I would love to use the built in SIP Client for internetcall but it's not avaiable for 3G. Only for Wifi.
is there any workaround for this ?
I was just wondering if there was a way to disable calls while tethering my data connection to my laptop. Any workarounds would be appreciated. I just dont want incoming calls to interrupt my data connection. I'm using an optimus v on the virgin mobile network running CM7.2 IHO.
thanks
I just wanted to inform those with WiFi calling issues to first test their internet connection for "jitter", there are many online VoIP testing sites that will do it. Just because you have a fast connection does not neant it cant have a lot of jitter, I had VoIP issues with Comcast despite my fast connection.
You can use the link below to check your connection for VoIP, click on the VoIP tab and click test.

Also check if SIP ALG on your router is implemented correctly. So test with it on and off. On some routers it sucks and can cause VoIP issues. I have it enabled on my Netgear R8000 as it works well on it.
