Hi everybody. I have XOOM MZ 601 3G (UMTS)+WiFi from Hongkong.
It's rooted and installed with Tiamat ROM 2.2.2.
But a can't use 3G module with this ROM.
If i installed a stock rom from European XOOM with 3G (UMTS), XOOM worked with 3G but can't see more than 4GB internal memory.
How I can use 3G (UMTS) module in TIAMAT ROM's..

I've seen that's its a updated 2.2 froyo port for the xt720. AND before I put it on mt phone ill like to know if 3g is working for 1700 band before I proceed thxs

I would like to ask is it possible to install US WiFi 3.2 (or 3.1) on MZ601 3G and get a working rom without 3g support, because I don't have 3g data-plan active yet.
i tried to search in forum but couldn't find a smiler issue

I've puhed the latest EOS rom to MZ600.No CDMA baseversion can be recognized. So the 3g cannot be launched. ..

I have an xoom 3g eu. After rooting etc i lost my 3g. Now im on lte ics wich is us. Is it in anyway possible that i get my 3g back? On a eu device with us rom?

I think you'll find the problem is your Euro 3G MZ601 uses GSM radio and hardware while the US 3G MZ602 uses CDMA radio and hardware. Thus the US ROMs don't interface correctly with you MZ601.
The new EOS ICS for Euro 3G works very well on my Hong Kong sourced MZ601 with Australian Telstra 3G.
For pain free installation I would suggest running "fastboot oem unlock" again before flashing to ensure a clean install.

I want to update my stock 3g xoom (mz602 Verizon) with original iml77. does anyone already tried that?
PS:I am based in Europe and I am never using 3g
I am curious about this, also. I have a 4G/LTE Xoom, but dont use the mobile data. Will installing IML77 on my xoom brick it? I don't care that the 4G won't work (if that's all that will happen).
