Looks like you may need to format system.

How? I do it every time I flash a new ROM. I think... Lol

It is an option in CWM. It will delete everything that you have so make sure that you back it up.

I try to make it a habit of deleting rom zip files after flashing. They will take a ton of your memory if you are constantly flashing new roms or kernels to see what works for you.

I do a data/factory each switch. Then I restored with advance restore in cwm. Just my data from liquidsmooth b2 ROM into b3.

Can you flash a ROM without erasing data?

Is it possible to flash a ROM without erasing data? Because every time I try it gets stuck in a boot loop. And its a pain to reinstall all my apps even with Titanium backup. Thanks

sure you can. just dont come asking for help when something goes wrong. i would be more concerned as to why you are boot looping when erasing. how are you going about this?
Well no when ever I don't select erase data in ROM Manager I end up in a boot loop after the new ROM is flashed. Like shown in this picture...

dont use rom manager. boot into cwm or 4ext and do it from there. rom manager has had issues in the past with this. should give you better results.
Dont do it from there. Manually wipe from recovery.
Wipe data, wipe dalvik and format all partition (except sd card).

Insufficient storage available

Since the JB update almost every time I try to download an app or update I keep getting an "insufficient storage available" message, even though I have plenty of space on both my phone and sd card. Anyone else having that problem?
Also, an app named "media" has been using up a ton of my battery too. I disabled it in the settings and it hasn't been a problem since, but not sure what that's about.

Not sure about the storage issue. Do you happen to have a lot of files in folders on your phone (like Nandroid blobs)? If so, check out http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1976666 It could be the media scanner trying to read all the folders. Specifically, check out page 8.
had this issue before and some wake apps eating up my battery. I believe some thing corrupted in system files. I fixed it by factory reset then odin the full rom(can be factory rom rooted 66rom by mr. Robinson).
Has that same media problem when I installed the 4.2 camera. But I froze it now it's all good and if you just updated to jb it takes a while for it to settle

[Q] Why is "sdcard" taking so much battery?

I have no clue why sdcard is taking so much battery, nor do I know why it has taken up 46 minutes of CPU time and counting. I'm on an AT&T Galaxy Note II running CleanROM 3.5 if that makes a difference. Its an old version of my ROM but very stable and I've had this ROM forever, and I only noticed this sdcard issue today but I know that it wasn't there when I first flashed the ROM, making me doubt that as the problem.
Any clues?

Greetings;
Weird but not impossible. By the way which ROM Exactly?
Try installing some applications to clean your device:
- Android Assistant
- Cache Cleaner (In case Android Assistant doesn't help you).
Let me know how it went.
P.S - I noticed that either you have a problema in your rom (Kernel Panic) or you need to update your superuser app. (the # on the Corner of the screen)

IO error

So I've been having issues installing Facebook on my one. I know a bit of Unix so feel free to suggest me stuff.
Already did a wipe and installed everything from scratch but i just cannot get it to work.
Anyways a screenshot of it.
I'm rooted

fsck the volume in recovery. Make extra sure it is not mounted.
