Stock ROM, Factory Reset then Boot Loop - HTC Inspire 4G

My problem is that I have a stock phone (not rooted, just the stock rom) and I did a factory reset and now my phone goes into either the white screen with HTC logo or a black screen and I can't do anything.
Whenever I attempt to go into recovery, the phone vibrates as the screen immediately turns to the bright htc splash screen. After this, it slowly fades to black and either stays black, or it will then switch to the "htc quietly brilliant" screen. If the latter happens, it will then (after a couple of seconds) switch over to the at&t animation screen & then just repeat that particular bootloop (i.e. the "htc quietly brilliant" to the at&t animation screen) until I pull the battery.
Any ideas of what can I do to save my phone other than going to at&t??? I live in another country so I can't do that.
Sorry if this problem has been posted before, but in the theads I found, all the users had their phones rooted.

[Q]

Hey all i am really new to this and run into a major problem. I rooted my phone with superoneclick and installed a ROM from SGS tools for my samsung captivate. When it would enter into the recovery screen it would not show the usual options but instead a screen of what looked like a pixelated mess. Once the phone started i went to restore to factory settings and now when the phone starts up I see the AT&T logo then it goes to a black screen where it stays there forever. Did i manage to screw up my phone? any help is greatly appreciated.
ok, I finally turned the phone off and left it overnight. The phone does start and work like it should. The only thing is that once you try to go to the recovery mode and the phone does its thing, I am brought to a screen that is half snowy (like the television when you dont get a certain channel) and the other half with lines of red, green, and blue. From here I cannot tell what is going on when I use the volume key to go up or down. Then with a double click of the power button the phone just restarts normally.

[Q] Stuck in reboot loop and keeps coming back to lock screen.

Hi
My htc one x is 1.85 firmware & unlocked.
My htc one x is stuck in a reboot loop as soon as the phone reaches the lock screen. I have the memory ecrypted because of the my company mailbox requirements.
As I switch on the phone, it reaches the screen where it asks me to enter password for decrypting the memory. Then after entering the password, the phone goes to the lock screen with that circle to unlock; the phone restarts and brings me back to the lock screen. This is not even a full restart, it something in the middle. the lock screen shows up only for few seconds and then it goes blank then it shows att logo and htc logo & then back to lock screen. I couldn't find a similar thread in here and I don't want to reset.
how do i fix it ?
What had you changed before this started occurring? What ROM are you using?

G920w8 black screen after update

This g920w8 has black screen that happened after some update. I can get screen on when going to download mode and can finish the process but when the phone tries to turn on after updating apps it gets stuck on black screen with blinking blue led. Tried few stock roms but at no avail. Tried rooting it and installed TWRP, cleaned practically the whole system and reinstalled new one but the problem remains. Sometimes the phone gets stuck on starting apps after flash and the cogs are spinning but the phone never gets past that point.
Thanks
Dino

Note 8 stuck on home screen "Android is Starting.

So from time to time, more so recently, my phone will sometimes boot up and then not fully finish booting. It works, but is very sluggish. The "Android is starting" animation shows and then disappears. My phone will then seem to have a UI crash. The notification light turns solid blue and it boots back to the ATT logo, then I have to insert my password again. I haven't modified anything on my phone, 100% stock.
One other thing, when all this is happening, apps installed to my EX-SD card are unavailable. Any thoughts?

J3 stuck in boot screen. [Tech Support]

Hi, I just made an account here because someone on Reddit suggested it. I am having an issue with my cheap Samsung phone. It is a J3 Emerge and I have had it for about 3 years now. About 30 minutes ago I was watching a youtube video when suddenly my phone turned itself off randomly without me having pressed the power button. The battery was at about 30 percent. It didn't do the normal turn-off sounds, it was just on, then a black screen, then the boot screen. When my carrier logo pops up it doesn't play a sound, when it normally does. It then stays on my carrier logo screen indefinitely and vibrates a couple of times every 20 seconds or so.
I have tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, and then turning the phone on. It turns on normally, but after the carrier screen, it goes to a teal blue background that I have never seen before that says "Starting Android" at the top, and "starting apps" at the bottom. After about 10 seconds, my home screen comes up. Once my home screen comes up, after about 3-5 seconds it turns off and starts the process mentioned above. I tried booting it into safe mode, and the boot was normal until it got to my carrier screen, made the sound, and then was stuck in the indefinite vibrating loop.
The only other option that I can find is to try to factory reset it. Though I know that we are switching our plan over to T-Mobile very soon, and I'm wondering if I should wait until I go see them for the new sim card to see if maybe they can fix it. I don't want to have to get a new phone if I don't have to. Even though my screen has many cracks, and it can be really slow at times with android 7, I don't mind it.
I'm willing to try just about anything at this point. I'd also be relieved to know if this just isn't something I can fix/is fixable, as at least I wouldn't be in the dark. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask, I will provide as much additional information as I can. Thanks in advance.
