads up which has a problem is the inbuilt one, ofcource using an alternative is a good choice too, but i would suggest waiting for a fix

All the roms are missing fm .
Even spirit fm is not working , some kernel module missing .
Plz have a look into it

battery lasts for 15-16+hours (or even more ) on normal usage and full charge...and all the sensors work fine, atleast i didnt encounter any bug

So that user's know it before flashing
For stock browser replace it with any cm stock browser and it will work.

I don't know why you brought this up but I've tried that and some other Chinese one's, there's a bug in which the videos, gifs etc play with a green,pink tint. That's actually the exact reason why I built this ROM, it also has memory problems

Hi, this rom worked for me in cwm and twrp both.... If u are ok kitkat then first get the lollipop bootloader.
1. factory reset/clear cache
2.clear dalvik cache in advanced (for cwm recovery)
3. in mounts and storages option, format system and format data and then flash this rom, 100% working

Hi, this rom worked for me in cwm and twrp both.... If u are ok kitkat then first get the lollipop bootloader.
1. factory reset/clear cache
2.clear dalvik cache in advanced (for cwm recovery)
3. in mounts and storages option, format system and format data and then flash this rom, 100% working

can you please describe the right process to flash thi rom.first of all i didnt get zip file.file provided in first link which size is 1.52gb it is in rar format and secod file provided for fix is 198(may be) mb..
whic one to flash and how...

ohk, i understood what u did ,
that file u downloaded is not meant to be flashed. the file contains the rom and some other files so extract it and flash the N900_Note5.zip inside the N900_Note5 folder and no need of other files like n3 camera or something for the rom..

i hope you are trying to flash this on n900, not n9005 and i have tested this rom several times and it always worked with cwm, twrp and multiboot.

finally successfully flashed rom.isnt this room setting is of s6?
i want list view setting how to do tha?

tested the rom and there is no full theme support from the theme store directly ... only the icons, wallpaper and icons change and for full theme support u can flash tyhe files of s6 themes into ur overlay folder

the rom is completely based on s6 and s6 edge features and the current version just has note 5 icons so the settings and everything is based on s6.
