Hey guys, I'm on my gf's infuse right now. This morning she was listening to music and her speaker just died out. Naturally, I told her to reboot. Didn't work. I told her do a battery pull. Didn't work. I used the ultimate unbrick to return to stock. Didn't work. Googled it 1000 times and didn't have much luck. Wondering if anyone here has any advice. Were on T-Mobile, the phone is unlocked, so I can't just take it to att. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

My second phone's battery died after a Samsung employee told me to factory reset. Brought it back and got a new one.. Try calling Sammy. Maybe they will send you a new one or try to fix that one. Just don't forget to bring it back to stock.

Mine went out before and a simple pluck to the back of the phone where the speaker is got it to come back on and it hasn't happened since. HOPE that helps you.

No I didn't, my gf was listening to music and then it just cut out, its still not working to this day

Has anyone else run into this issue? Once in a while when I wake my phone, my homescreen appears for like half a second and then it will go to the lockscreen. It doesn't do this all the time but certainly more than half. It also happens using either stock or adw ex launcher. Can't think of why it would be doing this. Anyone got a fix or a reason as to why its even doing this?

Yup same. Slightly annoying. I think they will need to push out a software update soon to remedy some, if not all of the issues brought up by us early adopters. =)

yeah it does it here too but not quite sure why it bothers anyone it goes to lock screen faster than i can react after waking anyways. probably just a quicker freeze oif state when it goes to sleep than it should and doesnt have time to cahnge it over.
Its happen to mine as well. Funny thing is that I got my gf the sidekick 4g and it does the same thing

Happened on mine a couple times. Hasn't done it since the first couple hours I used it.
I have no problem like that. My wife doesn't.

My Vibrant running stock Froyo does exactly the same thing. Flashes the home screen for about 1 second then goes to the lock screen. Odd but not really a problem.
My phone does this as well.
Mine does the same but not every time which I think is even weirder. Its not a big deal at all though just surprising.

Trying to decide to reverse eng s-off, unroot, and return to stock to take the phone to att. Glass lift seems to be getting a little bit worse, so I am thinking of trying the store again. I went to one store and they referred me to HTC. HTC said I could send it in for repair but can't go without mobile email with work so I'm thinking of shopping around for a cool att store that may let me swap. Wonder what my odds are. I don't necessarily want to go through returning to stock for nothing. The first root went so smooth. I have had no issues with software whatsoever so not sure if I want to gamble with messing with stuff if it leads me to more work for absolutely nothing.
Anyone else have luck with att store after remorse period was up?
I thought a phone bought in an ATT corp store was covered by 1 year warranty and swapped at the store.
I had good luck with an ATT store swapping my old iPhone 3gs that had a defective digitizer and the lady gave me the captivate. This is for my second line on my account.

They won't swap at a store after 30 days. You just have to call at&t warranty department and they will ship you a refurb. They even include tape to seal the box for sending the old one back.

The right side of my screen is lifting. It pokes up above the frame on the right side and its getting worse.

No. Call att cust service and do a warranty swap you will get a phone in the mail (possibly a refurb) and a box to send the old one back. Turn around time is just a couple of days usually.

Got s on and then rooted back. If I can call ATT and have time, the hard part of getting eng s off reverted is done.

I tried Bubby's and it did not work. Used gfree and that worked for me. Exchanged.mine at a Device Support Center today. My gps had stopped working.

Picked up my Infuse today, holy crap is it nasty!
So far compared to Inspire:
Sound - Much clearer and louder
Screen - ... WOW, not even comparable. The extra size is nice but nothing compared to the beauty of this screen
Signal - Better everywhere so far. My real test is at work tomorrow
Size - While the screen is big, it is SO thin, and Amazingly light!
This phone is fantastic so far, I couldn't be happier.
Can't wait for XDA Section
P.s. where do you get drivers for the phone?

I bought the Atrix the day it came out. I also just bought the Infuse yesterday. The Atrix went on ebay and sold. And its better that way. Even though the specs on the Atrix are better, in my opinion its not better then the Infuse. And I dont have to even discuss why lol
