Hey guys.
Running zone ICS meant for stingray on my wifi xoom. Was running perfectly two weeks except for camera of course. Today when turning it on, the boot screen was totally red and when booted. Most blacks were showing red with granulation and the stock "grid" honeycomb wallpaper was showing a slightly off hue blue with green around the cells.
Any ideas if a quick flash back to stock would fix this or is this a hardware problem?

I would try to flash the TeamEos ICS wifi rom and gapps but only after a complete data wipe cache wipe and dalvik cache wipe.

Flashed back to team tiamat rom, but still same black as reds. And white with blue lines

When i try installing the ubuntu or blue star theme it gets installed but when i boot up it gets stuck on the modified glowing boot screen
i tried reflashing it, wiped data even reflashed the whole system from the start RC29.nbh
So any idea why this happens and any solution ???
I believe in the original post on the Blue Star theme it states something about if this happens to pull the battery out, put it back in, boot into recovery and do a wipe (alt w) this will get the theme working.
Have you tried this yet?
I was encountering the traditional reboot cycle issue last night after reflashing an older version of ADHD Revolution (the one where it's constantly rebooting with a white background and green HTC letters)
However, upon taking out the batteries, rebooting into HBoot Loader, and wiping the user data/factory restore, my phone has been constantly cycling in another boot screen (the one with silver "Android" across the screen with a black background)
Is there anything I can do about it? Taking the batteries out doesn't fix the problem and I don't have any ROMS on my SD card.
Can you get into recovery from hboot?

What you did when you wiped user data was remove all the roms setup and custom items like the boot animation and anything installed to data/app. I would boot into recovery and reflash. Use a card reader to put a rom zip on your folder (keep a backup on your sd) then flash.
I flashed the icyfusion rom along with steve's kernal and apon rebooting my device's screen went out. i tried the factory stock rom but now its a black screen that responds to touch but i have no idea what im touching. can you guide me to the right rom that will fix the screen and show me how to install it. thanks a whole bunch.

I have rooted HTC Evo 3D GSM. I have used this technique: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1248231
And I have used ROM KingCobra3D. But recently I have problems with 2D photos capture. Result is just grey stripes. So I have decided to restore my original ROM backup and perform just official ICS update. But, when I have started to install the update. It just shows white triangle and orange [!] with blue android.
I have readed one topic about this and I realised that I cant perform official ICS update. So I have decided to just install another ROM. But.. I have big problem now. When I install some custom ROM with classic DATA/CACHE WIPE and WIPE DALVIK CACHE. But... when I install the ROM. It lags in boot animation... I have tried to wait at least 15 minutes and nothing happened. I have tried to do hard reset, but it had same problem.. still lag in boot animation. It was Evolver3D ROM... so I have decided to use another.. but every other ROM stucks in boot animation. When I get to boot animation, it just reboot and in boot animation it reboots again. Only rom which is working ic Cyanogenmod 9, but I dont want it. So I am practicaly stuck in original ROM. Backup works at least.
Do you have any helpful tips? If the solution is not exactly simple, I would appreciate help via Skype or something like that.

I have a Chinese OPO running Color OS 1.2.0, flashed it and installed custom ROMs, 1st CM 11S and than Mahdi.
1. The issue is, earlier on factory Color, even in pitch dark the flash turned ON automatically and took a crystal clear pic. ( on any mode, flash is set at auto........ always)
2. With Custom ROMs pics aren't that crisp, but the main issue is it wont turn on the flash in dark EXCEPT in Auto mode, not in HDR.......any suggestions?
3. When I reverted back to Color OS now again it only turns on flash on Normal and Beauty not in HDR or Oneplus one modes.....any ideas why?

PS: I didn't take a back up of Color 1.2.0 for OPO, where could I download the original one that came with the phone?
