Hello, i wanted to root my phone and install custom rom, but i have the following problem.
I followed this tutorial's 1,2 and 4 step. (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1192300)
And then i updated with this (http://www.mediafire.com/?utpdjggalstxz), because on coinflip rom details said i need to update firmware.
Now i cant even boot into phone normaly, it automatically restarts continuosly, but i can get to bootloader-reboot menu.
What can i do, and where did i go wrong? Thank you!

hello, i think i broke the phone... I recently was trying to install a ROM with the ROM Manager.. i did the flash and did the install from the SDCard ... selected the backup current rom option and proceeded.. it look like it backed up everything and was installing the ROM.. once it rebooted, the phone just keeps rebooting.. it shows the LG logo and then goes to the Verizon logo... and it re-starts again and it keeps cycling on that.. PLEAS HELP!!
Ah, you have given more information than I got here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=951997
So I think I can give you a clearer answer.
Boot into the bootloader. Steps to do so, according to a quick peek via Google, are to hold SEND and MENU while powering up the phone. (My phone is different). From the bootloader, you should be able to select Recovery. From there, you should be able to restore from the Nandroid backup you took. For other options, such as Fastboot, see the link in the thread I referenced.
Hello, after i rooted my phone and installed many root things, suddenly spotify freezed just for nothing... even reinstall, or factory reset diddnt help, so i wanted to do a recover back to the stock rom through "smart flash tool"
(cause superoneclick just freezed and had to force wuit it when i tried to unroot it...)
and the update did go to 50% completed, then i get an error, and now i cant do anything!
I have tried restore with lg's recoverytool, but it couldnt connect to my phone for some reason, even with lg drivers installed...
What can i do? or is my phone permanently briked?
Please help!

Can your phone go into recovery ?
If not the title is misleading .

Hi,
I tried to update my LG optimus 2x to android 2.3.4 but I forgot to turn "windows
Enabler.exe" ON and "UpTestEX_mod2_marwin.exe" stuck on upgrade stage at 4% so I just closed "UpTestEX_mod2_marwin.exe" and unplugged my phone. then I turned it (I exactly followed the instruction for upgrading in website) and phone stuck at "S/W upgrade ....: window. then I downloaded and followed the instruction for flashing the phone but after pushing "flash.bat" it stuck at "nvflash started" command and didn't happen anything after 25 mins so I stopped the window. then I tried recovery (push vol_down then power and release ...) and after opening up "Android recovery utility" I could go up and down on menus but I couldn't select it. I'm really confused what to do and will be really grateful if somebody help me.

Try this, remove the battery and plug the phone into the charger, remember the battery is out of the phone. Now try to boot up. If it does not boot up then unplug the phone and try to boot recovery. If that works then pop the battery back in and boot up. Something like that happened to my G2X.

Hi Guys,
my HTC Desire GSM is stuck in Fastboot and won't boot into the ROM. The background to this issue is that I installed S-Off and then ClockworkMod and flashed Cyogenmod 7 to see if it would fix a reboot issue on the phone. The damn thing just reboots itself when the CPU is used heavily...
Anywho, after realising that Cyogen wouldn't resolve the issue I flashed the standard Virgin UK rom back over it and upgraded to 2.22.351.2 via the system update feature. The problem was that ClockwordMod was still installed and I had to get rid of it to sent the phone off for repair to Virgin!
So I did further research and found that I could flash HBoot via the AlphaRev.nl downgrader tool. I downloaded it and popped it into the root of my SD card and it flashed the bootloader back to Hboot 0.80.0000. That should have been it, but all of the sudden the phone no longer boots into the Rom. All it does is to power on and then go into Fastboot. That's it! When I try putting the standard Virgin Rom back onto the SD it tries to load it and then says "Main Version is older!" "Update Fail!".
How do I get around this now? The phone doesn't boot, so I can't re-flash S-Off and start again, not am I able to run the stock Virgin Rom within Windows because it complains about the versions.
Is there any ways around this situation? I just want to get the phone back to stock so I can send it to Virgin and get it repaired.
P.S. I *have* used the search function and spent the last 4 hours testing various things but I'm now stuck.
Cheers Guys!

Hi, I have problem with my A510. The situation right now is that i am stuck in CWM menu. I mean, i can let the system to boot up, but as soon i see the desktop it freezes and reboot. And then over and over again.
I have cynogenmod version 10.1.2 with android 4.2.2. As I said a few weeks it was ok, but now suddenly system had stopped.
Is there any solution. Of course i can't get adb commands to work.
I tried to flash another ROM, but no luck. It says update successfully installed but, when i restart i still have old cyanogenmod installed. I don't understand this...:crying:
Anyone?
I think there must be a solution for this. Please help!
