[Q] Case for I9000 with Momax 2700 mAh accu? - Galaxy S I9000 Accessories

Hi guys,
I bought 1 month ago Momax 2700 mAh battery for my I9000 and am delighted:
accu time went from 24 hours to 72 hours or more.
With the battery came a case which is very practical, however, I lost it.
Does anybody know where I could order only the case?
Thanx in advance.
Pavana

I've never ordered from them, so don't know how reliable they are.

[Q] Anybody bought Extended Slim Battery 1980 mAh

Hello Everybody
I am looking to buying the following battery
http://www.ebay.com/itm/LG-G2X-Opti...ccessories&hash=item2eb6f543db#ht_2178wt_1270
I don't want to sacrifice the sleek look of my mobile phone by buying 1350 mAh or 1450 mAh huge batteries.
Anybody bought these kind of batteries already ?
Do you find noticeable difference in run-time ?
That's the one I saw on ebay.
The thing I notice that the slim batteries that are larger in capacity than the stock batteries are more in price than the larger capacity and fatter batteries with a bigger back cover.
I wonder what is that???
I going to order next payday to try it out.
If you get it before I do. Let me know how it worked out for you.

I do not think this is going to be any better than stock battery. Better to go with the fat one. You will at least get 2000 to 2200 mAh out of those for $10.
I have had that Andida battery for a couple of months now. Never any problems with it, and I would say I probably get somewhere between 30 minutes-2 hours extra charge over the stock battery, depending on what kind of usage, obviously. It feels noticeably thicker/denser than the stock battery. It fits inside with the normal cover, but you can tell it's a tighter fit. I also charge it sometimes on the spare port of my desk dock, and it's a tighter fit there, as well. And a bit heavier.
I won't make any claims of whether it's actuallyt 1980 or not...but it's a good battery...at least mine has been good to me. Nothing "night and day" that you're gonna convert religions over, but if you're looking for a second battery anyway, it's definitely worth it.
Generally, it's seemed like people with the Andida 1980 mAh battery have gotten an extra hour or two more over the OEM.
Buy it from here instead, only $9.

Thanks for posting that obostore link...when I clicked the OP's ebay link, I was pretty sure I didn't pay anything near $29, but it's been a while and I"ve bought so many things, I couldn't remember...but it didn't feel right.
$9 from obostore sounds about right...I've bought about 6 cases and other stuff from them, so they are legit. It does take about 2-3 weeks to reach your door from the time you order, since it comes from Hong Kong.

http://www.amazon.com/Seidio-Innoce...3UQO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1320682316&sr=8-1
or
http://www.amazon.com/T-Mobile-Tmobile-Extended-3000mAh-Replacement/dp/B004U89YRS/ref=pd_sbs_cps_8 << Does this work for Desire Z>>

i am a very very heavy user and i get two full days mourning til night.
on my stock battery i would get about 12-14 hours normally, less then an entire day.
i think because of the fact i have a bigger battery i leave more stuff on and use even more...
3500 mAh Seidio and eBay China knockoffs
I got the Seidio 3500 mAh several months ago (Sep) and I am glad I did. I wasn't making it past 5:00 PM without it. I also picked up a few of the eBay knock offs, 3500 mAh, from China. They didn't work nearly as well as the Seidio but for only $10 I can't complain. I mostly stick with the Seidio for every day stuff. If I'm traveling I pack the extra China batteries as backups.
One thing about these 3500 mAh batteries is that the phone won't fit in the cradle/docking station chargers. And the battery by itself won't charge in the extra charging bay because of the orientation of the electrodes to the battery.
On standalone chargers for just the battery by itself, I did find one universal charger that can charge the extended battery standalone, from ebay from China. The universal charger that worked was called the "3G Portable Commerce Multi-purpose Battery Charger USB".
Compared to the ebay ones, how much more do you get?
For the ebay ones, do you still get more than the stock battery?
Because if you get at least 2000mah from the ebay ones and they don't explode, I'm thinking of getting one.

Where can I get a decent galaxy s battery in the UK?

I've searched these forums but all people talk about is fakes or ones I can't get in the UK. Where can I purchase a reliable third party or official 1500mah+ in the uk?
Bumpilicious.
Amazon?
I just received my Samsung 1800 mAh battery yesterday from TalkieTech: ~35 dollars, when 15% was substracted with the code ''hfmembers''.

That battery is fake and the other one is in the US. Does anyone know where I can get a decent battery in the UK?

Doesn't look fake... Samsung name on it, Samsung packaging...
And the price is a bit high for a fake.
How you doin'? Greetings from my GT-I9000!
I asked if anyone knew where I could find a decent samsung battery in the UK. The first one posted is fake and the one you posted is in the US so is to expensive for me to buy and will take too long to get here.

I looked everywhere before ordering one from the States it worked out at £23 delivered and took 20 day to get here. I got the 1800mah one from the Galaxy S2 epic 4G as disscussed in the other thread
This is crazy?! How is it so hard to get a decent battery in the uk?!
I've just ordered this (bit cheaper than £23, hopefully will be good)

I wanted a genuine Samsung battery and was willing to pay a fair price for it, its made for a phone thats only sold in the US so it stands to reason that the battery would have to be imported.
With a clean install of stock 2.3.5, with wifi and GPS on I got 2 days 17h out of my 1 year old standard battery, that was with light use but still just under 3 hours of screen time and an hour of phone calls. I hope with this new battery I can get 24 hours+ with heavy use playing GTA3 for few hours
I very much doubt the battery you have got will be 1900mah, a copy of the 1500mah at best.
I'll do a test with the battery once I have done a few charges, I'll play a film on a loop and post the results
Experienced users seem quite happy with it here and it's only £13.90 delivered:
http://www.darkyrom.com/community/i...batteries-for-sgs-i9000-and-sgs-2-i9100.5181/
Received my battery about a week ago - so far has been superb, lasts far longer than the original one does - yesterday I had my phone on for over 14 hours of which >4 hours display time and still had 21% which is better than I got on the Samsung battery

get the Anker 1800mah
Hey there,
I was having crazy battery life with my old battery, which on darky's ROM lasted about 10-12 hours and then on MIUI not more than 6-8 hours. I bought another one and it was definitely a fake by the looks of things, but the batterylife did not change that much. i bought the 1800mah ANKER from Amazon and it lasts about 18 hours easy. I bought mine in the US, but i have seen them on Amazon. Hope it helps.
Thanks. I've already ordered mine but if it's no good I'll get the one you recommended. I can't see any in the UK on amazon or ebay though?

When it arrives let us know how it performs.
I've buyed the Galaxy S Plus original baterry in hope that it will last longer...posting after getting it
I found one for £9 on Amazon.
It claims to be 3500 and it certainly doubles my battery life. Adds a bit of heft, but the cover doesn't obscure the camera.
Battery screenshots etc on my blog.
The one I bought seems to work pretty well.
i bought one from akku king a 1800 mAh it runs pretty good, and then a charger for only the akku from dealextreme
I buyed one the last week on dealextreme, search for genuine i9000 battery. I'm waiting for it, because the shipping is a bit slowly but free

1800mAh batteries for Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch D710

Hi!
I've just ordered "3x 1800mAh Battery + US Charger Sprint Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch D710".
From what I've read, they should fit into out SGS. I am a little concered about the batter height, but I'll make them fit if they wont.
I will test each one of them after I receive them, I would like to know, did anyone else bought theese batteries and what is his/hers impression? Even if they are less then 1.8Ah (lets say 1.5Ah), they still are dirty cheap and better then a year old battery. I barely get 10hours of my battery and have to take my netbook with me all the time, 1.1kg is heavier then 3 extra batteries .
I can't tell you if the battery will fit into the SGS, but I'm 1000% sure that it will not even be 1000mAh. I bought a "1900mAh" one, a year ago and it lasted half as much as my one year old 1500mAh battery. I now have it as a backup, but I have never used it since.
What you pay is what you get, my friend. Remember that!
I guess I'll try to find a battery that is really 1800mAh. Those Anker batteries are supposedly true capacity.

You should know taking off the battery so often will get your battery weaker and last less than it should.. i have bought cheap battery once said its 1500mah but i guess it was less cuz it was thinner than the stock one and it lasted less.. i advice you to buy anker battery if those battery's you bought ain't good.
Good luck
