I've picked up a few GameLoft games and EA Games like NFS Shift, Asphalt, etc and they all have issues running on the Sensation. The GameLoft games indicate they cannot connect to the internet to download the additional files for the game, while the EA Games say they are not compatible with this handheld.
I opened tickets with both vendors multiple days ago with no response and the only thing I could find on the subject doing some google searches were people's comments on the android marketplace saying the same thing .. they can't get these games to work.
So now that I know I'm not alone, does anyone know if there's a fix or a workaround?

Can someone please tell me why games need our phone identification and contacts or whatever it is that doesn't pertain to playing games? I have noticed like 3 games now that does this,
Hello there.
Could someone please point me in the direction of, or share a .apk file for Nova for the tab or modern combat for the tab?
Let me make it clear, I am not encouraging piracy!
I have used market enabler to gain access to markets outside the UK but cant find any of the big titles? (nova, modern combat 1 or 2, nfs shift or asphalt tab editions)
I watched a youtube video of some guy reviewing tab games an he said that nfs shift, at least, had been given away for free via samsung games? Yet my samsung games only has 3 games in the entire list? Uno, pes soccer, and one other pants game that I forget the name of.
Can anyone help?
Sent from my GT-P1010 using stock nastiness
because not all the games support the galaxy tab , to be more sure
check the gameloft website , choose your tab (GT-P1000) and check what available games for it
www.gameloft.com/
Why do gameloft games bought from there site require SMS permissions and yet the versions of the games on Google play do not need SMS permissions seems dumb. Even tho the games are $5 on there site
It may have just been me, but I had no idea there were unlisted games in the play store. I accidentally do a search in there and up pops 3 to 5 games that aren't among the regular dozen. They're seemingly not android tv optimized, but they're there none the less.
Downloading deer hunter 2014 now, gonna see how it goes.
You can install any app that otherwise wouldn't be blocked due to lack of a feature (such as touchscreen)
All the tv store does is not give an easy way to navigate to an app not whitelisted on the tv store.
Just go to the web site, and tell it to install chrome, it should install but it doesnt actually work with the remote (i've tested this on my ADT1, the NP should be no different)
Yeah i've already got chrome and side loaded a few apps. I was still just surprised to find hidden apps. I would buy modern combat 5 but mc4 controls lag.
Hi, just as the thread says I want to ask about G-Gee by GMO games (e.g Dodonpachi, Espgaluda II, Double Dragon, Deathsmiles). Can I somehow play them? I can't find any of those on Google Play. I tried downloading G-Gee app as well. But the problem is I cannot connect to a server. Do they work or some kind of emulator? Or maybe I have to change my VPN? Are those games gone for good?
I searched a long time for this answer as well. It seems like they are gone for good. There is no hacked backup online, at least i couldn't find one. It seems unbelievable to not be able to play these ports, but it's the reality.
The (somewhat) good news is, that all the new Cave shmups (Espgaluda 2, Daifukkatsu, Deathsmiles, Mushihime-sama) can be played on android via Retroarch emulator with Mame core (2014 version). The bad news in this good news is that even a S9 has trouble playing them as they are very CPU heavy games in Mame.
Maybe the next generation of smartphones will play them smoothly, we'll have to wait and see.
