Has anybody found a way to integrate Google Voice with the native sense messenger application? I think the sense 3.0 messenger app looks great, and would like to be able to compose/reply to messages via my GV number through the app. Would porting my Verizon number to Google Voice accomplish this, or will I have to compose messages in the GV app. in order to send messages from the GV number?

Hi
does anyone know of an app or a way to intergrate MSN messeger contacts into google contacts.
I want to be able to do the same thing as Skype where clicking contact via skype launchs an application that allows MSN chat.
Thanks in Advance.
Is there's an Android or mobile web client for GMail SMS chat?
I'm talking about the Google's GMail SMS chat. Not Google Voice.
This is labs feature and more information is available at https://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=106061
They finally added support for my country and this service is cheap for both the sender and receiver in my country compared to carrier SMS.
Other than "Docs Archiver" which lacks OAuth in favor of actually demanding one's Google's user/password. It also connects every X minutes instead of only upon detecting new SMS.
why not sync with Gmail? lots of apps do that and makes a lot more sense than docs imho
What makes you feel it makes more sense? I see no reason why SMS should turn to e-mail. Spreadsheets can easily be searched and imported back to the phone. Plus there's no need to click on a given SMS to see it. You have all of them open all the time.
sms like mail is conversations, so having sms as mail makes sense to me.
gmail can easily be searched and thanks to imap you can have a local client on your pc if you don't like the way gmail displays messages
Hi,
I'm looking for following features in a multi-platform chat/messaging application.
Connect to all networks like Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Skype, MSN etc.
Use multiple Google accounts
Voice/Video call to online contacts.
I have already used following apps but there are limitations with every application
Talk on Gingerbread can connect to only one account at a time. Voice video chat plugin is not working.
Talk on JellyBean connects multiple google accounts but no voice video chat. Also for me it doesn't work on GPRS/EDGE. Connects only on wi-fi.
Nimbuzz - Can call google contacts. But can't add multiple Google accounts.
Fring - Was able to call google contacts but new update is completely different. Can't add multiple Google accounts.

Is there an app that can replace both your email client and SMS on android that will do double duty? I realize there is BB Hub which can be installed on android but the hub still opens the native SMS/MMS app to send and receive txt messages. Is there an app that consolidates both into just a single app?
