STEPS FOR INSTALLATION:
1. Turn Off Device
2. Hold Volume Down Button + Powerbutton -> u wil reach Hboot (White Screen)
3. Use Volume Down To Move On Recovery Then Use Power Button To Select -> Now u see Black Screen With Red Triangle.
4. Connect Your Phone To Desktop/Laptop.
5. Both In Recovery Mode Using ->
For Windows users -> To Enter Recovery

For Xp user -> Run recovery-windows.bat
For Vista & Windows 7 -. Run recovery-windows.bat [B]AS ADMINISTRATOR [/B]

Open terminal from extracted Folder Using Right Click
Now Type:
sudo ./recovery-linux.sh
Enter Su password
6. Now Navigate To Usb-Toogle And Press Trackball (Optical)

8. Safely Unplug And Press tRackball To get Back to main Recovery Menu
9. Wipe All data / Cache / Dalvik /Ext / Battery / Rotation
10. Flash Rom

To be completely offtopic, what do you need to tether Desire? So far everything I tried doesn't work without tampering with settings on computer and phone....

is it possible to have polish langaue within the rom? it was within the cm506 rom. also i am getting strange issues with exchange security on 2.2 - it was working on eighter n1 or cm506 desire rom, now its a problem that "phone has no security policy"

Richard's ROM has A2SD,and your dont. And as i can see the rest is the same as yours. Did you fix, or improve something that hes missing in his ROM?

Recovery
Thanks for this. Could you please write a simple how to for getting your modded recovery onto the device? Is it just a small simple flash or do I have to wipe the device first to flash your recovery?
I'm curently on richard's rom, is there a lot of difference under the hood? My understanding is that both are WIP and more or less the same.

I use EasyTether app. One time run program on pc and now when i plug my phone into my pc i just leave it in Charge only but it auto connects to the pc and i can browse using mobile connection.

They were both working on their respective roms at the same time. Richard released first but why should Ahmgsk not release his too? Some people like to stick the devs they already know and i for one have used Ahmgsk's stuff before. Not heard of Richard. Plus side is Rachard has aps2sd.

Hi Guys
Here is a guide to show you how to connect your HTC to Ar Drone just as an iPhone would do. This is for FROYO only , if you are on Gingerbread goto this link .
Currently Android does NOT support AD-HOC Networking
Till now I was usung the Manual Infrastructure way which needed a PC Telneting to the AR DRONE to connect to my HTC Wifi Hotspot each time powering on the Ar Drone. This means I had to carry with me a PC each time I want to Power on the AR Drone. Also the HTC WIFI Hot Spot had a limited wireless reachable range so the AR DRONE would easily get disconnected ....
Here is what you need to do , no more PC`s needed once you follow this guide.
P.S. none of this below is my invention, I just searched & found it here and there and complied a guide for you guys.
Here is what you need :
1) A Rooted HTC DESIRE HD or any other HTC
2) Your HTC must be on FROYO Rom
3) Adroid SDK
4) ROM MANAGER with Clockworkmod 2.5.1.3
5) AR.Pro or ARDrone Demo, Application from Market
6) wpa_adhoc_signed.zip file
7) Wifi Tether from market
8) Obviously an Ar Drone
Explanation of everything
#1) and 2) and 3) are Obvious
#4) Most current Rom Managers are on Clockworkmod V. 3.x.x.x these days so you must downgrade to 2.5.1.3 first , Check if you are on 2.5.1.3 or 3.X.X.X
With 2.x.x.x in the RECOVERY MODE, the TEXT are GREEN and with 3.x.x.x the text are in Orange Colour. If your text are GREEN then in the recovery mode then you`re OK goto next step, if not then follow below :
This link shows you how to downgrade your CWM into 2.5.1.3, basically you must download the 2.5.1.3 recovery image and then rename this recovery image into 'recovery.img' and then put it into the TOOLS folder of the ANDROID-SDK folder .... then follow the instructions on the link I mentioned just above. C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\tools (in my case)
This file mentioned above is for Desire HD in other words "ACE" if you are on any other phone, you must find the recovery image of 2.5.1.3 for your phone model !!!
IMPORTANT : Once the Downgrade has been made open ROM MANAGER and click REBOOT INTO RECOVERY , you will still see 3.x.x.x there in Orange Colour, then you must Reboot into Recovery once more and then you will see that the text in Recovery will turn GREEN although it still shows as 3.x.x.x, so if you see GREEN COLOUR you`re all set !!!! if Orange follow the steps again.
#5) Just Download from Market, there is another one called ARDroid but I could not get it working with AR Drone yet.
#6) First download this file "wp6_adhoc_signed.zip" and then put this file on the root of your SD CARD . Once this is placed on the root of your SD CARD , open ROM MANAGER (make sure it`s running 2.5.1.3 or Green Text colour in Recovery) and click REBOOT INTO RECOVERY. Then INSTALL ZIP FROM SD CARD and choose this file wp6_adhoc_signed.zip and flash it into your HTC. Once flashed turn on your AR DRONE and try to see it in the WIRELESS NETWORKS on your HTC , it should look something like this. "ardrone_XXXXXX (adhoc)" if you see this then click to connect and wait for it to connect . Once connected you can disconnect BUT do not press FORGET THIS NETWORK , keep it in the memory of HTC.
IMPORTANT : Take a note of your AR DRONE`s network SSID , you will need it later on . Mine is 'ardrone_124923'

#7) Goto this link and download the latest .apk of WIFI TETHER or goto market and try to download it from market, I think Market does not have the latest one. Once downloaded the .apk, place it in the root of your SD CARD or DOWNLOAD folder, locate it and install it using "Astro"
Now Start the WIFI TETHER, then do the following
MENU > SETTINGS > CHANGE SETUP METHOD > into WEXT (adhoc)
MENU > SETTINGS > SSID > into "ardrone_XXXXXX" xxxxxx being your AR Drone`s number that you noted down a few lines above.
MENU > SETTINGS > CHANGE LAN > into 192.168.1.0/24
MENU > SETTINGS > Routing Fix > Must be ticked (I don`t know why but it works like that)
Now press BACK and goto "PRESS TO START TETHERING" and press the sign there
Then the SIGN turns into YELLOW meaning all is OK , if you encounter ERRORS on the screen , Turn OFF/ON the wireless Tether once more, if you still encounter errors then UNINSTALL and REINSTALL WIFI TEHTER. You can check to see if there are any errors from MENU > SHOW LOG
P.S. MAKE SURE YOU ALLOW ALL REQUESTS THAT SUPERUSER.APK IS ASKING PERMISSION FOR !!!
We are almost ready !!!!
When the WIFI TEHTER is on, meaning YELLOW , turn on the AR DRONE and wait for it`s lights to be all GREEN . Once all GREEN then goto AD.PRO or ARDrone Demo application and start the application , that`s it ..... (make sure the default IP address is 192.168.1.1 on your aplication)
For the future uses you only need to turn on WIFI TETHER and then turn on the AR DRONE once all lights are green then open your favorite AR DRONE application and fly away ....

to root it its very simple
1 - you need to know the box IP
2-unzip MMB-322 Toolbox to any folder in your desktop and run MMB322-Toolbox.jar,widow should pop up look like this

the box will reboot after you install the market .

UPDATE the Firmware

1-download the Firmware =unzip to any folder inside the zip file you have online_upgrade_img folder =open it
2-open emergency_recovery.sh with notepad
change this script from 0 to ?

if you don't do that supersonic box will not update and it will give you this massage infited image i/o error and the update will failed.
3-open ouimg.bin with 7z ==go to folder indep_rootfs =open it =you will find
this file emergency_recovery.sh again with 6 other files end with .sh open them one by one useing notepad and change this script from 0 to ? and make sure
a-you save them after you change each one .
b- 7z manager save the changes .
4-copy the whole folder (online_upgrade_img) to your formatted USB flash drive
5- in the box go settings =system upgrade =local device ,the box will reboot to recovery =insert the USB flash drive and don't worry i take some time .
ps .it it take more than 5 minuets , unplug and keep the USB in the box ,plug it again and restart ,it will take to recovery again .
6-push enter in you remote when you see the update.
7-let it install when it done it reboot ,remove the USB drive and you done

factory upgrade instuctions
1st
Unzip the contents of the downloaded zip file into a

Copy the unzipped folder named

Now select the main menu of the meteorite TV box, select
"Settings" then "System Upgrade" and then "Local

Now select "System Upgrade" and confirm the upgrade
with the "Enter" key on the remote control of the meteorite TV box.
Please disconnect the device during the update process by NOT
Mains! Wait until the process is complete.
Following the installation will start the Android TV Box

[ROM][06 May 2012] Flytouch 3 Superpad 2 TolgaMOD_FT3_v1.0

Hello,
This ROM is based on Tim6a and www_apad_tv-ibex-Flytouch-3-Firmware-V8.
I started customizing Tim's 6a ROM for my own use, basically since I wanted to see all apps compatible with FT3 on Google Play and I wanted to use ADW Launcher. Now that my customization is complete, I wanted to share it with the xda-developers community
The ROM is built to mimic a Samsung Galaxy GIO device. This device has a much smaller screen but has an ARMv6 processor like the FT3. So all apps downloaded from Google Play should work, and with good performance since it will be the app's QVGA version. Gameloft games also recognize this device, so for example you can download and play Ice Age Village.
Credits go to Tim for his great custom ROM, Apad.tv for firmware-V8, Axlien for the build.prop ideas, chairshot215 for performance tweaks. Thank you guys!

INSTALLATION:
Unzip the contents of mod edit] to the root folder of your SDcard, and reboot FT3. When the installation is complete, don't forget to take out the SDcard and remove the installation files.
If Wi-fi is grayed out after installation, it means that your wifi card is not 0803 v1. (default) Try enabling old FT3 or 0803 v2 using Tim's scripts in Gscript Lite.
To view all apps on Google Play, follow these steps after installation:
1. Open Google Play, accept the upgrade and accept TOS.
2. Go to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications and select ALL tab.
3. Go to Google Play, clear cache and force stop (DO NOT CLEAR DATA)
4. Go to Google Services framework, clear data and force stop
5. Open Google Play, and you should get a server error. (This is normal)
6. Restart FT3 and all compatible apps should be visible on Google Play!

I'm useing one of Tim's Roms... not sure wich one. The one where the screen is always dark. I tried dling your fixed stuff put it on my sd card it said it updated took out the sd card than turned it back on, but nothing had changed, everything was still the same? I have tryed the Power button+menu+front button to factory reset it, and still tims rom is still there with no changes. I just am at a loss now... really pissed to be honest. I cant even get the thing back to it's original original settings... I want to use your packet, any suggestions?

Anyone? I have just about tried everything and I'm on my last leg. I'm about ready to just rip the case open and K.O. the battery~

On my FT3, I just push menu+power to do a factory reset. Perhaps you could try that button combination to do a factory reset.
About flashing my ROM: Apparently the update somehow did not complete for you. I suggest you check out this excellent video tutorial from Axlien to flash a ROM to FT3, and see if it helps: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w7xdpnoHLeg

If you see any other messages such as "not complete", "wrong system file" etc. and not the one above, please report them here. It's possible that either the .zip file you downloaded got somehow corrupted or the SDcard you are using for the update is faulty. In that case try re-downloading TolgaMOD, or formatting your SDcard and try again.

I just installed your new rom file and everything went Ok. The only problem is that my wifi network is not working. I can activate the wifi but it cannot find any network.
I tried using gscript to install on of the wifi patches but I get the following error message
"stderrermission denide" when I run the script.
Any idea as to why this is happening ? Apart from that, you rom is very snappy in operation.

I'm glad you like the speed of my ROM, that was one of my goals indeed. I'm pretty sure one of the wifi scripts will correct the problem. For example my tablet's wifi works with the "old FT3" fix.
The reason you are getting the "permission denied" error is because gscript was not given superuser permissions.
The first time you run gscript, there should be a pop-up screen from superuser application asking for root rights. You should select "Allow" on this window. If you don't allow it or deny root access, the scripts won't work. If you denied root access and selected "remember" the first time, please launch superuser application from the app drawer and change the status of Gscript Lite to "Allow".
Since you have wifi not grayed out I guess your wifi is 0803 v2. Please try running the "Wifi fix:0803 version2" script and then reboot your tablet.

Click the middle button (the one with white squares) on the dock, you will have access to all installed apps including superuser.

OK I found the application.
One more question, Something happened and now gscript only sees 3 scripts. How can I make it show all the scripts like before.
Excuse all my dumb questions but I'm new at this.

No problem mate, I think the best way is to simply re-install the ROM You can backup your current apps with Titanium Backup.

This tablet doesn't have a bluetooth chip onboard. Tim's scripts are for driving usb bluetooth dongles. I'm not sure which ones work, but maybe the thread below could have more info.

Hi,
I ran a quick web search and I haven't seen anyone successfully making a USB bluetooth dongle work on FT3. I think Tim included some kernel modules with the firmware for devs and testing purposes. So please don't assume it will work when you simply plug in any USB BT dongle.

Do you mean if this ROM has been tested or if USB bluetooth dongle has been tested? I'm pretty sure TolgaMOD runs on Ibex Flytouch 3, since it's basically a modified version of Tim6a.

i installed rom over Tim 6a rom but still nothing changed,, MENU+power reset also tried.. currently my Huawei data stick does not work since some weeks, thats why i need to install a fresh firmware..
merhaba, yükleme yaptim fakat yine eski tim 6a rom yüklü yani hicbir sey degismedi, hard reset yaptim yine ayni.. ayrica önceden calisan Huawei data stick bi süredir calismiyor, birseyler silinmis olmali diyerek yeni rom yüklemek istiyordum, acaba neden calismiyordur data stick?

Capturing OTA Update URL For Noobs (No logcat required)
Hi guys this thread is for those people who want to capture the link for OTA Update but do not know how to read logcat. This is a very easy process i have made which involves root,xposed module...and 5 min (To get the link of the OTA ofcourse download is going to take time depending upon the length of the OTA update data.
Many people can't read logcat and get confused by it in this method you have to just press buttons only and nothing more....
Requirement-
-Rooted Device
-ADB Drivers
-Xposed Module
-Url Snooper (Windows Software)
-Reverse Tethering (Windows Software/Android Companion Apps)
-Little to no brains....:silly:
Note- If the ADB Driver Does Not work you need to find the driver which is compatible to your device online.

Install Computer Software
Follow the following procedure below to install URL Snooper and Winpcap-
1) Install URL Snooper

2) After the installation you will notice another setup opens automatically which is the winpcap setup install that too-

Setting up the Device
Now you need to set up your device-
1) Make sure that your Device is rooted
2) Make sure your ADB is installed (If you don't know what adb is then check it online and also make sure that adb drivers are installed in you computer)
3) First install Xposed Framework (link Above)
4) Go into the app and tap the Framework button
5) Then tap the "Install/Update" button and reboot
5) Then install USB Tunnel and hack connect Service app
6) After that again go inside the Xposed Framework and click the module button and then tick mark the hack connect service app (Don't click on the icon only click on the checkbox on the side

Preparing URL Snooper
Now you need to prepare the settings of URL Snooper such that you can use it to capture the right URL-
1)Start url snooper (In start Menu)
2) Now Go to files tab and click advance such that the interface would look like this
3) Now in the protocol filter change the show multimedia to show all.
4) You will see a lot of URL Click on clear results and then make sure none of your software are useing internet (Check background processes like utorrent also) also make sure none of your app in device is using internet also

Activating Reverse Tethering app
Now you download the reverse Tethering v3.19.zip file and extract it this software helps to transfer your internet connection from your computer to your device-
1) Connect the data cable from the computer to the device
2) Extract the zip and press the androidtool exe file
3) After that check that in the select a device section you will have something like 0123456789ABCDEF so but something must be there if not you don't have adb driver or your adb driver is incompatible. ADB Driver Link
4) Press the connect button and a script execution window shall popup
5) After which it would look something like this
Now to check open a browser and type any page a it should load and also a graph shall come under the download meter of the android reverse tethering software. Note- When you minimizse this app it minimizses in the system tray

Capturing Update Link
Now it is finally the time to capture the URL of the OTA Update.zip-
1) Just to be sure Again clear the results in the URL Snooper Software
2) Go to the the Update Location (It is mostly located in Settings->About tablet->Check for new version software) and press the download button after which it might ask you if you want to download through WLAN pres continue anyway button
3) The download will start
4) In the URL Snooper you shall see a new link associated with the GET zip protocol copy the link and paste it somewhere safe the close everything and download the zip file ( You can cancel the download in the device now if you want) GOOD LUCK
Note-i have heard somewhere that download accelerator like idm sometimes corrupt the download so be carefull.

Bonus Function
This post has nothing to do with the capturing the update but since these software are awesome i would like you to know all the awesome function of the software-
URL SNOOPER- This software can be use to detect all the url that comes into the computer from any software in the computer thus it can be used to download vedios that you might be playing or songs.(Use Multimedia filter)
The main reason i use this software is to download offline installer files of program. (In an online windows installer the setup first downloads the offline installer quietly in the temporary files folder located in the C drive and then deletes the file after the installation is completed) Some softwares do not provide offline installers so this is a nice way to leech the exe file and store it.
REVERSE TETHERING- This software can be used to provide internet connection to your device from you computer (Its usefull when you have a fast internet port but no wifi modem) you can use this to update apps browser net etc.....etc
HOPE THIS METHOD WILL HELP EVERYONE AND ALSO WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF FINDING OTA URL IN THE NET (IF YOU SEARCH ONLY NEXUS AND SAMSUNG URL ARE MOSTLY FOUND SINCE MOST OF THE DEVELOPMENT ARE PRESENT IN THAT DEVICE LINE)

Its not complicated you just have to press the next button most of the time i thought picture are better than words (A single pic can speak a thousand words)
