Anyone kno how to boot into recovery?

In the Samsung Vibrant section, there are numerous threads regarding this exact issue. It appears the hardware keys have been locked to disable entering recovery/download through the button press process.
You can get into recovery/download through Rom Manager however.
You may want to look into the Vibrant section to get a clearer answer than what I am providing you.
Have fun!
Thanks so much, Ill give it a try.

Also just tried re-flashing ICBINB GB wiping before hand disabling voodoo and of course check mounts in between each step with no love. I fear my phone is dead.
Once again I really do appreciate your help.

I tried wiping system in CWM thinking why not and it errors when trying to unmount. Maybe related to tge problem? So strange that.flashing a modem doesn't fix it.

Perhaps you should ask one of Team Acids members as they are extremely helpful especially with getting their roms working properly... They're even on irc

Capacitive buttons not working

Ok so I bought a soft bricked sgs4g for 50$ I used heimdall to bring it back but I noticed the capacitive buttons are not working although two are lit up the home and search but they do not function outside of being lit up. So I tried reflashing and it is still the same issue, the seller claims no damage from water or dropping. Any ideas on a fix? Anyone have this problem ive searched and I am getting nothing?

I was in China, which is a problem through hardware repair method to repair the phone?
Sorry you're late to the train man, but we currently have NO WAY of repairing this. And we have NO WAY of going back to GB ATM either.
You're phone is bricked bud. Time for a replacement.
There's already been a thread posted regarding the leak and bricking: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1782337Hard brick? Actually, the first handful or so of threads have discussions within regarding the leak and bricking resulting from trying to FXZ back to stock.
Please search before posting new threads on something that's being discussed already.

Start small and slow, it's really hard to mess things up. The more you do the more you'll learn.
