Anyonethink its weird that there's a option for voice privacy in the ##program menu that's enabled and also in the call settings on the phone that's enabled in wonder if this causes a conflict. I have issues with when I have when I have someone on speakerphone they complain that they echo.

I was wondering if any one knows of a good app that has this functionality?
I have proximity sensor but since I have an app that auto turns on speaker phone on calls proximity sensor doesn't work, it disables it self on using speaker phone or volume or if you exit out on a call to do something it doesn't enable when finished

You could also try tasker. It's a great application.
Is it possible to make the Captivate vibrate when a voicemail is received? I have tried everything I can think of and cannot get it to vibrate.
Thanks
I found an app called Voicemail Notifier which allows you to control everything for voicemail notification. Works perfect.
It is just a notification, like a text message. Make sure that vibrate on notification is enabled. If you want to do it without that other app that is.

When calling certain phone system that utilize ivr systems. I noticed toggling the hide/unhide keypad option sends a dtmf or some sort of inaudible tone. Because when I toggled the keypad it would tell me that is an invalid choice. Made it interesting to figure that one out.
Anyone else notice this?

Hi,
I'm getting a strange issue with a relatives One S and trying to figure out how to address it. Whenever she is in a middle of a call and someone else calls in, the phone no longer makes an audible sound notifying her that there is an incoming call. She has to keep an eye the screen to see the visual notification instead, which results in missing calls since she is not looking at it during the duration of the call.
Is there a method to resolve this?
Thanks
Changed anything recently?

Check settings, call, additional options, call waiting and make sure it's enabled.

Update:
The relative told me this morning, the call waiting audio notification is working again.
In terms of if anything changed, yes I got the phone de-branded using the guide.
