Hi,
Is there any possible way for HDMI or Tv input, say from a camera?

You mean like watching pictures from eg a camera on the DHD screen? If that's the case then no.
Edit: You can ofcourse always move the files to your microsd card and watch them that way.
Yes if you can get the camera streaming the signal over wifi. Other than that - no way you can get a live feed on the DHD's screen.

You can use the inbuilt DLNA feature to transmitt movies and music over a network.
But you need a DLNA compatible TV or a Xbox or ps3
I have some problem...
Pretty much what the title asks: can I choose between 720p/1080p when recording video? My TV is only 720p & my monitor is 1680x1050 & no one that I'd share video with actually has something that's 1080p to view it on so I'd like to record in 720p instead.
Does anyone know if this is possible with the Sensation or any other phone right now that supports the 1080p recording? Thanks
Yes
Edit: and it looks amazing either way but 1080p really is something else, who needs a flip cam anymore after owning these devices.
Edit again... I own a G2x but it applies to the sensation too. The Sense camera is really nice

Hi guys!
I'm planning to buy the TF101, but I'm not sure about a couple of things.
Can it actually play 1080p videos? Or 1080p YouTube videos? Is the YouTube app streams over 1080p?
Or we must open the browser if we want to watch it in high resolution?
How many hours it usually lasts with watching videos?
Is it fine with the stock ICS, or I have to switch ROMs in order to get a decent tablet?
I would greatly appreciate an input from those who have the TF101.
If u buying new, rather get something else, ics is a hit n miss on the tf101 at the moment, and asus don't seem close to fixing it honestly
I've got one, no serious issues with mine, I enjoy it
Not sure about the video playback

Can you play 1080p videos on it? Youtube?
I can't wait to have it, but these things stop me right now.
Does it have a USB host option?

It will play hd youtube(720p i think) however the playback is not great, actual image quality is pretty good but as soon as there is any sort of fast moving action it starts to skip a second here, a second there Really annoying as it is a priority for me also. The last firmware update was supposed to have fixed this issue but seems to have made little difference. Have finally got round to rooting and am now searching for a rom that has sorted the issue. Its not a bad tab apart from this though and if you can get it at the right price there really isnt much wrong with it

Thanks guys!
That's what I was afraid of. That I'll not get it without putting a new rom on it.
Well, that means I have to look for something else
Usb host is basically USB on-the go. I know the keyboard has it, but I wasn't sure about the tablet itself.
The nexus 7 looks awsome and has killer specs and a price tag u can't beat. But I'm just new to the TF and I love it not one regret.

I know. That's my other option. It's a shame a 7" might be too small.
Can you tell if I can fit it on my future excercise bike handle?
I mean like...literally!

If you don't have the apk or the icon in the phone must have been removed from the rom version You using. I there are some apps in the market for dnla server you can try that way.

have you tried the HDMI ?
schubeir
Or just put the vids/pictures on a USB drive, and then plug it into your TV.
It is advised to convert the .jps 3D pictures into .mpo first, otherwise the TV will destroy the aspect ratio. (unfortunately)
(Use 'Stereo Photo Maker' to convert from jps to mpo in batches!)

I subscribe to that. For me HDMI was the only way - continous and fast, to see 3D on my LG 3D TV. All other stuff that implies the use of Wifi or ethernet is not good to use - pretty low speed of streaming data and on USB it's more likely to have conflicts and errors due to improper format or codecs.

No, USB works perfect.
Why would a video made with an LG device not work on a LG TV?
Like I said, I'm doing this all the time.

can u give me an example?? i just found 1 app that wasn't working..
Im using a microHdmi to Hdmi cable to connect my O3D to my TV, the TV reports 1080p/30hz as output but anything i play on it stays 480p aka screen resolution, am i doing something wrong? Using 28b atm, would 30a fix this? Thx in advance
I'm on 20f and find my TV says 720p is being fed from my optimus 3D cube for apps launched through the 3D launcher. Anyone get 1080p output and how you did it?
