Got a Brand New G2x for sale.
Im not gonna go and list the specs for this phone because chances are, if your looking at this post, you already know how much of a beast it is.
I bought this phone brand new from TMO the Saturday before Mothers Day.
Brand New Tmobile G2x for sale... Still in box
Thought my wife (cough..me ) would love it... but long story short I got her the Sidekick instead.
This phone is brand new... It was only used for about 10 minutes from when I setup her Account Info. I have everything that came in the original box as well as the original box. Its never been rooted or had a custom recovery flashed. Original screen protector is still on the cell.
Id prefer to sell this to someone in or close to NYC but am flexible.
Depending on the offer, I might accept a trade and cash

Hey everyone, as some of you might know, i have been trying to get an android phone for quite some time now. After having followed many device, i have been trying to get the Infuse since it was released. A friend of mine will be in NY tomorrow for a couple days and I am trying to have my cousin pick up the phone for me to give to my friend. He said there is an ATT by his work on 34th. I know that's not much info, but by anychance are any of you fmiliar with that location? My brother tried to get it for me in Boston and they kept telling him that they would not sell it to him without a contract. I am trying to avoid that bs this time around... SHould my cousin mention that I live out of the country and see if they are more willing? Anyways, any thoughts and or opinions are greatly appreciated. Hope this works out for me this time around.

I don't really know Manhattan all that well, but don't really remember seeing a Walmart anywhere around... I need to purchase it somewhere where i have friends or family traveling so that they can bring it back to me as I am currently living in the Dominican Republic.

Well my day went from great to sh*t in just a few minutes... I get a msg that my cousin is on his way to get me the Infuse at an ATT in NY so that he can give it to my buddy who is coming back to the DR tomorrow. Then i get the msg that they would not sell it to him off-contract... This keeps happening everytime i finally have someone in the US that can get the phone. Losing all hope...
Best Buy. There is a 24 hour one somewhere in the 30's in Manhattan.
Seriously? Anyoen happen to know how much Best Buy is selling them for off contract?

i asked a guy at the att store if we could buy phones off contract just the phoen no contract he said yes.
note! in order for a att store to sell a phone of contract it has to be a corporate store.

Transformer: Thats weird cause my cousin said that it was a corporate store and the people at the store said he might have better luck at one of the small non corporate stores... I just wish i was the one that could do take care of it and i didn't have to have my friends and family jumping around and being given responses and answers that are mixed.
hmm. either way. it is a att product and you are paying full price for it. why not hit up att 1 800 number thur skype and see what you can get done.
maybe have your cousin wait there while your on the phone and have one of the managers from central call in to the store to authorise the sale.
I might just have to do something like that... Wish it were as easy as just purchasing, but hey, i guess good things don't come easy? I need to get hyped up again on this phone, cause this bs is seriously putting a damper on things...lol.

i dont know if this is new news but today i when to walmart to see and they are selling them i did my upgrade and it cost me $148.88 with a 2 year agreement
the T-Mobile retail stores wont release them till 6/15/11 and the price was told to me by them $250.00 so head down to your nearest Walmart and pick one up before they gone and put on back order..
You didnt see the massive thread about walmart selling them? Walmart has been selling them since the 8th. Sorry to be an ass as I am usually not the one to do this, but it isnt that hard to search or hell, even READ the top threads.

I have a brand new unopened unused Mytouch 4g slide for sale if anyone is interested. I had the original mytouch 4g and after so many warrenty replacments they told me I qualifyed for a free upgrade to a similer phone (go figure) . I don't like keybore phones so I just told em to send it to me with the hopes that I can sell it to someone and take the money and buy either a Sensation or the Amaze. If Anyone is interesed PM me or email me at [email protected]. I'd like to try n get at least 375 for it since shipping will cost, leaving me with a good amount to get another phone. I know brand new the mytouch 4g slide is around $500 so consider this a deal of a lifetime! (I'm a terrible sales man lol)

I threatened to cancel two lines so I got TWO of them for free and sent the rebates in, so tmobile actually paid me $100 to renew the contract.

Damn! And I thought I got a deal when TMo gave me a BOGO and applied the rebate prior to shipping on the MT4GS.

How is this for a good deal. I went thru 4 warranty replacements on my G2 so they sent me a brand new MT4GS. My wife didnt even go thru 1 replacement and they sent her a brand new LG G2x to replace her Samsung Galaxy S 4G .

Yep.. So I went down to mobile today and ended up being sold on the amaze. Not a big fan of samsung build quality and apart from htc's quality control issues, they make great phones. Ive had the G2 and MT4G, and barly ever used my G2's keyboard (except when I wanted to show off the cool flip hinge). So now I definitely NEED to sell this MT4GS since droping over 5 bills on another phone! I was only planning on seeing if they could swap it out and give me credit but they said the ime on the phone was from another department and wouldnt allow a straight up swap. Damn tmobile politics!!!

Undead, how did you talk Tmo into sending you the MT4GS instead of another G2 on the 1 yr defective phone warranty?
My mom's gone through 5 HTC HD2s (because of defective), and they still haven't offered an HD7 or something of the sort at all.
Usually it needs to be 5 warranty replacements within a 90 day period. Go into a tmobile store and ask a representitive, they should be able to tell you. It HAS to be under warranty or you have to have insurence with the extended warranty service to qualify for upgrade replacement.

I would have posted in the market place but I didnt have enough posts with this XDA account. I had to use my old account I havent used since I made it because somehow I got locked out of my other one. My password stoped working and I no longer have the email that was associated with that particular account. Sorry about the post but it seemed to be the most logical solution.

Everybody likes keyboard phones -- those who prefer using osk simply keep the keyboard closed. When you really need it, its always helpful to have one.

What’s so hard about accepting the fact the some people have deferent preferences! So what if I don’t like keyboards, it’s my choice. I got this phone as a warranty upgrade from my original MT4G. I would be foolish to have turned it down "just because I don’t like keyboard phones" considering I can sell it to someone that would appreciate it much more than me so I can buy a phone that "I" want! The IME is *****************. Run your check at T-Mobile or take it down to your local police department for an investigation. Go troll someone else’s thread and stay out of things that don’t concern you!
For people that dont turst this I have it posted on ebay and you can pay through pay-pal eliminating all risk to the buyer. I figured I would post the info here for individuals that are using this phone already, maybe for development purposes, for a quicker sale. I already have the htc Amaze so the quicker I get rid of this extra phone, the quicker I get the money back that I spent on the amaze. Please don't make assumptions dhkr234. Some people don't like kb phones because it adds more thickness/weight. I know a lot of people who prefer to have a kb-less phone.

Been rocking my Epic 4G since it's release date, but I've pretty well decided on upgrading to the Photon.
That said, I've had an eligible upgrade since April '12 that I'm due, so from where is the best deal for getting a Photon including signing another 2yr agreement.
I see that through Best Buy right now I can get it for $99....and hate that I missed out on that $39 Costco deal w/accessories, but oh well.
So, is there anything better going right now than the $99 Best Buy option?

I got mine a month ago yesterday for $40 at the sprint store, because it's $40 with a new line. So I cancelled my existing line with an upgrade and got this phone and still have no regrets
The only thing I miss is the Epic's mass development, while this phone is definitely lacking that. But we'll get there!
Yeah, not sure I want to go the route of cancelling a line and adding a new. I'm grandfathered in and get way too many discounts as I sit now with Sprint and they'd probably try to take some of it back if I pulled something like that.
On that Costco deal it says online they're out of stock...but I wonder if they keep in in the local stores to make it work checking if they have any in store or if when it says out of stock online it's pretty much across the board?
I agree that the development isn't even close coming from the Epic, but I've read that the Photon is so good out of the box there isn't a lot of need for it so that's why it's a little slow starting.

FYI, the out of stock is online only. You can call or visit your local store to check their stock. Of the two near me one had three left in stock ( now two ), the other store only had one.
