I'm on build 39 of the nightly ics tom and suddenly I've been having repeating notifications. I downloaded some pdf files and an apk from my box account to and after clearing the "completed" notifications, they reappear after anywhere between 5 - 60 seconds. I've restarted several times, help?

Hi there,
On the first install of Path for android everything was cool, got my notifications as normal. Since then every time I reinstall path through the market I get multiple notifications.
For example, when I uninsulated & reinstalled the first time, I then got 2 notifications for every new notification.
I tried to fix it by uninstalling it a again and reinstalling and guess what? I then started receiving 3 notifications for a single event!
So I tried it again and now 4! notifications per event.
I've tried deleting everything I can related to path but it seems that it is persistent, I dont know what else I can do to fix it.
Any help?
Cheers
i use textfree and the notifications come 20 minutes after the text is sent. I checked the times of the text and they are consistently 20-25 minutes away from the notifications. Would this be due to bad wifi? I wasn't having a problem before i switched to a custom rom or after i switched to a custom rom. The notifications would appear right when the text was sent. (running SenSay rom) Everything was fine, but then textfree started acting up.
I've been noticing this also
Hmmm... My guess would be in the applications settings it refreshs in the background every so often and you should be able to change it to immediately.
That's odd. Mine come in 2 secs before the SMS! I haven't changed any settings.
About a week or two ago, my Note 10.1 started telling me pretty frequently that my Gmail app has stopped (pop up where screen goes dark and you can click Ok or Report). Clicking ok exits out and the app functions fine after that but will give the popup again 5-30 min later. It seems totally random but has become frequent enough to be annoying, especially when I am watching videos. I cleared the cache in the app settings but that doesn't seem to have stopped it.
I am avoiding clearing data because I have a lot of subfolders set up with unique notifications and its a pain in the ass to get that all back the way I like it.... but could that be the resolution? Anyone else encountering this issue?

hello. i tried uploading a 12 sec video on Facebook and it kept saying starting upload in the notification bar but it never loads. when i try to open up Facebook it freezes and closes. anyone else encounter this issue? kinda frustrating..
only setting i changed was i up the setting for the video but that was it.
now Facebook won't load properly even though I've restarted the phone numerous times
Yesterday I installed DU Cleaner I clicked the button it did the usual clear cache stopped running apps etc, but I noticed at the end it stopped some startup services and apps.
I have just rebooted my phone, it took about 10 mins to boot up not he usual 1 or 2 , then I was getting a lot of app errors unfortunately*** has stopped working etc, and now it is supper sluggish even wringing this post out, every few words it freezes and takes time to catch up.
There is nothing on the app to adjust startup items, I me ruined on a magisk thread that I have a problem with startup managers they just don't seem to work for me so I have no idea how to resolve my problem.
Edit: I tried whiping cache and delvik but one weird thing when I usually do that it has to optimise over 300 apps as usually it's slow but normal but now it only does about 150 and it's done withing a few seconds. One of the apps that's constantly crashing is WiFi direct share, the error message keeps popping up
