Hey guyz i am quite confused i am unable to flash Creed's rom on my fit! { don't know why }
..I tried flashing the ROM over CM7 and FitDroid but got stuck at the "CREED'S ROM" boot logo!..
I thought it might be because of the custom Roms (CM and FitDroid)...so..i flashed ddkq5 from odin then flashed Creed's ROM v1.4 via Cwm ( i have tried cwm v4 and cwmv5) but still the same case!...
Can someone provide with the actual method to flash Creed's rom v1.4 ?....

I managed to flash Creed's ROM v1.5 !...
To all others who are not able to flash Creeds ROM ...namely, Gendows and Reikableu ..please flash v1.5 it installs without any problem whereas v1.4 gets stuck on boot logo!

2> flash creed 1.3 with odin
3> let the creed 1.3 boot then shut down phone
3> go to recovery and wipe data/reset again
4> now flash CMW via odin
5> open recovery wipe data/reset again (see if log shows any error)
6> now install creed 1.4 via CMW

I think you should first upgrade to xxkq2 coz cm can be flashed only on xxkq2.After that flash flash the creeds rom in general method.

Hah...bro who told u that CM can be flashed only on kq2! ..I have flashed CM on almost all 2.3+ firmwares...and as far as flashing Creed's ROM on kq2 is concerned I tried flashing Creed's RoM on kq2 also but no luck! ..

Im talking about cwm 4.0.+ and later the cwm file wont be flashed on xxkpl and other versions iv tried it many times it can be flashed only on xxkq2 im talking
about clockwork mod recovery if u flash it in other roms the recovery mode wont display and it just gets stuck in boot logo.

Yup!...u can't install cwm 4.0+ on xxkpl but u can flash on other firmwares ..u can flash Cwm on deodexed xxkpl by vish though!

1- Flash any Froyo Rom via odin
2- flash any GB stock rom "i used the kq5 "
3- Flash CWM "i used CWM 5 V2"
4- flash creed's rom "i used 1.5"

bro ...ive installed FiDroid on ddkq5, kpi, kq2, kpl and deodexed kpl ...and a guy reported that FitDroid works on latest xxkpp (2.3.6) firmware...
and right now im using FitDroid on Kq2....any more queries?

I just have Galaxy Fit device from Galaxy Fit [Shuvit] Lounge @ Kaskus
So now I can build the fully working CWM Recovery for Galaxy Fit device.
WARNING:
I take no support for RFS file system
So this Recovery will not work for Stock ROM or Custom ROM that using RFS file system.
Also this Recovery will not work for froyo baseband
For now I have no plan for working on Cyanogenmod ROM because i'm not yet have good internet connection.
Instruction:
-Download :beni_cwm-5_ext4_v2.tar
-Open S5570_Odin_Multi_Downloader_v4.38.exe
-Place BENI_v1.0.ops on OPS tab
-Check the One Package Option
-Place beni_cwm-5_ext4_v2.tar on One Package tab
-Connect the device on Download Mode
-Press Start and wait for flashing process is finished

Backup is not working both on CM7 and FitDroidv2.0 ..i also tried it for stock roms but no luck!!

Same problem here. I thought I was doing something wrong.
I get to the lockscreen (the sliders seem a little off, like they aren't meant for FIT resolution) and then reboots.
Did you manage to fix your problem?
works for me but it is a bit laggy.

juz go to /systems & edit the build.prop file using root explorer.change all the gt-s5570 to gt-s5670
btw i gt a quadrant score of 1752 without OC
(Juz added a few tweaks here n der)

So in order for me to get this theme on a Galaxy Fit, I'd have to upgrade/downgrade to 2.3.6, then flash CREED's ROM, then flash the theme?
No you should have only xwkt2 ROM and its 2.3.6 Android version download from the forum and install ROM by Odin than instal this theme you done nothing creed nothing rooting stuff bro

i downloaded the stocked firmware XWKT2.. installed cwm recovery.. and flashed the fit-ics.zip then reboot.. i got stock in the animation... any help out there?
Clear cache n remove battery n reapply
You can apply theme via stock recovery also if you dint have cwm installed

FIT havn't yet got CM9(and even never) but you can try yajnab's CM10 its almost fully working..:good:
Janas rom latest version has Arabic , stock rom 2.3.6 for Region Iran has Arabic too , u can get it from samfirmware.com

backup your current custom rom ( just to be safe ) .
wipe data/ reset
format system
wipe dalvik cache
install zip from sd card

no need to pull the battery out , after rebooting hold home key + power key and make a factory reset then reboot again

You're making it difficult for yourself ! Flash that stock rom , it has Arabic ,,, then if you want CWM recovery , go for TJ Style's CWM and flash it using Odin pc ,, any other cwm may brick your phone

I'm using janas rom , lots of tweaks and customizations . For stock rom u can root it and delete unwanted apps for more free space and ram , also u can flash slaidyboost script . It has some good tweaks but I'm not sure if it could be flashed over stock rom or not !
