[Q] Lag Fix?

I recently rooted my ms690 without downgrading thanks to joneidy's process. Worked like a charm first time. i am currently running 2.2.1. i am able to run titanium backup and other SU apps but when it comes to running a lag fix, i cant get it to work. when i try to run ryanza OCLF, i get a null error when installing the ext2 tools. I thought it might be a busybox issue so i updated it and even tried installing busy box to the xbin file all to no avail. my question is this: Has anyone else out there experienced this problem? and has anyone successfully lag fixed their optimus m while running 2.2.1 with either OCLF or voodoo?

Problems with 3.2

I restored my Xoom to stock 3.0.1 with the device locked, and update to 3.1 OTA. I then unlocked, flashed CWM (latest), and installed the 3.2 rooted. I am now having problems, and I'm not sure if they're from a bad update. I also installed the deodexed update.zip a little later, but it didn't solve the problems.
My keyboard click sound is very quiet. I can't hear it unless the room is completely silent.
My lock settings sould not stick until I rebooted. Tried setting a PIN and disabling visible passwords.
My keyboard doesn't function correctly. Auto caps works, but auto punctuation and auto correction are completely broken.
Input from a USB keyboard is very laggy in the browser.
70 views... is this common or isolated? Need to know if i should go back to 3.1 or just do a reinstall.
I boot looped the first two times I installed 3.2, (yea I erased EVERYTHING first) then on the third try it worked like it should. Try to reload it again, it worked for me.

[Q] Find My Mobile - Remote Control

I successfully updated my US version 6210 to the UK ICS firmware but am having one problem. I'm wondering if anyone else is having the problem and if there's a solution.
Under Settings > Security > Find my mobile when I check the box to enable Remote controls, it brings up a prompt saying in progress twice and then unchecks the box. If I go to SamsungDive I am unable to locate my device. Any ideas? Thanks.
Had the opposite problem... On hc it was not working... After ics update it finally fixed by itself... Try a wipe data ;-)
Well I flashed ICS again (but didn't do a full wipe) and was still having the issue. However then I tried removing the Samsung account and re adding it, and that solved the problem.

A700 Screen Tracking Problem

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and have run into a snag. I recently installed the CM10 Nightly build. I had no issues with the install itself. However, now one of the axis' is not tracking properly on the touch screen. In portrait mode, the vertical axis is off, and in landscape the horizontal axis is the problem. Also, the corners seem to be fine, but if there is a button in the middle of the screen, I have great difficulty finding where on the screen to tap in order to activate it. Anyone else have this issue or have ideas on how to solve it? Some quick google searches didn't produce much for me (maybe I don't know how to search for this problem).
History:
I rooted my tablet back when that was first figured out and haven't really done much since. I installed CWM 6015 before I wiped data/dalvik cache and installed CM10 straight from the original ICS install.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Nobody has seen this before? Or have I explained it poorly?
Problem: Screen touches are bugged..
Hi,
I am also facing the same problem and need some urgent help..
I upgraded my A700 (was shipped with 4.0.4) to JB but the screen touches are completely off track. I did the following:
1) unlocked the bootloader
2) flashed CWM Rom 6.0.1.5
3) installed cm-10
Don't know what to do next..
Did you get it fixed?
You should take the JB OTA before installing CM 10, or search around for the updated bootloader/touch screen firmware and install that.

[Q] Push Notification Issues

Hi all,
I recently updated to 5.0.1 using the RUU, ever since I do not get push notifications. I am hoping it is something simple and not related to the 5.0.1 firmware.
I tried turning off the sleep mode to see if that fixed the problem, but it doesn't seem like that is the issue because I still don't get push notifications. I also checked all my in-app notification settings and they seem fine.
Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
It is most likely a ROM issue, firmware shouldn't effect is. Maybe make a backup of your current ROM and do a factory reset to see if that fixes the problem
