Hi,
I really like the idea of USB On The Go.
I have an external mobile USB sound card with amplifier (Fiio E7 DAC/AMP) that is connected to my PC via USB, and with my headphones via jack 3,5mm. It enhances sound quality a lot + it brings more power for big headphones.

I would want to connect it with my future Samsung Galaxy SII smartphone, that supports USB OTG, but some people say that USB OTG works only for mass storage devices.
Tell me please, what did you successful connected to your USB OTG supporting phone!

I have a card reader and a 1gb microsd.
Can someone teach me how to connect them? I tried and the card reader's led is always off. And the phone just remains on "Enter USB Host Mode"
Edit: I found out that when I use a thumb drive, it did have power but my card reader no
But my card reader works normally :/
May be your Y cable is wrong ? (wires is difference soldered). You can try that: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=19873059
Its a work in progress but I was able to get a galaxy nexus to recognize my HTC 8.1 then strapped together with usb otg powered cable with a charging micro usb connected to the otg
This worked in the bootloader mode and booted mode on the 8x. Didn't work when android was booted in tarp recovery. Android gallery on the galaxy nexus attempted the sync photos but failed.
I'm thinking the possibility of using a parallel usba to usba ustarcom cable might might be successful at reading the window phone file system.
I will add pics when I get to a pc.
Any suggestions or comments are apprecieated.

This is my settings and the attempt from HU to connect to my phone over and over on loop
Helo,
I want to install to my car tablet instead of radio, so I need posibility of charging and transfering data in the same time to the device, and I found tablet meeting my specifications, Kruger&Matz 7" EAGLE 702 (USB C, LTE, radio, mini jack).
So I would like to ask will it work if I use HUB USB C to 4 x USB 3.0, one USB3.0 as tablet power and rest of usb's as data connections. Or should I buy USB C Splitter (USB C to 2x USB C).
Would be great if first option will be working because it have external power supply.

I have a USB to C-USB to connect my android tablet to PC win 10 ,i can see it's connected but nothing show and no way to make files show, do i need a special usb to C-USB cable? or is there a way to connect Device to PC without cable?
If tablet's USB mode is set to "MTP" you should see the tablet's files / directories in Windows Explorer.
