Newer vignette app - XPERIA X10 Themes and Apps

Sorry if this a repeated post but with the new camera fix by z, the new vignette app works on the 2.2 ROMS without the weird colored lines in the camera screen. I noticed with newer vignette over the old vignette, there is slightly better quaility of pics. Who else has noticed this whole thing i mentioned?

Camera aplication whit auto flash

Hi i want a camera aplication to make photo but i want to have auto flash like a photo camera.
auto flash on x10!
I agree. I want to know if it is possible to have auto flash
The LED on the back is far too weak to function as a flash, why would you want an app like that?

I would have to disagree though, that LED light on the x10 is Fing bright. Everyone tells me it blinds them when I turn it on to take pics. Regardless, I think what we want, or at least what I want is for the light to come on when you press the buton to focus. The light should just come on while focusing and once the pic is taken, turn off. This would be brilliant.
Light is pretty strong. I have Nokia N81 and autoflash but using Flash and the Torch , when have used it like a Turch she have lower intensity.
a, well i think it's quiet capable of flashing but that donut is holding it back. it'll probably be available with the next firmware or maybe in an update
A camera flash is not supported in Android 1.6 (think I'm correct in saying) so hence why it doesn't work on the X10. ]
Heres to hoping that SE will sort this out when they release Android 2.1 for the X10 in October.....
if u take pic from around 4-5 feet.....it does increase the brightness level a notch more.
Hopefully SE will include this on the next FW update..
Sadly, 2.3.3 update does not includes any auto flash fix.. what a shame

yeah but you have to pay, i dont have nothing against devs' right to ask for a donation, but it's a shame like the partner above said, not to have a native app to manage the auto flash, on wolf's froyo custom rom i used to use xperia flashlight, i only turn it on before opening the camera app, and it worked as a flash without a problem, but in this gingerbread rom it doesnt work, so i downloaded the xperia flashligh for the arc, and it works again, but only as a flashlight, when i want to use it like i said above, the camera app crashes

Why on earth SE refuse to do something about the auto flash and in call volume, I will never understand.

or they didn't want update to froyo 'cause gingerbread is gonna be the newest android version and they saw a waste of time to invest efford on develop froyo for x10, the question is, are we gonna get ice-cream sandwich for our x10? maybe if wolfbreak still with an x10 haha

(REQ) stock camera.apk to replace 2.3 camera.apk

Ok so in my opinion, the stock camera.apk is a whole lot better than the one that is on gingerbread, and that is what is keeping me from switching. I use the camera on this thing a lot!i have read where some have tried to replace the new with the old to no avail... Can someone please make this happen, or even suggest a better alternative... In the mean time I will try to do the same
It will work we just need the LG framework again

Dam. I really liked the lg cam too
G2x with faux AOSP
I really miss the ability to focus onto any spot on the screen, rather than limited to focusing on the middle of the frame or whatever it does automatically. I have not seen this feature on any of the camera apps in the market.
Vignette does that. It was too laggy for me, however, and I have since moved on to camera360.

This is also what is holding me back from quite a few ROM's and simply getting gingerbread also. I use it so much that it breaks the deal for me.
Any update on this?

Panorama app by SE

Checkout the market to find a new app by sonyericsson. It allows you to take panorama pictures by sweeping the phone (like Sony camera's).
It is still in beta, but it looks promising.

Thanks for Good app
What a great app! I tried taking pictures individually before and then stitching them all together, but that's just a pain in the... This is so fast and easy! Love it!
Great news! Excellent app! Thank you man!
can anyone upload apk here, though it specifically says it's for x10, I can't install that
I'd love to try it but alas, I can't find it.
Why people make useless threads without apks?
Do you think it's a bit stupid?
You are proud of yourself, that find good app and want shout about it in our sandbox? some people there behave themselves like children/
Cant seem 2 find it either... its either been removed or its only available in certain countries - can any1 upload here? Thanks
Well, it's here but apparently I can't use it since I don't have 2.1 :S

I'm using SE generic world 2.1 on an AT&T X10A, and Panorama Beta works fine. It's pretty basic and doesn't really have too many settings. One nice thing about it is that you can stop a sweep instead of having to complete a full one. This lets you have a picture that is less wide, but more customized to how you want to frame the panorama. This app will definitely do in a pinch.
Just have good lighting (outdoors is best), don't do your sweeps too quickly, and be as steady as you can. One thing I noticed is that when the sun is above and ahead of you, the panoramas can have shadowed banding...so keep the sun behind you and things are much better. I hope the final version will fix this.
For better quality panoramic pictures, I'll stick with my Sony DSC-TX7 camera. But it's great to see Sony Ericsson still supporting the X10 with cool little apps!
its not working on froyo Roms...
Trip's IRIS MIUI 1.6
Seems like it only works on the official 2.1. I'm really interested to see how this app develops.

Yeah, it will work only on Xperia X10 + Stock ROM. You can download the .apk from here, if interested.

Anyway to get sense camera on CM7?

This may be a stupid question but I haven't seen it in the thunderbolt forum. So the only thing I hate about CM7 is the camera and I loved the stock one. Wondering if I can just get that onto CM7. Thanks
The sense camera needs sense to function correctly. Have you tried the mui camera? It's popular and better than the cm7 camera imo

Does Faux123's ROM use the same CM7 camera?
Yeah it does, that camera has always been terrible for me, I couldn't even zoom in on screen without using volume buttons, everything is cramped, u press zoom u get the thing below it.
