Hey I had numasx running, I then tried installing MIUI, it did not work it booted up to the Samsung screen, I took out the battery manually booted into the cmw by pressing the volume keys and the power button, however the cmw changed colours from what was once red to now blue, i wiped and reflashed MIUI hoping it would work however it does not the samsung screen was on for 20 minutes, I tried bringing the phone back to At &T stock ( my phone is Rogers by the way) however this brick my phone where it constantly goes into a white screen and restarts when usb is connected.. any help, there is no way I can get into download mode.... When the phone is connected to the computer and Odin is on my screen it shows that my phone is constantly connecting and disconnecting ... What should I do? Should I send it into warrenty? and what is the difference between voodo lag fix and the regular blue cwm?... seriously htc phones do not seem to have this issue when flashing roms...

It's not a hardware issue though its a complete brick I just want to make sure other infuse owners don't get the same mistake and what steps can be taken to prevent it I am a noob when it comes to flashing especially this being my first samsung android but its the red cwm to the blue
it's not a brick.
brick is when you get nothing. absolutely nothing.
you've some sort of power looping...not brick.
Hi,
So my SGS2 Skyrocket is stuck in a boot loop. I've have the Sky Icecream Sandwich ROM installed for a few months now, and haven't changed anything recently.
What is happening is my phone with vibrate every 2-3 seconds with a blank screen. When I take out the battery/power source, and put it back in, the phone shows the Samsung splash (not the Android splash) for a few seconds, then goes blank and does the vibrating again.
I've tried plugging it into the computer, but the power it gets from USB turns it on and into the boot loop, so I can't get it into any kind of recovery mode. I also tried the Vol+Home+Power key combo, with nothing.
Any idea what could cause this/what the course of action should be? Thanks!
Turn phone on and wait 2 hours. If it wont work do what you use to do when you booting recovery mode. (home screen i guess). But hold it longer.
Good luck
nathan-96, do you have any idea what caused this? Because what's concerning me is that it's not getting past the Samsung icon (before android starts actually booting).
When you say turn it on, do you mean just put in the battery? Because the loop starts right when I put the battery in, it doesn't wait for me to press anything.
No, I meant turning it on. Hold centre button and put battery in. Just hold it for a moment. Hopefully you will reach recovery.

Can you access download mode instead of recovery? If so you could try re flashing something with Odin...
Definitely try getting the battery out for a few minutes and boot the phone while maintaining the combination to enter recovery

AT&T Skyrocket BOOT LOOP Cyanongenmod 10
Hi ,
I´am playing with my Skyrocket to run the Cyanogenmod 10 and always I got stuck at Boot Loop .
This is what I have and did :
- Running AT&T Stock ICS 4.0.4 UCFL6 rooted ( I have a back up of this)
- CWM 6.0.1
- Cyanogenmod 10 Nightly Dec 07 , but I also tried with Cyanogenmod 10 Stable
- Gapps
- Factory Reset / wipe cache
- Wipe dalvik
- Mount/storage format system
- install using CWM Cyanogenmod
- install using CWM gapps
- Mount/ storage format cache
- reboot
I also tried to wipe twice as other threads say.
So I´am still with the boot loop
I returned my backup to the ICS ...
Thanks in advance !!!
Skyrocket Bootloop
Whats happening is the power button acts as if its being pressed. Thats why you have the bootloop and the phone turns on as soon as you put the battery in.
Try repeating pressing the power button or hold the power button without the battery for a few seconds. :fingers-crossed:
Hello (n00b here, by the way),
So, I created a CM 10.2 boot sd for my 16gb Nook Tablet, worked perfectly fine-until today. When I first turned it on, it froze at the lock-screen, so I held power in until it turned back off. When trying to turn it back on, it gets stuck at the Cyanogen Mod blue-circle boot up image. Tacking the sd card out, it boots into the stock rom just fine, Tried putting it back in, does the same thing. I let it sit a good 20 min or so, and it's just stuck in a never-ending loop Battery was at 83%.
Any ideas? Please help, I don't want to lose all of my data :crying:
Thanks in advance.
I had installed xposed with some popular modules like Android L theme, Greenify, Gravity Box and ifont.
Today I wanted to unroot my phone (due to some reasons) so I just unchecked all modules from XPOSED modules list and restarted the mobile. After restarting I wanted to reset my phone so I went to reset my phone and then the **** happened.
Now it goes to reset screen (for 2 seconds) then in logo screen (for 3 seconds), then again in reset screen (for 2 seconds) and again logo (for 3 seconds) and again reset screen..... it is in boot loop!!! but this boot loop is extra ordinary :v
So after waiting for some time I realized that I have done something wrong so I decided to remove the battery and then turn on the phone but still same problem.
I have backup of my phone so when I wanted to go to recovery mode I couldn't.
Whenever I press volume up/down (both) keys with power button it again goes to that reset screen loop (instead of opening recovery mode). So please tell me a way to fix this problem.
Any help will be appreciated!
My mobile is "Qmobile Noir i9".

**I was using stock rom.
***I have cwm backup in my computer.

I Think This Will Solve your Problem
Flash this Rom Via Flash Tool
Rom Link : click Here
How To Use Flash Tool : Click Here
Cheers
ok I fixed the problem.
I turned off the device for two hours (the battery was removed too). After two hours I removed sd card and sim card and then turned on the device. The device turned on successfully!!!
The only problem I am facing now is xposed modules are still installed. The phone is reset successfully but modules are not uninstalled. My phone still have new font (which i changed with xposed), new boot animation!
I will now install the modules again and then uninstall them. I hope it'll work!
And the scatter file link is not working in the blog (the link you gave above)....
