i updated the latest kernel 21-3-2011, but after that both my FFC and normal camera dont work at al (black screen).
anybody else with these problems.....and maybe solutions..
could i just zip the prior update ??
tried flashing older update doesnt work.....bummer.
just had FFC working with 20-3-2011 update..

I am using CM 6.1.3 including Hotfix V061 ROM, everything is working great but still i would like to mention here the few issues i am facing :
1) Camera (in-built or vignette) does not take picture at the hard-ware full capacity which is 8.1 megapixel.
2) Video recording does not work properly. HD video is not yet supported.
3) No support for some of the Asian languages like Hindi, Urdu etc. (Original stock rom was supporting these languages).
4) Wifi / USB tethering not working.
5) No Mediascape (though many people do not need this).
I hope these issues will be over soon...
have you checked for some updates or newer versions? what phone is this for? did you do a full wipe before installing the rom?

I already tried Hotfix V061 which is the newest update released on 22nd april meant to fix the camera. See here.
But both the camera and video recorder does not work properly even i have purchased vignette but still there seems to be several issue.
And sorry i didn't mention that my phone is Xperia X10i (i thought i am posting under xperia x10 sub-forum) and currently i am having the wolfbreak's latest custom ROM CM 6.1.3 in it.
Has anyone had any luck? So far im obviously rooted with cwmrecovery installed. But i got 4.2 gapps and ive been trying to fix the sphere camera on the photon q. I know it wasnt designed for 4.0.4 but it works just lags like crazy. And it takes forevvvveerr to take a photo. I figure if someone could come up with gyro mod maybe it could work??
Does anybody success record without any lag in 4.4..
Its like a bugs with framerates..i've tested on stock with kitkat cam and used the same apk with 4.4..(all in orig dev)....maybe driver issue...
I guess no one success....

Has anybody tested an "AOSP M Preview" build from FXP on D2303? Is it good? I mean, what is working and what is not (ex. camera ofc). I'd like to test it out but I don't know if it's worth. Or is there anybody who builded such rom from source (dev-prev 3)?

I flashed it, and think it's quite old release. It's from firsts of July. In my case, SystemUI is broken , no navbar nor status bar. Calls are working, proximity sensor is working too. Volume rocker didn't work too, mainly because of systemui crash. Headphones also work. Network (3g) seemed to work fine too. And that's all i tried. I don't recommend using it until they update it.

So after installing cyangen os 5.1.1 i jst found out rotation doesnt work even with it enabled so i installed acclemeter check and its said this device does not support it wtt. So i tried switching roms and still doesnt work. So i went back to stock 4.4.4 cyangenos and it worked den oxygen os 5.0.2 it werks perfect but other dan those two roms it doeent work on them i dont know. Help
You have to flash lollipop modem.
