The app improves the GPS NTP time settings in your gps.conf file and adds a gps suppliant host.

didn't work on my Galaxy S
I installed and run it, and it didn't do nothing.
Just blanked the screen and back to the app menu in less than 1 sec.
it was obviously uninstalled immediately after

What device do you have?
You probably don't have root or busybox installed...
I added some better error handeling.

I have downloaded the zip but what do I do from here? I have Busybox installed but no app to install a zip. I tried to boot into Recovery Mode & install the Fasterfix.Zip but it hangs. Found it!!! Rename to apk & installed but didn't change my Galaxy S very poor lock time.

and got black screen after install and run app.

Tried this on my s-off'd desire (2.2). I takes ages the force closes.

Worked perfectly on my Amoled Desire (2.2 - rooted stock with app2sd). Thanks!.

I haven't tried this app, but per the first post, I assume all it's doing is downloading the latest ephemeris (or gps assist) data for your region. If that's the case, there are a couple of GPS apps in the market (GPS Status is the one I use) that have the option to download that data. This one looks nice and simple, though, the others are full blown apps with a lot of stuff you won't use.

I installed on my motorola milestone, but it wasn't no response.

How can we check if it worked??? I mean, I know it says "done..." but, Any way to check that it actually fixed the location???

It changes /etc/gps.conf (change the first line to the location you've choosen) and add google supl

I think the undervolt settings are to extreme for my spica.
I got screen freezes after a few minutes of use.

-No man, you don't understand well.
-the LK2.10.beta3 is for 2.1 and CM-6.1.1-Spica-a8.1 is a 2.2 firmware.
You have to apply the two mods only after installing CM.
LK2.10.beta3 is a step to do before installing CM.

Strange, what happens to your spica, this patch has no effect to your phone working mode, anyway i hope u have Cyanogenmod 6.1.1 on your phone if not it's normal to do loops.
this an undo patch of original kernel for cyanogenmod 6.1.1.
i hope this will help you, if not try a cache wipe then if not a dalvik cache wipe.

The 3D patch works great! I'm having trouble with the undervolting patch though. Like the others, I'm also having screen freezes within a few minutes of use.
I'm currently running LK2.08, Cyanogenmod 6.1.1 Spica-Alpha 8.1 (from your other thread)
If I install "LK2.10.beta3_update.zip" (also from your other thread), will this solve the problem?

LK2.10.beta3_update.zip is not for cyanogenmod.
update to 8.2 and it will works.

i too, got screen freeze from the UV. using CM6.1.1 alpha8.1 (one package). only other patch that i used is the Intercept 3D

So just to make it clear, am I ok with LK2.08 and cm6.1.1 spica a8.2 if I want to install these addons (Kernel + Tweak + 3d driver for CM6.1a8.2)?

Yes after a clean CM6.... u apply these patches via recovery and that's all, no way to freeze your spica because the patche do a wipe cache automatically.

I have this script in my desire from start of development and with the ideos work's not in the same way.When i flash rom and d2whatever was enabled some apps are missing.When the script is disabled (rewipe rom)apps are still here.Internal memory must show the ext memory ammount when script is enabled not nand memory ammount

Synapse is a kernel tweaking app developed by @AndreiLux that needs the Universal Kernel Manager (UKM) to work and it's developed by @apb_axel. It is one of the most complete choice for kernel management and it lets you fully unleash your kernel power, may it be battery saving, pure performance or a compromise between the two. You can find more information on UKM at this link: UKM xda thread
What you need to download:
- Synapse
- UKM for Oneplus Three
- Busybox (i recommend this one) [N.B.: Busybox is not strictly required since there is an in-built busybox in UKM, but installing this updated one in my system has usually resolved stability issues with synapse]
- Root is required (use either SU 2.79 or later or in-built cm14.1 root)

Instructions:
1. Download UKM from above link
2. Boot into recovery
3. Flash UKM
4. Reboot to system (no dalvik cache wiping required, but you can do it if you prefer)
5. Uninstall any kernel tweaking apps you might have (Kernel Adiutor, Ex Kernel Manager, Aero Kernel Control.....)
6. Install Busybox, open it and install busybox in system
7. Install Synapse
8. Launch Synapse
9. If you get "no UCI support detected" or synapse is not recognizing phone, just force close the app and re open or reboot the phone and you are good to go

Protip:
If you want to be able to change cpu governors/frequencies you have to leave atleast one big core online in the hotplug section; once you have tweaked governors/frequencies, you can turn it off and restart synapse. You will have "Ssekbar error" but that's only because the phone is able to shut down all the big cores and if that happens the kernel tweaking apps are not able to change cpu values.
