Control phone from PC

Hi Guys,
There are a number of apps avalable in the market where you can load files etc directly to your phone from the PC wirelessly provided the phone and the pc are in the same network ....
Is there a application where in I can control the phone directy from my PC. Say I connect my phone to the speakers and play music. I would like to change songs directly from my PC which are being played in the phone over the speakers ... ... would not like the playlist option ...

Our new app, VMLite VNC Server, does exactly that, so you can control phones from a PC, this provides you an external keyboard and mouse, and you can view your device on the PC's screen:

it works on all Galaxy models, including latest S3. rooting is NOT required.

Better one:
use any UPNP enabled music player
and use any UPNP client for PC to control over UPNP server in phone
It was designed to revers use (control music by phone) but your use should work too.
Sorry but I can't give you app names right now, but if you search for UPNP you will get what you need.

use android tablet as a torrent box?

i currently have a asus transformer which i love to connect to my tv and watch content on.
i recently got thw idea of using it as a torrent box like i use my utorrent on my desktop on my computer with utorrent remote.
is there a torrent client for a tablet that i can control from my android device?

I'm not sure if this is what you mean but you could try using the tTorrent Pro app on the table and an app called Tablet Remote installed on both tablet and another android device (which connects via BT) to navigate the tablet and play videos that way.

[Q] Which apk allows streaming from tablet to TV (any website with no restriction)?

i've been using similar apps like Skifta or twonky beam to serve videos from my tablet to my DLNA smart TV.
one limitation i realized is that they either only stream LOCAL files (on tablet), or stream from selected websites only.
is there any app that allows true mirroring of the tablet screen to my TV? i.e. there should be no restriction in the website i want to stream from.
i'm using HP touchpad on the latest CM nightly build.

I would like to know but as long as I've searched I didn't find anything that would mirror ur phone screen to TV, maybe vlc (the way it's fine one computers)
As for streaming any website it may be possible but no app as of now

seeing how Airplay is a huge success on apple devices, i'm confused why android doesn't offer a similar solution. still on the lookout for an app that can mirror anything that i stream from a website, from tablet to TV.

Imediashare is great. Not sure if it can do any website though..

[Q] Can an app be made to share screen via dlna?

I upnp/dlna is just a file transfer protocol, but what if we could use that to share android's screen?
App captures screen cast into a generic video file, dlna device sees the file, file is streamed, we have screen share over dlna.
Is this a possible idea? Anyone with some skill care to try it?

Can I Connect Explorer to Tv?

I have a samsung tv with usb,hdmi&the white,yellow and red connectors on which sega is connected.So is their a way to see the screen of my explorer on my hd tv when i play games or videos?

Not via cables, but it might be possible via some wireless streaming stuff e.g. Twonky Beam - works with any DLNA compatible device, or over bluetooth, or via AirPlay (i.e. to an Apple TV box). Of course this all depends on you having a compatible box connected to your TV to stream to.
Also, I don't think it will stream whatever is on screen, I think it just works for videos.
