Rom manager I think only reboots you to recovery and does it, so its kinda the same of backing up the phone. Titanium backs up all the apps and its what people use to restore apps between ROMs.

Does this app backup saved games such as tapfish and guns n glory ww2 and how do you restore when flashing a new rom?

Yeah it does, then you just re-download the app and restore your data but I have had problems with it restoring the saved information. I have only tried the free version, maybe the paid one works better
Or you can create a flashable zip from within the app that you can then flash in recovery after you flash your ROM.
(this does work on the sk4g right?)

The paid one is totally worth it. Resoring is MUCH easier.

I am looking to buy Rom toolbox Pro or Rom manager to do a nandroid backup.
The problem I have is which one would be the best to buy for my Skyrocket.
I don't see the Skyrocket on the install list for either one.

Just get regular or paid Rom manager. Go to app>press on where it says flash ClockWorkModRecovery>Select T-mobile SGS2 aka t989> Flash cwm>Now to do back up you can either do it in Rom manager or CWM you choice. T-Mobile SGS2 and our phone is almost same so no problems.

Hey guys, so I have a question for all you that flash lots of roms.
I am currently using StockRom, but I would like to try Sky-ICS.
However, I have my current rom setup exactly how I like it, so if I do a backup through CWM or the backup manager app, and I don't like Sky-ICS, will restoring my rom bring everything back exactly how it was? Or will I have to re do my settings, and re download my apps?
It will be just like it was when you left if. That's one of the beauties of the backup. That and it can save your butt.

Does anyone know of a backup app which will backup then restore all of my apps without having the install window popup for each one. I currently have titanium backup installed, but it is very tedious having to hit install for my 100+ apps.

Try MyBackupPro.

Buy the pro version of titanium backup. Notice how the free version doesnt have hypershell enabled? Thats what you want, right there.

Hi guys,
I had a question regarding recovering from backup. I backed up my stock Rom using twrp and now recovered from that. However the notes app data was lost. Is there a way to recover it?
Thanks
