I just found a lot of back cover sell in Ebay.Have anybody ever try to fix by change a back cover? Please let me know I am very sick of this issue
Try contacting HTC. Maybe they will send you one for free

Wait, what?
I have no idea what I'm saying,
But you lost the game¤
Some people say it works , others say it doesn't. Also HTC is no longer just handing out free back-covers, now you need to send your old one in or else face a $50 charge.

Hi I dropped my HTC Diamond/Ignito the other day and the keypad/home button fell off and dropped into a drain, with no insurance I can't send it back for repairs tried searchign the web and can't seem to find this part anywhere. Doeas anyone have any ideas where i could get one from please??
thanks in advance for your help....
Sounds like something you might have to contact the HTC Service Centre for... Ooooor u could try find a dummy phone and rip it off there. Not sure if it'll work though since that pad is touch sensitive...
btw.. can u take a picture so that we can see what it looks like underneath the button?
Sometimes i wonder about the quality of the build.... especially after reading one or two threads about the corner of the piece "peeling" off...
Hello guys and girls,
I want to ask if someone else have problem like me. When touching phone in left side and push it from up and back its like clicking, only on left side. Its like knocks and display moving. When I remove back cover and remove battery. Inside is like a scratch or cracky. Interesting thing is that I never dropped this phone. And its in silicon case from 2nd day. I bought it 1 month ago or so. Any idea if its a problem and can I use warranty for this?
Thanks for time and help
I think your phone is broken..
Go to the store where you bought your fone..
Maybe you get it fixed.
I hope that your fone is endured!
Thanks for your reply, any other opinions? I heard some other peoples have same problems.
Hey so I randomly saw spots and i thought i could just wipe them off but then i realized that they were under the screen? I don't understand how that could have happened but what could you do to get it out of there? and is it safe enough to do so without damaging the device?
Thanks a ton !
I also have a bit of dirt under my screen! But mine all seems to be in the top right corner. It doesnt bother me unless my screen is turned off or im in really bright sunlight though. I thought about taking the plunge and trying to take it apart and clean it, but i dont want anything to happen to my precious phone! lol
Take it to AT&T and see if they will replace your phone or at least clean it for you. I have gotten Apple to replace several iPod Touches because they had dirt and dust under the screen

That would be amazing but do you think they would still do that if i dont have a contract or service with them? Currently im just using wifi with google voice for calls and SMS.

That might pose a bit of a problem. Why don't you try calling AT&T customer service first. See what they say about it. If they can't do anything about it, maybe HTC can? But I know with HTC they always want you to send your phone in to their service place so they can have "a qualified technician review the phone". So if you are rooted and all that good stuff they might turn you down as well.
Or if you think you're up for it I would just find a few good take apart videos on YouTube for the Inspire (watch them many many many many times) and if you think you can do it, go for it. Just make sure you have the right tools and a few separate containers so you don't lose the screws and can keep them sorted. That way you can get a few cotton swabs and micro fiber cloths and give the whole phone a good cleaning.
Awesome I'll try that once I get home! Thank you... And I would just unroot before I gave it to HTC

Hi to all...
With this thread I just want an advice from the community, just to value what to do with my problematics regarding the One S...
As some of you already know, I've experience a "filtering light" as wrote in this thread...and, thanks to a real good amount of bad luck...I've found a STUCK PIXEL too, in the middle of the top part of the display, lighted RED and seen in some gray gradients and in some colors, not visible in white or dark backgrounds...
I wanted to take it to the HTC repair center in order to get the phone repaired for these...but I can be sure that the employees will not "hurt" the phone anymore when they fix it?
Or it's better to live with these "defects"?
Just an advice, a sort of "If I were you..."
Let me put it like this: If your car´s motor is damaged and you take it to your car dealer for repair, there´s always the possibility they miss something or forget something or screw it up or whatever.
But if you´d find a missing wheel or a big scratch on your hood after that repair, you´d be banging at the car dealer´s door immediately, wouldn´t you?
Same with the phone.
if your phone is faulty, i would take it back, you should not have to live with these ''defects''
if they do damage your phone, send it back again.. continue this until you get the phone in the condition it should be
I think I'll take the phone to the center next week for sure, I want to keep this phone, and I want it perfect...
