Hi,
Just created and published the Picasa Timescape in the market.
http://market.android.com/details?id=vnpinteractive.picasats
Enter the username and get all the publicly shared photos of that user.
If gmail id is [email protected] then enter only xyz.acc in username field.
Check it out guys

Review the Outlook POP configuration procedures ... between the steps on Yahoo! and the thread I referred you to, that should get you going.
Cheers,
Hi, Im using NrG rom latest build, and for Yahoo I opened poutlook, went to tools...new account...and Yahoo was listed. I entered the info requested and it had settings already for it. I went back in to get the settings it setup for it, here they are:
imap.mail.yahoo.com
smtp.mobile.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing requires authent: yes
Use same password for sending: yes
SSL In: no or yes (both seem to work for me)
SSL out: no or yes (both seem to work for me)
imap4
user name= Yahoo user Id (mine does not contain '@yahoo.com', just my username.)
Password

Ok this is new I have checked past forms and i cannot get it to work. but the gmail app is missing from my build and when i try to download from the market from the gmail blog (http://gmailblog.blogspot.com/2010/09/updated-gmail-app-in-android-market.html) and I am on 2.3 and cannot get the new version of gmail that was just updated recently

Thank you. This is news that i guess just got brought up at least i dont feel like a idiot for not finding it
I was looking for some way how to add the fb chat into the gtalk. (because I think other IM are too battery cosumption to be always online)
I did not found the solution but I found a solution how to add ICQ using the ICQ transport. (inspiration) This made a huge mess in my contacts btw
There are also XMPP transports for the XMPP protocol - you can use it for FB because FB is also available through XMPP.
And the best thing is that the newly added FB contacts are added into the different group ("Buddies" instead of "General"). This is in the contact list shown as "Other contacts" on gmail.com webpage (easy to remove).
The new contacts are automaticly joined with your synchronized FB contact in your phone
Steps to get fb chat through gtalk:
1) Install IM PSI or similar (http://psi-im.org/download)
2) Add XMPP account "[email protected],com" (gtalk account), login and go online
3) Click on "General/Service discovery" and into the address put "j2j.jabber.org.by" (wish other service? http://www.jabberes.org/servers/)
4) Right button click on the "XMPP j2j Transport" and click "Register"
- jabberid: "[email protected]"
- Password: your fb password
5) Click "Register"
6) Add and auth everything
I want to share this solution becouse i think it is useful. Hope will help you too
Sorry for my english

You can also use this for MSN! I've done it ages ago and now I have all my contacts in one place and can be online 24/7. Gtalk is the most battery-friendly IM app, imho. Thanks for the guide!

yes, there is a lot of useful XMPP transports available
Writting this: "Jabber/XMPP Server List" into the google (first link) it is possible to see list of servers and its transports. Use it means add contacts into your google-contact list. I dont like it. I was pleasantly surprised that the FB contacts are joined
Very useful Thank you smurf
what is this IM PSI? Does anyone have a link?

This is what I get :

nice
I have this all set up, slowly working through changing the names from the random numbers to the person's name. One thing though, it doesn't let me join a Facebook group chat through Google Talk. Any suggestions on how to make that work?
I'm using Facebook Contacts Sync App (downloaded from market) and after running the first time few contacts were sychronized. After editing some contacts in my google accounts a have synchonized most of them.
This app has an option to use Facebook Id inside Notes field to synchronize contacts that names don´t match. I´ve tried putting the facebook plain into the field but does not work.
Anybody knows how to use that feature?
I believe it is speaking of the built in notes on htc sense... only relevant if you had a sense install that saved that data to your contacts in gmail... idk how to rewrite their code either sorry. There is a thread somewhere here on xda that has a script that is reported to work with cm9 or aokp.... do a lil searching

Create a note on your contact and enter
<HTCData><!-- Please do not modify -->
<Facebook>id:XXXXXXXXXX/friendof:YYYYYYYYYY</Facebook>
</HTCData>
Where
XXXXXXXXXX = The facebook id of the contact
YYYYYYYYYY = The facebook id of you
In order to find facebook id XXXXXXXXXX look at links of picture albums etc:
http://www.facebook.com/__anything__.XXXXXXXXXX&type=1
I use the app Haxsync, it even show contacts images with a better quality.
