Yes, I'm running my skyrocket Stock ROM and am having the same issue.
Runs fine on mine. Im running Beastmod though from the Tmobile thread. Maybe thats the difference. Actually runs super smooth (not trying to rub it in just pointing it out)

Me too! Works on my old Captivate but not on SG2 LTE? Man it sucks, and I bet theres a very simple fix for rooted users, someone please post it!
I think it has something to do with the build.prop

- Download http://www.mediafire.com/?2mh6uarwv1o9u5f
- Extract the archive and copy the libGLEMU_NVIDIA.zip to the root of your device SDcard.
- Now launch the Chainfire3D application and select CF3D driver > Install. After the installation your device will reboot.
- After coming back to the OS re-launch the application and select Install Plugin. Now the app will scan your SDcard for the plugins. After scanning select the libGLEMU_NVIDIA.
- Now select Default OpenGL settings > Use plugin > NVIDIA to add support for Tegra Zone games on your unsupported device.
- Finally select the “Fix Market settings” option from the main menu, it will allow you to download the Tegra Zone games on your unsupported device to play.
- Now install your favorite Tegra Zone game and have fun!

if you read my first post this method dose not work the only thing that i found to work was using beastmod 4.1 that worked flawlessly now i can play the game. thanks garu12
Except for my device name and location (Canada), my .buildprop is identical to yours. I have even added lines (that when are absent are automatic no) just to confirm system isnt doing something funny. Chainfire with every different setting and every available driver does nothing. (I'm not sure Chainfire even works with this 3rd gen qualcomm cpu). Seems the popup comes at the very same time it checks for wifi update/data download. Seems like the phone is telling Gameloft something it doesnt want to hear, question is, what could that be?
It definitely works with our chip.. Someone should really email gameloft

I emailed them about this a few days ago and never heard from them so I called them and talked to two different people there that indicated that if and only if it becomes a supported game on the T989 it's still going to be a couple months. I also have a Galaxy Tab 10.1 that I have not been able to DL a single Gameloft game with. There is not 1 single Gameloft game I was interested in that shows its compatible to DL through Gamelofts website and on the market. This being said I will never purchase another Gameloft game again time to hop on Vuze and download some hacked Gameloft APK's. F U Gameloft!

Its under /system you have to be rooted and permissions need to be set with cwm as well as you need root explorer to navigate to the required directory.

I flashed my desire with the new HTC ROM from this thread.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=741663
As usual with stock ROMs there are issues with the market.
Like in this example apps not showing up in the search.
I came up with a fix for this issue.
It takes you 5 minutes if you have the proper environment.
I edited the build.prop found in the ota22.zip and modified it to fit my needs.
The original build.prop
ro.product.name=htc_bravo
ro.product.device=bravo
ro.product.locale.language=hdpi
ro.product.locale.region=
ro.build.product=bravo
ro.build.description=2.09.405.8 CL218634 release-keys
ro.build.description=2.09.405.8 CL218634 release-keys
ro.build.fingerprint=htc_wwe/htc_bravo/bravo/bravo:2.2/FRF91/218634:user/release-keys

My modifications:
ro.product.name=passion
ro.product.device=passion

ro.product.locale.region=US
ro.build.product=passion
ro.build.description=passion-user 2.2 FRF91 43546 release-keys
ro.build.fingerprint=google/passion/passion/mahimahi:2.2/FRF91/43546:user/release-keys

Here's how to fix this:
You'll have to know your way around with the dev tools and the command adb.
If you don't, use the forum search tool and teach yourself - then come back.
- use adb to pull off the 'build.prop' file from the /system/ directory on your htc desire
- edit the 'build.prop' as proposed by me
- do a 'adb reboot recovery'
- fire up ClockworkMod
- go into the partitions menu and mount /system
- use adb to push your modified build.prop into /system/ on your device
- back out of ClockworkMod and reboot
- enjoy the black market
I used the build.prop from Adam's HTC Sense 1.0c ROM to figure out which setting to use.
I'm to lazy to make a signed update.zip for that.
I know others will do it sooner or later
take care
EDIT:
Here's the update.zip I previously was too lazy to cook.

I tested it with apps from a complain from an user in another post.
It was the applications 'Air Attack' and 'National Rail'.
Hi,
I'd just like to point out that it seems that Google has already activated the new Desire key, so this is not actually necessary.
I can see Google Earth and paid apps, so this fix is no longer required. (At least that's what I've found, confirmation from someone else would be nice!)

It is possible to install the apk modifying the Androidmanifest file in the last two codes below with apkeditor Pro hacked version, In two options to run it on android it says something about true, You change it to False and save the android manifest, And then you compile the apk but then it comes out, Maybe the apk requires Obb data, but the issue would be how to run it on Android, what if the game graphics were to be obtained?

Are you able to install games like Real Racing 3 or Asphalt 8 from Play store? It is saying the app is incompatible with your device / HTC One mini.
Anyone know why is it so?
Are the games working on your phones?
The same here. What could be it? Hardware or Android 4.2.2?

If you didn't get your update to 4.3 & Sense 5.5 yet, there is nothing you can do on stock software. There's something wrong with compatibility on 4.2.2 version of android for our Mini.
After update, games like GTA 3, GTA Vice City, Real Racing 3 and many others became compatible in my case.
Wait for OTA and it'll be fine then
Thanks for the redeeming Answer . No I still have no update of Android 4.3 (Telekom, Germany). They say it comes in a few days.

Is your phone fully stock/unrooted? I'm running a rooted stock rom of the 4.3 / sense 5.5 update and the play store won't let me install those games. I'm not sure if being rooted has anything to do with it though, and was just wondering if its only the official ota(unrooted) roms that work

FYI, incompatible or missing apps are most likely due to DPI config being collected by the store and then filtering is applied....
There is indeed a fix for this, generally for ROOTED devices (see below), but there are/were apps that can change DPI on your device (haven't checked recently, but I used one a couple of years ago and it worked, called LCD density modder I think....)
This thread has flashable zips for modded store apps: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1839871
This thread has a guide explaining how the store uses DPI config, and how the mod gets around it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1580827
Remember to hit thanks for MyLifeRocks10, Tsjoklat, (and me!) if this helps you out.....

Hi, thanks for your help! I've read through the thread but I don't understand what I'm supposed to do. I'm assuming I'm supposed to use the DPI 320 patch but I don't understand how I use it. there are no download links and I can't download the Google Play 4.3.10 at the bottom of the first post. Thanks for any help
Also, I've just found that editing the build.prop file will work if you change the model and brand name. However I've left everything as is and changed the ro.product.model=HTC One Mini to ro.product.model=HTC One, but in device ID it still shows HTC One Mini.
I'm running the stock rooted android 4.3./sense 5.5 odex rom. Thankyou!

Since you're on 4.3, download this modded store, version 4.5.10 http://d-h.st/rYl
Flash from recovery, and you should be good.....
If that doesn't work as expected, try the work-a-round from MyLifeRocks10:
Follow these steps if you have problems like certain apps not showing up in Play Store(e.g. Facebook,Beautiful Widgets) or shows incompatiblity error.
1. Flash the zip file and reboot.
2. In Settings->Apps->All clear data of Play Store and Google Services Framework then reboot.
3. Open Play Store, if it gives error then clear data of Play Store and open Play Store again then hit accept.
4. If ur apps doesn't show up under installed apps in play store after installing this fix then reboot once and u should see it afterwards.
5. If above steps didn't fix ur issues then remove Google account,reboot and re-add ur Google Account.
If the above options don't work - you can use xposed installer and add the "All apps in Play Store" module....
Hit Thanks if I've helped!
Edit: just noticed you're on an odex ROM (do you prefer over deodexed? Odex causes issues with certain mods...) I can't confirm if the modded zip will work on odexed... maybe search the thread.....?

Thank! I had tried that method earlier but it didn't work however I wasn't sure why. I am using an odex rom simply because I saw people recommending it over the dexodex rom. I'm not actually sure what the difference is so I dont have any preference. Thanks for telling me that the odex rom should be avoided if modification are needed!
In the end I managed to change the build.prop successfully. Turns out you have to change ro.product.device=m4 to ro.product.device=m7! It was that simple! I was just changing some things to hopefully get it to work and it did. Hope this helps anyone else who always has my problem. All the apps I wanted now show up in the playstore and I can install them without any problems. This eliminates the need to mod the play store too, and im assuming future play store updates won't affect the build.prop and this method will continue to work.
Thanks to those who helped.
Hit thanks If i also helped
Many thanks the build.prop method worked for me and all my app like GTA are now available. Though asphalt 8 still won't download due to some error code..
I tried many Modded play stores and non worked. This has. Cheers!
