[ROM] Frankenstein EC05OCE v1 *public beta*

Frankenstein EC05OCE v1 public beta (its been tested,just want more open opinions).
This is Syndicate ROM Frozen 1.1.0 based,much thanks to the entire ACS gang...
I suggest you Odin the DK28 modem once you are up and running the ROM,I am having much better resuslt then the EB13/EC05 modems.I dont have the time to explain everything thats in it,or post pics atm,but they will be coming soon,the theme is being changed still,so that may change.
Install procedure.
If you are on a SF ROM you can install this on top if you like,it will backup and restore,(please some try this way to see if it works 100%) I suggest doing a factory wipe and wipe caches atleast twice; This version has dual FS support,so you can use older CWM's. Now install ROM (3 versions),once this is done and its al booted up,check to see if the kernel was installed (Im adding the kernel update.zip,I recommend flashing this again to make sure); If the kernel was installed correctly you can then Odin the DK28 modem and enjoy...

Twilight Zone v1.0.4 (most stable and compatible,Ive tested them all).
Nexus browser,thanks kOnane (proper thanks to everyone soon,promise).
Smallest base ROM out atm.
CApps and NApps,these .zips should be looked at (unzipped,or open archive and remove whats not wanted),
I will be ripping those 2 update.zips apart and making them into several once ROM is released,
CApps = Core Apps.
NApps = NoN Critical Apps.
No2chem files added.
Missing the keyboard patch atm,I think I forgot to add it,I just noticed some skips.

I flashed 86mb right over and everything is hitting well... Quick question, Does your MyFrank come with the LP? I was diggin the Honeycomb theme.. Im gonna try and flash that version right over and see whats up... Another question, I was running MyFrank EB13 with the Genocide Kernal... Will this version be more battery friendly? Geno with Myfrank EB13 was kind of a battery drainer....

Nope,ADW won all of my test,well it didnt win all,but it had my highest score. If you want I can make an update.zip if needed,its not hard to add to the ROM if you know how to pull it from the EB13 ROM... Ill help,just dont want to clutter the download section when I change the OP (damn I just remebered I forgot to reserve a couple spaces,DOH...)
Ill make a new thread later. I think this has great battery life with Twilight Zone 1.0.4 and DK28 modem combo,but I suggest flashing the kernel again to make sure its installed.
Edit::: I wouldnt flash EB13 over EC05,you will be back on EB13...

I just edited the file names of MyFrankensteinn/BMNC~steinn to remove the extra n,looks like it broke the file or something; Give it an hour and try again,if that dosnt work I will upload again,I have a slow connction and not at the house right now...

Which kernal are you using?
I haven't lost root, I have however lost root when flashing the geno kernal over the FrankEB13.. this is what I did and it came right up..
Restore your nandroid,wipe 3 times full, dalvik and cache, then reflash.. It worked like a charm...

a kernel goes into a rom
a rom is basically everything summed up into one
you can flash kernels separately into roms to improve your phones performance
development is just starting i recommend:
whitehawkx kd1 deodexed+root so you dont have to root
and then get CWM from krylons post
after that you are ready to flash drhonks Bali kernel which will
improve battery life and performance(get the UV kernel )

Roms contain kernels, could contain a theme and other things depending on what it is, and kernels are basically the information your phone uses to function

Ok, so i'm switching up this thread to be the deodexed and rooted version of the rom seeing as the official was released via KIES apparently. So go here and download this NOW.
Remember, disable Voodoo as it says in the post.

Is it possible to convert the og gb leak with bootloaders to cwm
From a sammy with no hammy only jammy..

I got the KG4 kernel to work with the new leak, which let me restore my data and flash the deodexed KG6 leak, but once I booted KG6 with the KG4+cwm kernel, it f'd up, so I'd say wait for a proper custom KG6 kernel.

This is awesome but what is the difference between KG4 and KG6 anyone know?

Successfully restored all my Froyo data. Had one force close for the DRM provider app.
Used advanced restore, restored /data partition, then wiped dalvik cache and rebooted.

[scripts] unvisible 2 updated all-in-one cwm/ra flashable zip

i put togather a cwm and RA flashable zip of all the scripts i use. i was tired of having to flash 4 diff. zips each time so i made this and decided to share. it contains...
juwe's ram script
smokinl337's sicktweaks
SD card speed fix (4096kb)
i use this on my htc evo 4g running CM7 nightly 220 with savagedzen kernel and these scripts make a HUGE improvement.
i didnot write these scripts, i just put them all togather. thanks to juwe and smokin1337 and whoever wrote sd card speed fix (couldnt remember the authors name)

this will work with any gingerbread based roms.
the sd card speed booster increases the read/write speed of the sd card to 4096kbps.
juwes ram script increases your ram by killing unused background processes and such.
sick tweeks just increases general speed of general android processes.
most of these scripts do ALOT of basic system performance improvements, put them all togather and they make a HUGE differance.
it also works on ice cream sandwich. thanks to bitterman for pointing that out. as with everything else on this forum.. use at your own risk blah blah blah

yes, aslong as those roms are based on android 2.3.x

Can these be used in conjunction with v6 supercharger script, or would there be a conflict?

i use them with v6 and i havent gotten any errors.. unless you call a faster evo an error

Would be good having V6 inside the flashable zip too.
I update today to CM7 nightly #223 so I reflashed unvisibletweaks.zip but when I checked /system/etc/init.d I realized S97ramscript was not there.

It's just noob way ...I replaced the miui's Filemanager by mifile (I think it's better) and the theme manager fixed itself by cMIUI team (I discovered the issues of the previous theme manager and intended to write a guide about how to fix it w terminal emulator but surprisingly that it was fixed in thhis new version ^^) and root manager, I replaced LBE with supersuser...so...noob, rite? ^^

It's kernel issue, I am uploading the fixed build now...If you've already on this cMIUI 2.7.4, just wipe system and mount system back is ok, no need to wipe data ...Thank you for reporting

Okay, thanx erikmm bro for reminding me that, and a little sorry to mataflaskita man, I was in just a little bad mood so......anw, I found another issue w package installer and have another more stable build but am at school now til 8pm so, I will upload it then ...and I am using LZ, too so if the scripts work well, I will (and must) ask Thomas/team kickass for perm to use it in next build...stay tuned then ...
