hi.I have some problem with my htc hd7.
Its second time that I face with this problem.
when I tap phone in my device a black scren appear with the word loading...
and after a while the screen come back to main page,and phone wont open.
I cant open part phone ,to call someone.
help me with this problem plz.
I think the only way to solve this problem is do a hard reset and restore.Since,it is a native app problem,we can't do much to it,unless you are developer.or maybe you should go back to the place where you get your mobile or contact your carrier office.
but Im in needed of my sms!!! and if I restart my phone,I should jailbrake my phone again!!dont I?

If you're not able to get past the splash screen, the hard re-set is made by pushing the comm mgr. , volce record button at the same time. Stick stylus in re-set hole on side of phone, phone should change colors with message on screen to send back to mfg. settings. Push the green hardware phone button. Device should come back on shortly after you do this. All data that was stored in your internal memory will be lost. If somehow you do get to the today screen without a hard re-set, go to the start-up folder in windows and remove (delete) Buttonflo from there.

Hi i recently got this htc p3600 with broken touchscreen, the lcd is fine but the touchscreen have some cracks in it.
I don't know anything about what versions of roms etc is in it. All i know is that windows mobile's in it.
When i start up the phone i get a green windows mobile screen witch says that i should click anywhere on the screen to calibrate the screen. I do htat because i can't do anything else and then this X shows up and i am suopposed to click on it in order to calibrate the screen.
I'm doing this, first in the middle then it moves to each corner but when i clicked all the corners i goes back to the middle nad starts over agaiN!!
I've clinged this stupid X for like 15 minutes now but nothing seems to happen!! Whats the problem? Can it be locked to the sim-card i've inserted??? Please help me!
guess you will have to replace the digitizer.othewise, you may try connect it with active sync and delete the call program from auto run - hopefully theres some default cal data in it.
Don't really understand what you're saying, im new to this phone and i got i broken. ALready ordered a digitizer but i want to test it out now. Tried to add a calibration value to the registry but i cant do anything because its locked.
So i think enableing rapi will o the trick but i cant start the phone to start the enable rapi program :/:/
Is there any other way to bypass this screen? Like killing the process with some taskmanager??

I need help, my cruise isn't turning on, it gets to that windows mobile screen and it stays there...the last program i used was htc home customizer and it froze up so i had to remove the battery and restart it, and now it won't get pass the windows mobile screen...thanks for any help yall may offer...I really really appreciate it

sounds like you need a hardreset
It does sound like you need a hardreset. This will of course wipe everything off your device and put it back to factory default.
Softresetting (rebotting) the device is easier though than removing the battery and stuff: use the stylus to push the reset trigger in the little pin-hole at the bottom of the device.

Not sure I understand the problem correctly, but is that the only thing not working/loading ?
Possible things to try: shutdown/restart phone; remove any application that might affect calls; if all else fails do a Reset.
try this: turn of phone (shut down), remove battery few seconds, insert battery, turn on phone...

i was just messing and seeing the tweaks i could make on my android 6.0 device (karbonn sparkle V)
i stumbled upon (simulate secondary screen ) and i thought ill see what it is ....... i chose the 4k(secure) option and sudenly my whole screen had this translucent - black layer above my screen and i could not do anything on my phone since that layer was above all buttons and i very stupidly shut my phone screen and started it again only to see my phone locked since i had set a pattern lock.
so the case is i cant unlock my phone since that layer or secondary screen is literally covering my phone
and because i cant unlock my phone i cant get into any sort of recovery or anything
i have been searching for ways to fix this but everywhere i can only see the (stuck in loop ) tutorial which is not my case
please.. please help me i need it fast

You can move the secondary screen just move the display by drag and drop move the upward screen down and you can see the Simulate secondary display option then choose the lower is a resolution and move it down and then again to the lower resolution then chose to none and you can remove the secondary display

I had this problem I was able to move red square and set it back to none then restarted my phone and it was better again I have a S9Plus hope this help

Bruh someone please help me i had the same problem and I have password in it and I can't even get out or play games why the **** would they put this feature to phones that doesn't even make a lot of sense my phone is Huawei Android 6.0 marshmallow too and I don't want to cry everyday cuz I just missed my games maaan why whyyyyyy....... someone please please please!!!! go to safe mode,
you can googling how to turn safe mode based on your handphone type
and then back to developer option menu, on simulate secondary screen choose -->> none
and restart your phone

Argh! Me too. Did you ever get it fixed? How did you do it?
I have the same problom to, i can’t even go to the control center!!!, I tried doing a force restart, but i did NOTHING, So i will wait for it to die so i can try to go in recovery mode, I want android to remove this feature right now! This feature is seriously dangerous! So now i can’t use my phone?! IS THIS FEATURE PERMANENT?!
Well, I'm answering your question from 2023 lol..
First of all you need to turn your phone into 'safe mode' - This safe mode is just like an emergency exit from rough situation.
There are two ways to turn on safe mode.
1. Press and hold the power button
- you'll see two options; to 'power off' or 'restart'
2. Press and hold 'power off' for some few seconds
3. The safe mode interface will pop out asking you whether to 'Reboot to safe Mode'
4. Click on 'Okay' or 'Yes' (But if your screen monitor is not allowing you to click the area, see option 2)
It will reboot to safe mode,.then you can operate your phone and deactivate any developer option setting you did...after deactivating turn off developer option if you want and then 'restart' your phone, it will come back to normal.
Option 2.
1. Turn off your phone by any way you can.
2. Now turn it on, immediately it starts the animation or 3 seconds after you switch it on,.
Press and hold the 'volume down button' until your phone vibrtes
This will take the phone to 'safe Mode' then you can undo all your settings, then restart your phone..
