Anyone else see this.
if I press Shift + 2 I get " and if I press Shift + ' I get @
Its like they are reversed.
Is this a known issue?
The icons on the keys show the should be around the other way, same as Windows.
On Prime 1.5 with latest dock firmware etc.

Um..... No matter what I do the 2 key has the @ not the ". The physical key has the two marked as ". What should the British keyboard have there?
Same, the new update seems to have fixed it.

Click to collapse
The British keyboard has a " on the 2 and the @ is by the right shift button.
I had to delete all 3rd party keyboards I had installed before it would work.
Just selecting the ASUS one as the default would not work for me.
nope. just click on the keyboard icon if/when it appears in the status bar (it seems a bit hit and miss) and you can then set the specific keyboard type for the hardware keyboard
Yeh I had the same problem before I got the keyboard update tonight. All fixed now.

So, I've flashed the aokp rom on my tf101, and after that my right button on the touchpad (originally the back button) acts as if was a normal click.
It happens the same when i connect an external usb mouse, the right click is the same as the normal click.
Anyone know what i should do to revert this changes?
Thanks
I would also like to know this, as it is very convenient having the back button there.
You mean this is the default binding for the rom?
Anyone who flash it gets the button binded to a standard click?

For some reason, my @ and my " keys are reversed on the hardware keyboard of my TF300. I have to hit " to get an @ and hit @ to get a ".
Also, when I hit tilde(~), it gives me the negation symbol(¬), or in some applications such as terminal emulator, it doesnt show anything.
Anyone else experience this problem?
Is there anything I can use to map the keys to the correct things?
You need to make sure you have the correct keyboard selected in settings that reflects your hardware keyboard.
E.g I live in UK but bought both tab and dock from USA. When I had English UK keyboard selected in settings I had the same problem.
Switching to us keyboard mapped the correct hardware keys.
Hope this helps.

How can i alway show the menu button on the navigation bar? Look at the screenshot. See the three dot button, I want that to always show no matter which app I'm in.
Im pretty certain its possible. Just wanna make sure its already been attempted before I go wasting the time lol. I'm on cm10 stable btw.

Has anyone found a way, whether with a non-stock browser, an add-in or other trick (other than a hardware keyboard) to do a shift-click or alt-click in a browser session?
There are some web pages without their own apps, that depend on a shift-click and/or alt-click (example: Ironsudoku.com lets you enter "little numbers" in red or green color depending on whether alt or shift is pressed).
Proposed solutions:
a) Use volume rocker for shift and alt
b) Reserve a couple corners, perhaps in the window/tab title, to enable shift and alt
c) a menu option would 'turn on' shift or alt for the next click (awkward, but probably least chance of problems)
Hackers keyboard? It has Alt, Shift and Ctrl toggle keys.
Don't know if it supports alt+click, though. But it's free, so you could give it a try.

Opens in New Tab
When I press ALT-SHIFT and Click it opens the link in a new Tab!
