[Q] kdz error?

so my optimus is bricked and you can see what i mean in the link, i bought this phone for $20 from a friend who knows nothing about root but as curious as he was he attempted to and failed, i have no idea what he did but now everytime i boot it up it goes to "updating firmware" and automatically reboots. i tried to .kdz files V10S.00 and V10L.00 but when its done flashing it goes back into the same loop, any idea how to fix this??http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zszfr1c9thU&context=C33507b0ADOEgsToPDskJ3IhQR_m7e5CrtQEpYPbS9

Boot up in emergency mode ('back button' + 'volume up' + 'power button'), then flash KDZ selecting EMERGENCY instead of DIAG.
Then, after it finishes, you will have your phone turned off (just charging through USB). At this point your first boot should be doing a factory reset ('home button' + 'volume down' + 'power button') to make sure there's no bad data from another time (this, of course, will wipe all the data on the phone).

If it's of your interest to keep all the data on the phone intact, don't do this. (I mean messages, call log, settings, apps, etc - the SD card won't be affected by the procedure described above).

Factory reset? It's the option to clear all the personal data on the phone. You can access it through 'home button' + 'volume down' + 'power button'. It removes all apps, messages, call logs, settings, etc (just the phone personal data - the SD card remains with its content)

Using lgmdp flash any recovery when recovery is flashed then go to recovery by pressing volume down+home+power button and flash any rom like cm7,oxygen etc and don't use kdz it can break your phone completly.

Just go to the link and follow the instructions given in the thread don't worry flashing a recovery using lpmdp only take 5-6 min.

Dude tell me recovery in installed or not.you can check by completely turn off your phone then press home+volume down+power.if recovery is install then you can flash any rom.

Im telling you its not, it does the same thing, rebooting the same way and I can't get into recovery like before. Its like nothing flashed

Did this issue ever get solved? I have the same thing happening with my p509. Have tried everything posted on here and every other forum with information on bricked phones. Phone does not have custom recovery nor custom rom. after all of my experimentation with all of the software touted as THE solution, I am here. with the same f*cking boot-loop, blinking, ever so defiantly in my face. Letting me know that the only thing it will ever do is boot to emergency mode.
Any help would be fantastic!

[Q] Optimus 3D Max [P725] KDZ FW UPDATE Not Responding

This is my first message in xda developers, hope to find a solution here. I want to unroot and clean my phone. So I downloaded the stock rom, the KDZ FW Updater, windows enabler,.. All the mobile drivers are okay, i plugged in the phone with usb in sw update mode, i started the upgrade with KDZ_FW_UP.exe, it waits, extracts for a while, then win7 says it is not responding. When i look at the log, it crashes at the "Call fn_StartUpgrade" step. I tried it in several pc's but still the same problem. How can i fix this? Here is the log:

I have same issue with lg p920 think mine ends with same error on the log but i cannot read full log before it closes. I suspect my problem may be because i cannot install b2c app (another lg program) as i have no internet connection on pc so it will not run. Can you confirm weather you have ran b2c app on pc?

I finally did it. I installed virtual win XP and then after a few tries it finally worked and there's no problem anymore. THANKS FOR NOTHING

I tried lots of times with b2c app and it didnt work. When it downloads the FW files and start to upgrade it stucks at 4%. In win7 the kdz updater crashes. So try the same thing with winXP.
Note: the log is b2c app's log. b2c app and kdz fw upd both stop at the same step (call fn_startupgrade)

Ok thanks for your help and sorry i could not help you. But glad you got it fixed i am going to try lg flash tool next because i cannot get online for b2c to do update check and do not have xp disc to create virtual xp (xp sp2 compatabillity mode is all i have running vista and is not working). It would have been nice if there was a little bit of a community that would support the Neo M1.
The phone has got a nice design, decent hardware, and price is good. Neo has not been able to deliver the promised Windows Phone OS and the phone does not have the promised Sony Exmor Camera, but still it's alright for the price.
Biggest downside is there's just no active Dev support for this phone as compared with iNew V3 - the closest rival. Another thing is the M1 has got bigger batteries than the V3 but is not removable so it may be a draw in this case.
Even the Neo Mobile forum has been inactive for quite some time, no news for any updates, did not answer questions..which leads me to ask myself: Is it really a good buy?

Our closest rival, iNew V3 already has Android 4.4..hopefully we can get one as well..

No Network Status SM-985F

Hello guys,
I've got my hands on Note 20 Ultra (SM-N985F/DD) to take a look into, but for some reason, it's behaving strangely.
First of all, it's got a CSC WWB, on which I didn't find any reference at all. When I check app fo the IMEI it says it's null.
As a result, cell (both mobile data and usual carrier service) is not working.
I've already spent so many hours investigate this. I'm confused whether the issue is in the SCS, or IMEI, or whether its simply carrier locked.
Any recommendations on what this might be? Or anyone encountered the same?
No idea where I should focus my efforts on. Already reinstalled, factory reset, installing custom rom, uprooting, locking back the BL...

it's the first time i see WWx CSC in a device , i don't know them but they are not full configured
have you connect your device in wifi and with a valid google account ?
if yes you can try to change the CSC with a tool and after factory reset

Thank you very much @yakapa40 for all the information provided. I've looked through so many pages to get a clue where the "WWB" is coming from.
I've tried to change the CSC to XTC and factory reset, however, a part of WWB is still present and No Network still persists. When I get into Download mode, the "Carrier_id: WWB" is still there.
The phone still has BL Unlocked, but I guess that shouldn't affect it? The IMEI still seems to be null for some reason, even though it's there.

Thank you! I kinda suspected it might have been this thing.
Though, what's surprising is that the Cellar network was actually working there when it was bought - I could call and even had 4G+, before I flashed the Stock ROM to update from Android 11 to Android 12...
I guess that might then had to be some kind of hack before I bought it. Thanks a lot once again, I'll try to get through all the topics and see if there's anything I could do.

Question A22 5G A226G Bricked, Can Brom/Bypass. Can't find correct firmware

I messed it up, I'm sure I flashed sp tool with just preloader All format + download by accident.
Now can't recover, I can bypass auth and connect on Brom and flash but mainly arrive at role back error or not signed etc.
I've done filter on com / mtk driver etc.
Authentication bypass all goes fine.
All firmwares I see are for A226B etc but no A226G, I've tried to flash many FW without much success. I'm not sure what I'm doing anymore and my head hurts (I was pretty new to this a week ago).

There is only 3 model available. A226B BR and L. There is No A226G. Don't know maybe you someone sale you Fake Vietnamese mobile.

Otherwise Download A226B Firmware but Android 13 otherwise you will get rollback error.

I've tried various FM and I get
"status sec imghdr type mismatch"
What is that normally? It's frustrating, I feel like it's something simple. I've tried different SP tools, different ways to extract firmware like Android utilities and auth tool v30 etc to arrive at the same error.

Download the firmware and see if it works.
