Sony Experia X1 Wanted!

If any one has a experia x1 for sale £400 or less let me know i have found a few of then the cheapest i could find is £395 so anything less than than or around it im open too. Also i have a few questions about this phone; does it have themes? and is it better than the t-mobile G1, thanks ...

You can't really ask if one phone is better than another, its a matter of opinion (and what needs you have for the phone.) The two phone you are asking us to compare don't even have the same operating system.

even thats a moot point because for instance the n=nokia n95 and the htc tytn 2 have bluetooth 2.0 meaning they work at the same speed now if you need to know internet speeds i suggest looking up the phones you would like to comapre using gsm arena.com and seeing which has the better conections
so if you look at the HTC G1 specs
and then the Xperia x1 specs youll see they both have HSDPA up to 7.2 mbps
but then this means you have to make note of which of the cariers in you area ca do the fastest speed for instance were i live i can only get a weak o2 2g signal but a HSDPA signal from orange

I have both for sale in perfect condition.

I have both the xli and a, US VERSION, both in like new condition and I do not know your currency well but you would want the i for 3g speeds, important to many, that one is black and I would sell for $550.00 us dollars. The i is in pristine condition and included the box, manauls and al accessories and is 2 months old. 10 mo left on the warranty. please call or emial if interested and my price is somewhat negotiable. To jayjay8585 - thanks that helps alot because i wernt sure whether to go on orange or O2 to get this phone because instead of buying it unlocked i might just get a new contract instead so this helps me alot for the purposes of my decision can i ask in what area you live because if its far from my area your information might not be as much help.

o ok i understand it should be about two weeks at the most till i have decided what i am definitely doing because i have a LG Viewty at the moment and it has been sent for repair so if they give me a new Viewty i will sell it and buy the phone off you if they manage to fix it and return it to me i will have to end my contract i have now and buy the x1 brand new from o2 or orange. so thats the situation and i will email you asap, thanks

if anyone can beat $550=£379 let me know i doubt you can beat that its a good price for an amazing phone but if you think you can let me know....

I'm helping my friend look for an HD7 on contract and I cant seem to find a really low deal on one like I can for pretty much every other phone. I thought I might ask if anyone had any suggestions as to online retailers and I've already checked wirefly. He'll be going with them if he cant find lower.

I love wirefly but letstalk seems to have pricier phones than buying in store. Maybe T-mo just doesnt give em good deals.

Brand New Mytouch 4g Slide for Sale!!!!

I have a brand new unopened unused Mytouch 4g slide for sale if anyone is interested. I had the original mytouch 4g and after so many warrenty replacments they told me I qualifyed for a free upgrade to a similer phone (go figure) . I don't like keybore phones so I just told em to send it to me with the hopes that I can sell it to someone and take the money and buy either a Sensation or the Amaze. If Anyone is interesed PM me or email me at [email protected]. I'd like to try n get at least 375 for it since shipping will cost, leaving me with a good amount to get another phone. I know brand new the mytouch 4g slide is around $500 so consider this a deal of a lifetime! (I'm a terrible sales man lol)

I threatened to cancel two lines so I got TWO of them for free and sent the rebates in, so tmobile actually paid me $100 to renew the contract.

Damn! And I thought I got a deal when TMo gave me a BOGO and applied the rebate prior to shipping on the MT4GS.

How is this for a good deal. I went thru 4 warranty replacements on my G2 so they sent me a brand new MT4GS. My wife didnt even go thru 1 replacement and they sent her a brand new LG G2x to replace her Samsung Galaxy S 4G .

Yep.. So I went down to mobile today and ended up being sold on the amaze. Not a big fan of samsung build quality and apart from htc's quality control issues, they make great phones. Ive had the G2 and MT4G, and barly ever used my G2's keyboard (except when I wanted to show off the cool flip hinge). So now I definitely NEED to sell this MT4GS since droping over 5 bills on another phone! I was only planning on seeing if they could swap it out and give me credit but they said the ime on the phone was from another department and wouldnt allow a straight up swap. Damn tmobile politics!!!

Undead, how did you talk Tmo into sending you the MT4GS instead of another G2 on the 1 yr defective phone warranty?
My mom's gone through 5 HTC HD2s (because of defective), and they still haven't offered an HD7 or something of the sort at all.

Usually it needs to be 5 warranty replacements within a 90 day period. Go into a tmobile store and ask a representitive, they should be able to tell you. It HAS to be under warranty or you have to have insurence with the extended warranty service to qualify for upgrade replacement.

I would have posted in the market place but I didnt have enough posts with this XDA account. I had to use my old account I havent used since I made it because somehow I got locked out of my other one. I figured I would post the info here for individuals that are using this phone already, maybe for development purposes, for a quicker sale. I already have the htc Amaze so the quicker I get rid of this extra phone, the quicker I get the money back that I spent on the amaze. Please don't make assumptions dhkr234. Some people don't like kb phones because it adds more thickness/weight. I know a lot of people who prefer to have a kb-less phone.

Just wanted to drop a thank you to all the ppl on this forum who have been so helpful and patient with all my questions.
Due to budget concerns I will not be getting a infuse after all so I also wanna say goodbye to this forum ( I was really looking forward to being a member of this great group) .
In a nutshell what has happened is that when I first started looking at the infuse you could pick up a bnib infuse unlocked for about 300 usd but when I got the money the cheapest I could find one was 395 usd and I never buy used electronics so it was out of my price range.
I ended up dropping down to the htc inspire.
Anyway, thanks for everything and hope to see you around xda's other forums

I will be checking out the collective rom for sure and also eNRGy rom for inspire.
As for battery I currently use a smaller battery than the inspire has on my mt3g and I am in a truck most of the day so I can plug it in if I need to.

I would but both me and my wife need phones ( she is on a backup ''dumb'' phone and my mt3g has seen better days) and the only way I can afford the phones is tax refund and my budget would have me saving for the rest of the year for those ( as much as I want the note)

[Q] Swap Xperia Play for Sensation?

Anyways i have a Xperia play love the phone but am not so much a gamer, phones in topnotch condition silver buttons on front have rubbed off a little but that's the only thing wrong with it no scratches on screen at all, i have a dock aswell

Sell it on eBay and buy a Sensation with the money - I did pretty much the exact same thing. I doubt you'll get anyone willing to do a straight swap since the Sensation is a much more powerful phone.
I sold my Play for £155 and got the Sensation for £160. You just need to keep an eye on a few auctions and you'll find one going cheap.
If you really want to swap you should try Gumtree.

I paid 599. For my sensation in the US , California. No way would I swap! Sorry friend but ebay is likely the best place to sell. Then you can buy a sensation. Btw. You will LOVE the sensation! Very powerful phone, so many options! Great to customize! Lots of fun! Good choice, but trade, NO WAY!
