NOTE
For this rom to working correctly you will need to have 3 partitions on your memory card.
Fat32
ext2/3
linux-swap
in that correct order The swap partition will need to be atleast 32 mb. Making larger won't help as that is the size I have left to. may change later but 32 seems to be more then suffcient.

Install RAv Recovery to format your SD Card

WARNING BEFORE FLASH !!!
ONLY For those who have already a Partitioned SD Card and Tried many times ROMS !!!
1) Mount your SD Card and copy the Rom over it
2) Rename it in update.zip
3) Go in Terminal or ADB
4) Delete your /data/app_s/*.* manually in this way:

rm *.*
reboot
5) Press immediately HOME+POWER before the splash screen
6) Do a Nice Wipe Data
7) Apply sdcard:update.zip
Installed Apps are on ext2/3 and a Wipe Data doesn't seems to clean them well !
Other Installed Apps are on /data/app/ and I let you decide to clean them or not
Eg.
If you installed any app from Market you will always have it installed, also after a Wipe
Important note
This Rom is WWE and Apn are set automatically
CHECK YOUR APN !!!
CHECK IT ON SETTINGS IMMEDIATELY AFTER FLASH !

Ok so I put on the tattoo dump on my phone before reading that there are some problems, but ummm... what's wrong with it again I have been using it for only 20 mins but the there's no delay on the ringing and hardly any lag and the layout is fine.

Yes, It's really smooth without delay before rings.
I'm workin on it and I hope to solve issues or most of them

I paired it with a iphone but couldn't connect it, but I am not sure if you can send files or anything, other than that I cant test anything else sorry

didn't work on my Galaxy S
I installed and run it, and it didn't do nothing.
Just blanked the screen and back to the app menu in less than 1 sec.
it was obviously uninstalled immediately after

What device do you have?
You probably don't have root or busybox installed...
I added some better error handeling.

I have downloaded the zip but what do I do from here? I have Busybox installed but no app to install a zip. I tried to boot into Recovery Mode & install the Fasterfix.Zip but it hangs. Found it!!! Rename to apk & installed but didn't change my Galaxy S very poor lock time.

and got black screen after install and run app.

Tried this on my s-off'd desire (2.2). I takes ages the force closes.

I haven't tried this app, but per the first post, I assume all it's doing is downloading the latest ephemeris (or gps assist) data for your region. If that's the case, there are a couple of GPS apps in the market (GPS Status is the one I use) that have the option to download that data. This one looks nice and simple, though, the others are full blown apps with a lot of stuff you won't use.

I installed on my motorola milestone, but it wasn't no response.

How can we check if it worked??? I mean, I know it says "done..." but, Any way to check that it actually fixed the location???

This rom is built from SM-BR AOSP 2.3.2 sources. This is v1.0 because its my first aosp build!
To get it working for you, the baseband files for your region should be applied thru OpenRecovery as usual; you can get them at Dexter’s site:

Works great for me. I would like however to add Maps. I can't find it in the Market - can I use the gapps package for CM6 or 7?
EDIT: Copying the .apk from another Gingerbread rom worked fine.
I think this is the fastest of the GB roms I've tried so far!

1/3 of my touchscreen is death... on CM7 works great

Hey, just want to ask, why is this rom suffering the dual boot problem like Edgard's GB ROM? Its that reboot problem when you start up the phone it boots and after reaching the lockscreen it dose a hot boot from the android logo again... any ideeas

This one is base on ShadowMOD_BR and 1.2 is base on CM7 RC1

This build have camera problem like shadowmod build7. Hope icefire can fix this soon

Yes it is based on b7. It won't get an update untill edgardcastro who is the dev of Shadowmod updates his mod, which he hasn't done in over a month.

Installation :
boot to Recovery
make a Factory Reset (Wipe ALL)
wipe Dalvik Cache
install the ROM
The first boot will take a while and the Android on Startup will show up 2 times.
After first boot it will need some time before u can act something on the device..

*if u want to push the "Cache" to SD use this Commands :
- adb root
- adb shell ("su" in Terminal Emulator)
- a2sd check
- a2sd zipalign
- a2sd cachesd
**u can also use A2SD-GUI on the Desktop (only for A2SD Versions)

If you want to know if your blade is GEN1 or GEN2 there is an app on the android market called "Ask mr pig fish. Will tell you if you have GEN1 or 2. Hope this helps.

There is something that realy pisses me off. When I reboot the device it freazes at the screen with the green android. I have to remove the battery first to start the phone.
If you have a solution, please let me know.
P.S. The camera doesn't work. Freazes when I hit capture button and after that cannot even start the camera.

I'm testing a new Version now.. seems to be that this one will work much better... i will build the new Version on the Blade-Nightly-108 .. this Version runns very smooth and brings no Issues at the moment...
I have to make some Miui ROMS for MIUI Germany.. after this i will work on the new BLADE Version...

My camera works, but stil have a reboot problem, mentioned above.
Besides, there are still couple of issues:
- it can turn off while charging,
- the notification lingers after you've read new message or checked missed call
- battery draining is still an issue
Besides, it is one of the best ROM's I've used in a while. Cheers mate

P.S. Is there a mutual problem with ROM's regarding the dialer, which doesn't help you by bringing up names from the phonebook while you type the number? Besides the first ROM that came from Orange, which started phonebook search while you type the numbers, none of the unofficial ROM's had this function.

I have used ck33kybutts script through emulator but using your app it doesnt save settings after reboot do i have to enable ss4n1 before customizing like through emulator or should it be after? I saved the settings but it keeps going back to the stock settings after exit ty

Reverted back to using emulator, cant make yours work maybe I not doing it right...

I tested it several times, everything works, but the viewer needs Root. MaMaybe you have forgotten or allowed to do accidentally pressed the disable

you just answered me lol noob me, ahihihi

minor complaint: the gui doesn't scale on devices with non standard lcd density settings. Other wise great work, saves typing terminal commands.

I tried the version 1.1 Load Profiles function but it crashed - forced close. I was running CM nighty 125. Wonder what happened? Otherwise it's a great tool. Thanks ...

Just tried version 1.2, still having forced close problem when load profiles is pressed. I'm running N1 with nightly 127.
