Hmm since you wiped, I'm guessing that its your restoring method. How do you restore your apps? You can try to fully wipe, mount system and data then flash. Make sure you wipe system in mounts and storage

I started out with a blackberry torch ATT with a 3g sim card, I work for ATT so I get the att anr rate plan, I put my sim in the inspire to use it for voice till it fully switched over I recall the mms settings working before my plan switched to the inspire with the 4G sim card, it was rooted when I was using the 3g card but I did not have data. Now I have full access all data but not mms picture messaging, maybe that will help out a bit hopefully??

Marketplace issues HTC inspire

I have cyanogenmod 7 latest version installed on my HTC inspire and having trouble with alot of the marketplace android apps. Says my device is not compatable. Some of the apps are Facebook and any of the office apps as well. Does this have anything to do with the Roman I installed? Any suggestions?

Is probably the dpi of your device. Had that issue before. Use Root Explorer and go to System - edit Build.prop to a DPI of 240. If its set to less it'll give that error.

android market place
I tried that already. Still not working.
After you change the dpi back to 240
Did you reboot and clear market cache.

Can you flash a ROM without erasing data?

Is it possible to flash a ROM without erasing data? Because every time I try it gets stuck in a boot loop. And its a pain to reinstall all my apps even with Titanium backup. Thanks

sure you can. just dont come asking for help when something goes wrong. i would be more concerned as to why you are boot looping when erasing. how are you going about this?
Well no when ever I don't select erase data in ROM Manager I end up in a boot loop after the new ROM is flashed. Like shown in this picture...

dont use rom manager. boot into cwm or 4ext and do it from there. rom manager has had issues in the past with this. should give you better results.
Dont do it from there. Manually wipe from recovery.
Wipe data, wipe dalvik and format all partition (except sd card).

Headphone icon jelly bean

I installed the k3 full wipe via Odin and now have the headphone icon and the row of apps that are compatible with the headphones in my notification pull down (like ics had). My wife has a s3 updated via ota and she does not have this.... I did not have this on the no wipe k3 either. Any idea why this is showing up now?

Figured it out..... Feel kind of stupid but this has always been off (apparently) by default. The last check box was checked, unchecking fixed the issue..... Duh :banghead:

Looks like you may need to format system.
How? I do it every time I flash a new ROM. I think... Lol

It is an option in CWM. It will delete everything that you have so make sure that you back it up.
I try to make it a habit of deleting rom zip files after flashing. They will take a ton of your memory if you are constantly flashing new roms or kernels to see what works for you.

I do a data/factory each switch. Then I restored with advance restore in cwm. Just my data from liquidsmooth b2 ROM into b3.
