I'm taking my wife to Europe this summer, and was curious if I could make homebound calls from my Sprint Nexus S from there?

I would really like to get my hands on a Nexus S or a Galaxy S 4G. But I'm really happy with my $5.99 Tzones. As you may be aware, T-Mobile is blocking T-zone access on these phones here in the states. So I would like to know if a phone bought from the UK will work with T-Zones?? Can anyone confirm this?
hi guys,after breaking my old galaxy s im looking for a nexus probably the s as im on a bit of a budget.......looking on ebay ive seen a few nexus s for sale in the states,im assuming they are usa barred.........for around £80.........would i be able to unlock and use it in the uk?what sort of duty would i have to pay on it?i assume they take sim cards........any ideas or pointers would be handy..

GSM nexus phones aren't sim locked so they work anywhere that they are network compatible. As long as the one you are looking at is a i9020t you are fully good to go with uk 3g speeds but if it a i9020a you will be stuck on 2g speeds.
If its a nexus s 4g dont bother that's sprint cdma/wimax ONLY.
Hello everyone, I just have a quick question.
I currently have a Samsung S3 (The AT&T one, I unlocked it, which calls and data works just fine), but I have been having some problems with it so Im thinking of upgrading to the Nexus 5 when it is available.
The problem is, I dont know if N5 would work with bands in Mexico (Im currently using Telcel carrier) anybody would tell me?
Also.. if I buy the N5 through google play will it come unlocked right out of the box?
If you buy a Nexus 5 from Google play, it will come unlocked out of the box. Just use the sim card in your current phone, and it should work just fine. I assume the bands would be similar to the ones on your AT&T S3 since the Nexus 5 was leaked to support a wide variety of bands.
im looking into getting a nexus 5 and just wanted to be sure this works with walmart family mobile. i know its a branch of t-mobile so it should.... but i ran into issues with a t-mobile s3. i was hoping someone could confirm that this phone and family mobile can jive. thanks!
Hey guys I have a gear s3 with att lte and I was wondering if I could forward the calls to my tmobile note 5? I was told by Samsung that the carrier could do it. When I asked an att store rep they said it's not possible. So would I just call tmobile and have them forward the calls to my gear s3?
