Picked up my Infuse today, holy crap is it nasty!
So far compared to Inspire:
Sound - Much clearer and louder
Screen - ... WOW, not even comparable. The extra size is nice but nothing compared to the beauty of this screen
Signal - Better everywhere so far. My real test is at work tomorrow
Size - While the screen is big, it is SO thin, and Amazingly light!
This phone is fantastic so far, I couldn't be happier.
Can't wait for XDA Section
P.s. where do you get drivers for the phone?

Where or what drives did you use?
I can't believe that a phone that is of this caliber doesn't have blutooth voice dial.
My ancient bb curve 8310 has voice dial. Thats very sad.

I bought the Atrix the day it came out. I also just bought the Infuse yesterday. The Atrix went on ebay and sold. And its better that way. Even though the specs on the Atrix are better, in my opinion its not better then the Infuse. And I dont have to even discuss why lol

I've been lookin around fir cm7 for the galaxy s 4g and i havent really found one. I mean ive found it for the international galaxy s and the vibrant but no galaxy s 4g. Can anyone help? Ive also seen a g2x with cm7 and thats been out for less time than the gs4g.

I've been looking at buying one of these off CL but have been holding out due to no CM7. I might just go get a Vibrant instead.

I love the gs4g but im having so many problems with mine and the fact that it doesnt have cyanogenmod support is driving me nuts. How strict r the roms? Like is it an absolute no to try the vibrant one on the gs4g??

This is the modem from the official GB release for the SGS4G... I've tested it for a few now and got good speeds....try it and see if it works for you in your area...

its nice and really fast , but it limits the characters number in one text message when i write in arabic or it will fail to send... so i had to go back to the stock ( rogers )

Seeing as how we would be lucky to even get a stock, AOSP type ICS rom, I highly doubt a souped-up version A.K.A CM9 would be available on our infuses.
With that said, LinuxBozo is a genius..
I hope it comes to our infuse, cm is really all I use now. Performance is above all others without overclocking.

I get great battery life on CM7. And ICS shouldnt take that long.

So I have the opportunity right now to exchange my droid charge with my moms droid x. Now the droid x has miui and cm7 and alot more development and roms but im not sure if its worth leaving this phone. what are you guys's opinion? DX or DC?(just to make it clear, it the original droid x, not the droid x 2) thanks in advance!

It really depends on you. I am a flashaholic, but there are many things that I would give up for the Charge if given a Droid X.

Hands down the screen does it for me. No way I let go of the charge for that phone. Maybe for a nexus.

Well I have used it, but I mean, I haven't gotton a chance to flash a rom on it and see how it performs with ics or cm7 or miui. I think we can all admit that this is a good phone, but any other okay phone with aosp might perform better in daily use

A smart choice, IMO.
I would load up either Infinity or Tweakstock.
Then I would flash ICS Fugu and run the V-6 and Scheduler Changer scripts.
I personally overclock, but to each their own.

Well Im playing around with my moms x and...with iics running, I feel as if it is much better then the charge on either of the roms. Its not like taking the x effects my upgrade....im reconsidering now...

IMO, Hum/Infinity/Gummy are at the end for the Charge, better jump on Tweakstock or Eclipse.
Those used to be our best roms but tweakstock isn't bad

Neither are bad at all....I didnt stay on eclipse for long because I love the mnml theme for tweakstock but it was nice
I like the tw4 on infinity so I'm sticking with that till it gets really outdated
