i might be exchanging my nexus s soon (back button occasionally gets stuck), and im wondering how i'd back up paradise island so i wouldn't have to start all over on the new phone?
im not rooted
thanks!
Titanium Backup will do that for you. Backup app+data. All the files are stored on the sdcard.

Titanium Backup will do it, but you have to be rooted.
If you're not rooted, don't think there is a way.

Hey guys I own a g2x and have it rooted and roms and such so I am comfortable with flashing recovery and roms but she is not rooted right now so how can I back up her contacts and apps. will titanium backup still work? Thanks

Contacts should be stored on the gmail account. If not then do that first.
To backup apps use a program called backup program and restore. Does not require root.
Also apps do backup on the Google account as well.

Mine is Superuser No but on a serious note Titanium Backup is a must-have and i also love Solid Explorer
I have several that come to mind:
System Tuner Pro
Screencast
ROM Toolbox Pro
Of course my fave root app is link2sd
This is the problem solver for device which had very limited internal storage
Great app!

using es file explorer because its free and has root options and titanium back up to debloat and back up
Titanium backup (or similar) by far... without an app as convenient as that android wouldn't be half as sweet.

Does anyone know of a backup app which will backup then restore all of my apps without having the install window popup for each one. I currently have titanium backup installed, but it is very tedious having to hit install for my 100+ apps.

Buy the pro version of titanium backup. Notice how the free version doesnt have hypershell enabled? Thats what you want, right there.

Hey guys I need help rom backups app which is best titanium or rom manager
Thanks
Sent from my HTC One S using xda premium
Rom manager I think only reboots you to recovery and does it, so its kinda the same of backing up the phone. Titanium backs up all the apps and its what people use to restore apps between ROMs.
