hey guyz i just ordered this phone it ll be delivered tomrow.. well i heard frm a salesperson tht this fone has been discontinued due to battery issue..so is it true ..im too afraid...i want to ask abt my battery backup also...i hv researched abt this fone n saw many ppl complaining abt battery backup..but i wanted relevant answers so came here...plz help me guyz how is the battery life of this phone ????
Please dont creat new threads for questions. Post such requests in Q and A thread. Battery life is really good. With average use of call, sms, internet usage u will get easily 1 day battery backup.

Hi it's not meant to be harsh but everyone has there own preferences and choices ... so one might like some features of rom and some may go for stability and some may go for memory and battery... and so on... it depends on what you are looking for... So the best way to find out is to go through them and choose the one that suits you.....
and well regarding the problem some of the users face problem but others don't depends on what you have done .... the only problem i know so far that every one faces is there is "NO VIDEO CALL IN 6.1"..LOL

I have an HTC Desire HD(middle - east) version. i've bought it from Dubai.... but when checked from HTC care centre they've told me its a singapore version (Idk if that matters...)

ther are soo many beautiful ROMS on the development forum... and the question i'm about to ask ... i've found many threads related to that on the forum... but theres just too much information decide...
So i've taken to the Q&A section for help..
I am looking to flash a ROM... there are many good ones...
but my main priority is to get the one that provides huge battery life... so if any Desire HD owners can suggest me one..??
really Battery life is my only priority.. if it gives sense 3.0 that'll be really good but it really really dosen't matter much...

What do you guys think about buying a new stronger battery like, i have 1250mAh on my Cha Cha, but i wanna buy one with 1800mAh a stronger copy made for chacha? Would that help...cuz nothing else does..
I'm still getting just about 10hours of battery when i use the phone normaly, not even one day for god sake!
lets say 2hours of internet and thats it!
max is 3-4hours with display on, but not on internet .. . so i guess i got the problem.
Any thoughts about this new battery?
