I cannot say what is best, only my experience with the bt that I purchased 2 months ago.
Blueant T1
It has great volume regardless of source and I am thoroughly happy with it. It is advertised as being rugged and this was confirmed when apparently my cat got a hold of it and played with it until it ended up at the other end of the house. Although it now has teeth marks in the plastic.

I have two H series Motorola Bluetooth ear pieces. They work great, with this phone. Don't work as good as new as they get used by four people.

Hey mods can we get a forum for this phone please?
You will have better luck Pm'ing the Admin

Picked up my Infuse today, holy crap is it nasty!
So far compared to Inspire:
Sound - Much clearer and louder
Screen - ... WOW, not even comparable. The extra size is nice but nothing compared to the beauty of this screen
Signal - Better everywhere so far. My real test is at work tomorrow
Size - While the screen is big, it is SO thin, and Amazingly light!
This phone is fantastic so far, I couldn't be happier.
Can't wait for XDA Section
P.s. where do you get drivers for the phone?
Yeaaa! I love mine.

Another thing I found that works with it being rooted is audioboost.
Just thought I'd throw it out there.

Where or what drives did you use?
I can't believe that a phone that is of this caliber doesn't have blutooth voice dial.
My ancient bb curve 8310 has voice dial. Thats very sad.

I bought the Atrix the day it came out. I also just bought the Infuse yesterday. The Atrix went on ebay and sold. And its better that way. Even though the specs on the Atrix are better, in my opinion its not better then the Infuse. And I dont have to even discuss why lol
Infuse 4G forum coming this week!
I bought my infuse on Friday and glad I did, I was using the inspire before that.

Trade stock Epic 4G headphones?

So does anyone have stock headphones that maybe they don't use and are willing to trade them for dark blue skull candy headphones with a mic? The headphones are in perfect condition and work perfectly but I personally just perfect to have stock headphones for my phone it goes better with it so I want to trade them.

If you're willing to spend 5$ you can buy some off of amazon and have both headphones

Especially used earbuds. Over the ear cans I could probably stomach at least. I got my S4's for 50-60 when BestBuy.com was having a midnight sale months ago. Love mine and highly recommend. I'm sure there are better earphones out there, but you'll spent 2-3 times as much to get them. Can't beat S4's for the money in my opinion.
As posted in the other thread, Klipsch S4a (for Android) are $59.57 on Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005M1KO1C...e=asn&creative=395093&creativeASIN=B005M1KO1C
Lol I forgot about this thread.
Well anyway I actually mostly only wanted them for the mic. But ended up etting some skull candy headphones for $20 and I kinda regret that but I just needed a working mic.
Does anyone know of a headphone with mic, volume, and forward-previos buttons?
I'm not sure if there is with all of these but I know I can atleast get 2 out of the 3.

I just PMed you lilajrestnom.
So my headphones that I always listen to broke.
I know a guy who works at the sprint store and they have these skull candy headphones and he said he'd sell me them for $20. Does anyone have them or recommend them?
Here's a link to them from the skull candy website. He has the same exact ones and same color.

Edit:
Never mind... the headphones being black and in a container tricked me lol. There the same as the ones I already have which I am not really satisfied with.

Speaker issue

I notice that there are two speakers on the bottom of the LG g2x I'm running cm7.1 but only one speaker works I'm wondering if there is a fix for that.
Sent from my LG-P999 using XDA
Never Noticed that before
I'm running CM9 on my G2X and I noticed the same thing. And because LG is stingy about releasing source code and Nvidia isn't a big fan of it either I'm assuming its some sort of error with the ROM. So if you want it fixed then going back to stock is probably your best option at this point.
One is a speaker... the other is a microphone
Ya they just make them identical for symmetry and looks.

I had Motorola cliq CT xt I had the same problem with cm7 on that phone too so I don't think that's the problem

No, it's not a problem at all. One is indeed the microphone.

Blown external speaker

Has anyone blown their external speaker and had to replace it? Mine is barked and sounds terrible. Haven't opened it up to know if its connection is soldered in or just a plug connection. I have my wife's old sgs4g I can use for parts if I need.

It's a ribbon cable. Super easy to replace. Here's the ifixit teardown:

Cool. After I swap the speaker j may have a spare to donate to dev. Cracked screen and blown speaker, but runs otherwise! Lol

Is the screen cracked but you can still see it n use it?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
Correct. Its my wife's phone and she's getting an sg3 this week. I'm robbing the speaker from it, screen is cracked but fully functional, charging port is a bit loose so charging it might be an issue, but for someone with a bit of technical know- how I'm sure it could be repaired easily as well.

Wired hands free kit not working!?

Hi guys, I've had the phone for a while but never thought to try it with a hands free kit. So I tried to make a call with my beats solo headphones with the control talk cable. Mic was not responding but I could hear the person on the other side. The phones internal mic was also disabled. I then tried it with a HTC headset, same outcome. Not sure whether the Nexus is just not compatible with a wired hands free kit or its just my device.
Any advice?

Have you tried using the cable on another device or a friends device to test the mic? Did you seat the jack all the way down? There's no definitive click but the jack should be able to go all the way down. I have used the mic with a few wired headsets, Sol Republic Amps HD and my V-Moda M100's. I have used the mic on both without an issue.
Works with both of mine to

I've tried the headsets on a HTC One S and a One X and they seemed to work fine on them!
I also tried them on my father's Nexus too but didn't seem to work with his phone either.
So stupid! I don't know why my Nexus's are having this problem?

so no one can help me?
I just looked at your head phones online. Honestly I think it is where the connections are placed on the head phone jack.
All my wired head sets have three lines on the jack. The beats solo shows only two in the pictures.
This is the only logical thing I can come up with
