First i am german so my english isnt perfect
Okey i have a biiiiiig problem....
i has flashed my with LEO "Stock" NAND Android ROM
and after i have updated with bootloader the HD2 stick at the HTC bootscreen and i cant do anything ....
I put out the battery for few minutes and does a hardreset but nothing is doing on the HTC ....
and if that isnt bad enough, so the Computer doesnt find the HD2
can anybody help me pleasseeee

mm did i understand you correctly in that you flashed a nand android rom straight from a stock winmo rom (6.5), without hrdspl or magldr?
Tell me exactly the steps you took please.
Can you enter into bootloader (tri colour) screen? (by holding down volume button and restarting)?

can everbody help me my Pda Compact 2 fails after softupdate with
wrong Update (qtec)
Now after start the device, the display is flashing short and than nothing !!
with plug in AC-Power I come in Bootloadermode(without usb or seriell shown) but with usb cable nothing.
The bootmenu does not work !!! What can i do ??? (before flashing bootmenu ok)
are there tools for flashing rom directly or a other way to come in bootmenu ???
without bootmenu i can not boot from SD or ???

My sad story is…..
I purchased MDA Compact II a month ago. I changed its ROM with JAMin’s ROM (after unlocking with LOKIWIZ). The device was OK but camera was not working, so I updated it again with K JAM’s ROM process started 10% to100% as usual & massage appeared congratulation your device is updated successfully. The process was also running on my device as usual. But after that my device (I mean MDA Compact II) refused to start normally it just blinks LED & so LCD. (It is dead now) The PC doesn’t detect it no boot loader is available to update it with its original ROM that I got now. So if you find any thing plz help me & if I get any thing I promise I'll inform you my email adres is [email protected] plz mail me to have your email adress to comunicate

if you say you can get into the bootloader with the AC cable then you should beable to download a SD card image on to the phone.
When plugged in it is not bootloader. Same thing happened to me and i tried the sd image rom. The screen looks like the bootloader but it is not. There are 3 colors and no mention of serial 1.x or whatever it is. I am going to send my unit in 4 repair. Look in the prophet forums there are 2 threads. One is titled upgraded prophet with wizard rom and the other thread is Can anyone help fix my brick. If anyone knows a fix it would be great but I think it has to be repaired by disributor.

Hi,
I have XDA Neo and last night, I upgraded my Neo (G4) to jesterz AKU 2.3 ROM with 8MB poolsize and after successful upgrade, I get first bootscreen with IPL, SQL and GSM but nothing happens after that as it just get stuck at this screen. Then I am resetting this device and then it gets into bootloader screen. I have tried doing hard reset using Comm+Camera+Reset Button but it doesn't halp as well...as it gets into bootloader again.
Could you guys help me to get my device working again?

downgrade to an original rom
I'm stuck in the same problem.. My XDA stops at the O2 Boot screen, showing the IPL (2.15.0001), SPL, GSM and OS.. and nothing happens..
And I can't downgrade or even upgrade to another OS version, 'cause any I ran RomUpgradeUtility says that the pda isn't connected to the PC..
Remembering: I am not stuck at the 3 colors bootloader screen. I'm stuck at the O2 IPLs BootScreen, where I am not able to communicate with the computer by USB..
What should I do now?

You people should read before touching custom ROM's!
Hold both the camera and comm button to get in the 3 color screen. Then flash with an original ROM.
Wilson77 since you have a G4 device you can't just flash it with any ROM. Check the forum on flashing your G4 device.

I did the Bootloader Procedures (Camera + Reset) and now I'll try to downgrade to the shipped german rom, and then to the English Crossbow that ran nice since January..

LOL Noting wrong with cuiosity, on the contrary. But flashing the wrong way (specially the G4) may brick your device. Were just tryin' to prevent that by providing you with a lot of information
my herald have error
i tryed RUU rom flash for SD mode :S first time boot screen frozed i backed my old SD rom version its work fine :S an i tryed RUU rom for RUU mode install but when its come %80 its say ERROR 276 UPDATE EROOR pls help :S
note:i think my battery lower than %50 and take this error its possible? but RUU start rom update :? now im charging battery for my other herald

i cant hard reset beavuse my pda open always bootloader mode and up-right corner have a RUU im now try SD card format :S
its cant work my herald always open for 3 color :S

My silly brother whent and buy a HD2 not working thinking i can fix it for him and im kinda new with HTC devices.
Okay the phone starts to a black screen
Then i opened bootloader (Image1)
I copied the Official Rom Inglish to an Micro sd Fat 32 named LEOIMG.nbh.
The prosses stops at Radio with an error (Image2)
What exactly can i do??
I whant to restore the phone to his original TMO rom with no hacks.
And i dont have the usb cable for it so all has to be via Micro SD.
Please guys help me out.Oh and btw i try searching for similar post but they dint help because they were not the same problem as me.

I finally managed to put a wm 6.5 rom with manila2D on my Qtek 9100.
Now a friend of mine also wants that stuff on his smartphone.
He has a HTC Polaris (Touch Cruise) which is running wm 6.1 dutch.
I told him it would be in english, but that;s no problem.
I managed to find a rom, but no matter what I do...I can't get in on his phone.
Could someone get me a step by step guide on howto do it?

my problem is I can't get the HARD-SPL thing on the device.
I all the guides it says it will tell you to unplug en replug the usb cable...bit mine doesn't.
It boots the bootloader, and after that a progressbar shows up and gets stuck @ 0% for a while and then error.

whether you try to use Hard SPL V2 .. ?
for the perfect flash HardSPL , you must remove the sim & sdcards then run SDA ApplicationUnlock installed on your PC only then you can run the ROM Update Utility.exe to flash the hard SPL

HardSDL V2 Worked GREAT!!
My co-worker is really gonna like this.
After downloading the HardSDL in the attachment it was installed in a few seconds.
After that, installing the rom was piece of cake...WORKED LIKE A CHARM!
