Hi,
Haven't you recently flashed a stock ruu?
This will have removed hboot fastboot.
You need to run revolutionary again to restore your fastboot.
It will error out, but you will get revolutionary hboot flashed.

Yes I did friend, I tried running revolutionary on my pc but it won't open up, it just open for a quick second and off. Do I need to go to the revolutionary site again and input my info then download the revolutionary zip?

So, I did the S-On procedure. Everything seemed to go fine but it will only go to the fastboot screen and it says "Security Warning" up at the top. Ideas?
Just go into fastboot, download the RUU you need and flash the stock rom. After that enable usb debuggin in the settings and connect to your pc. After that follow the guide you used to do before.

I can run the RUU with S-On?
Yeah sure if you use the one that matches with your CID.
Btw I flashed my device with the RUU too with S-On
Sent from my HTC Sensation Z710e using XDA Premium App
I will give it a try. I never messed with my CID so any Tmous RUU should work, correct? Thanks for your help!
Yes, but I would use the latest one.
Write back when done

Looks like downloading is going to take a while. I'll post back when it's been attempted.
Worked like a charm, it seems. I had used an older RUU before going back to S-On.
Thanks again. I'm now 2 for 2 in asking questions without being flamed and, instead, receiving mega helpful answers!

I was wondering if there is a tool which will create a goldcard. I tried it manually about 50 times with different sdcards but no luck. I'm very sure that I'm doing it the right way but it just won't work.

Why do you need a gold card?

You don't need to create gold card for sensation.

That's because hboot 1.20 doesn't have fastboot flashing capabilities. But you can still flash radios and hboot stuff, provided you make into a bootloader flashable zip.

As mentioned, get into the bootloader and you can flash Radios from there

No, no you cannot, at least with the hboot 1.20. You CAN however, flash a bootloader compatible zip, which is not at all near the same as a fastboot flash.

I want to root my Sensation XE and whenever i use revolutionary, it says failed to get root...
does revolutionary run all the way through? Remember you need to install the superuser app to get root permissions, and also need busybox on there if it isn't already installed. If it is installed go in the options and check for binary updates, that has fixed problems for me in the past. Best advice though is to read thoroughly and follow every instruction from here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1192300

Check your hboot version against the supported list using the link on the revolutionary page. If it's not supported you need to downgrade.

Also have you got the drivers needed? Easiest way is to install HTC sync then uninstall, it leaves the drivers behind.
Finally uninstall any software that may try to sync with your device e.g. iSyncr, double twist.

The diag file for this phone should set supercid as it removes sim unlock that's a pg58img.zip I believe. 2 seconds I will find the link
http://www.multiupload.co.uk/KHJXXHKA8F here is the link. Make a full nandroid backup first before using this as it will wipe your data from your phone. Once its ran run your back up, restore your phone and you should be good to go good luck!

I think that you may be right about that ganeshp, I know the PM58DIAG.ZIP actually performs two functions. One is to SIM unlock the device but I can not remember what the other function is of the top of my head. I could be wrong but I thought I had read somewhere you can use Terminal Emulator as Superuser and write Super SID to the device. Like I said I could be wrong about that though. I will see if I can confirmthat and find the other function of the DIAG file when I get home and have WiFi cellular data kills my battery.
Edit. OK I have redone the pg58diag.nbh just to be sure of myself, and must admit I am wrong. This phones diag file reacts differently to others I have used. And as such does not give supercid. Sorry for any confusion I may have caused
Sent from my HTC Sensation using xda premium
So how do you super cid through terminal emulator? Or can you just use the pg58img file? Or are these not possible?

if you have successfully flashed the ruu.exe,of course there is no recovery now because you are in completely stock
now start from the beginning again
S-OFF or htcdev.com unlock
recovery
root
Still says s off and unlocked and I'm back to stock, installed cwm via one x, but still nothing, I was using viper s Rom then my recovery wudnt open just kept restarting back to lockscreen, so I did a ruu to see if it could work, then I flashed clockworkmod via.one.x.tool, phone still unlocked and s off but everytime I.try getting to recovery it gets stuck on HTC logo
