[Q] ActiveSync Calendar appointment off by one hour after daylight saving change - HTC Sensation

I use ActiveSync to keep up with my Exchange Calendar appointments. It appears that a repeating appointment, created by someone else is shifting its time by one hour when synched to HTC Sensation 4G.
The appointment is on the Outlook calendar at 10 AM EST and on the Android device at 9 AM, incl. the reminder alarm.
The appointment has been created when DST was in effect and is repeated beyond the change date. Now that the change of DST to normal time has happened the appointment is off by that on hour as synched.
Does anybody know what I can do to correct this? Or were to report the bug?

Problems with Active Sync Appointments

Hi there
I have got several problems:
1) If I delete an appointment from my XDAIIs, it still brings up the alarm for it for me to dismiss or snooze!
2) When the alarm pops up for an appointment I get 2 identical appointments!
3) I cannot sync my emails from my XDA to my desktop, they cannot be resolved via active sync
Does anyone have any ideas please
Tim

problem with outlook appointments

i am having problems when syncing my universal with my notebook's outlook.
it seems that only appointments in pda are recognized.if i enter an appointment in my notebook and sync ,this entry is deleted from outlook ,when actually i would like that after syncing appointments from both sources are kept ,eliminating duplicates.
also ,appointments are only being kept for a month.if i go in active sync settings in my pda ,options ,calendar ,will it help if i change 1 month to all?
or in this way all appointments will be wiped out.
i am using pocket informant on my pda and notebook is running with vista business
tnx
any help please guys?
Hi! I have just updated my AT&T Tilt to the new TPC WM6.5 ROM
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=519715
and I started to have the same issue. I sync my Outlook with an Exchange Server. I sync my Tilt with my PC, as the Outlook is behind a firewall.
So this happens:
- Appointments that I've entered prior to the 1st sync - OK
- Appointments I receive via Email (VCalendar), appear in the Outlook and are synced to the Tilt. I unplug the tilt for several hours, reconnect and sync, those appointments dissapear both in the Tilt and in the Outlook
Any ideas???

Exchange "Corporate Account" Calendar Events Time incorrect

Sorry for the long winded title. Is anyone else who has an exchange account setup to get email and calendar events experiencing the issue where the events on the calendar are 1 hour later than they are scheduled? I was thinking this was some issue with DST but after checking the time settings on the phone, and re-adding the account (reboot between remove and add) I still see the issue.
Am I the only one...
It could be your phone that is set to the wrong time zone, especially if you are on 2G service.

Slow Push with the new Hotmail ActiveSync.

Anybody noticed a very slow push for the new Hotmail ActiveSync? I have set my sync settings to 'As items arrive' but it takes about 5-10 minutes after it reached my hotmail inbox to reach to my phone.
I have made some minor settings change like syncing items 1 weeks ago (default is a day I think), sync the entire message (default only 5kb).
Using an Xperia X1 with WM6.5 custom ROM.
Bump......

Time zones

Help! The default Calender app keeps defaulting all my Calender events to Central European time GMT + 2. I sync with an exchange server and the other devices are fine. I've used locale 2 on xoom if that might affect anything?
maybe asking the obvious, but...have you gone to calendar then settings then general prefences then home time zone and confirmed it is set correctly? Since you said your other devices are syncing correctly looks to be a xoom calendar setting.
