Hi, I`m studying the range of WP7 devices, but until now I have none of them.
I am particularly interested in American devices (mainly at&t, Bell, Telus and Rogers devices); and Telstra`s australian devices; and the Spanish language.
The questions are about languages that are included with the devices:
How many languages are supported in current WP devices?
The amount of languages included are carrier, model, or Manufacturer dependant?
The languages can be changed without a hard reset?
Is the spanish language included in all WP7 occidental devices? What devices?
e.g.
A Telus HTC 7 Surround, and an At&t HTC Surround (both T8788 model #), came with the same "set" of languages?, or the canadian model is different of U.S. model?
Please, give me some light (I prefer long answers)

I asume there are the same languages on every device. I got German, English (twice - UK and US), Spanish, French and Italian.

I have a HTC 8X from AT&T and it's unlocked, working flawlessly with my actual carrier.
The smartpohone features only English and Spanish for system languages, but I'm able to download many other languages for keyboard and voice control, and maps from all over the world.
Is it possible to download or install other system languages to this phone? I can't through the phone, but is there any other way? I could do that to my HTC One XL from AT&T (Android) that featured only English and Spanish to, just by editing a config file.

Use the IMEI to purchase an unlock code, costs around 5 dollars.

Hello,
I bought a new unbranded Euro Galaxy S7 for my Taiwan wife and she complained it only supports Simple Chinese as system language, but not Traditional Chinese (Mandarin).
I find that very akward from Samsung. Her Euro LG G3 had Simple and Traditional Chinese right fromt he start.
How can I get Traditional Chinese as System Language to please my wife and not make her swicht back to the old G3 ?

I am from Chile and got this phone from Canada and only has the english language option and I'd like to have it in spanish but the phone does not have the option.
From what I have read you need to root the phone but I have no idea what I'm doing and from what I have read online it is not even possible, does anyone have and recommendations?
