HTC will replace sim/sd card cover for free!

While removing my lower sim/sd card cover I ended up crushing it when I slid it off. Luckily I was able to bend it back and still use it. It sits inside a case so you do not see at all. I was so disgusted....
Anyway I call HTC support to order a new one to replace and they are shipping one to me for FREE!! The support gentleman was very helpful and was glad to help. As he was entering the order into his computer he advised that it is listed at no charge. Shipping and all!!! Just thought I would pass this own just in case it happens to any of you all.

There was another thread in one of the inspire forums about this. The thread also said some.members were able to get that and new battery doors for free.

Its just a general statement, I am not going to search every time I feel like I want to post something that I feel may help another member. Do you realize how many post are on this site. Its very easy to miss something. A lot of people or turned away from this site because people are hesitant to post here in fear of getting bashed.
Oh and I did do a "quick" search on sim/sd cover and didn't see anything without reading a few hours of post.

Yea your right!

Some people here are just flat rude for no reason. He made a post to try and help people. Not everyone saw the other post (I am one of them) and now I know if mine breaks I can get it fixed for free. Find something better to do then harass someone trying to help. It's not like he asked a question that has been answered 30000 times already.

I at least wasn't harassing him. I saw the other thread and it's title was dealing with the battery.door. This one is dealing with.the sim cover. I only was telling him that other members.were getting both doors.

When I got my phone the sales associate told me the battery door may fall off- so if that happens they will replace it at the store for free. Also glad to know HTC will send replacement, but I hate waiting on the mail.. lol.

how exactly am i trolling? and no im stuck home with a broken wrist, off on compensation till october and two kids with a working spouse. btw the word "troll" is misused here and misunderstood.
i thought this place could use a pick me up.

Got accepted for a Weather Radar Network undergraduate research and changed a library class for another technology related and it made my schedule much organized and beautiful.
My gf visited me at my lodge these days and now Im going to take a nap.
It could be perfect day if I end up eating sushi and flashing a new rom.
