[Q] New G Tablet misses screen tap 20% of the time. - G Tablet General

Hey Guys,
An old-school alpha-geek, I started on a Radio Shack TRS-80 model 100 (Holy cow I should have kept that) and most recently an iPad 3G. I lead with this factoid only to suggest that I am comfortable with touch screen GUIs. -{)}
With the stock ROM my brand new G Tablet , Screen tapping does not register 20% of the time. Specifically when I press my finger on an icon it often does not launch.
This did not change with the "status update" Viewsonic pushed.
Is this behavior something I should get used to or should I expect a Vegan, tnt, etc ROM flash to rectify?
TIA!
Bill

see if Gojimi's calibration app helps?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=934500

mildness,
1. No, I would not call that normal. I do think my tablets work better with a firm press of the pad of the end of my finger than with a tap (aka, fingernail?). If it continues and you don't find a solution, I would look at return or swap options.
2. When I got my first tablet, which was way back in November, I barely could get the offscreen search/home/menu buttons to work. I was frustrated and tried everything. Then one day I installed another version -- not sure whether it was an OTA update or a ROM -- and suddenly it was fine!!!! Don't know why.
I know this doesn't "answer" your question -- but I hope I have given you ideas to work with.
Rev

My screen seems unresponsive when it is cold. That usually means right after I boot it up. Once it warms up it seems to work much better.
I didn't notice this when I first purchased it, back in the first week of November. But it was much warmer outside then, and I keep my home cool to keep costs down.

Indeed, it's either this or a defective unit, better exchange it if cal doesn't change a thing...
P.S.
When calibrating, I noticed sometime it was not perfect, so sometime it need a few shot to be perfect, but if you do not see a difference then it's probably defective...

I had the same problem. Search my name and look for a post that I made including directions from another site on how to calibrate your screen.
I am at breakfast now or I would post the link. I was the same way you work and we're just about to return my G tablet. This fixed it 100%.
Just so that you know it is the right post it involves placing a blank calibration.ini file on your sdcard and sdcard 2.
Good luck!

Questions

So I got my XT720 a few days ago and am loving it. Two things though:
1) I've had to do a quick reset (take out battery) about 4-5 times in the same amount of days. What happens is sometimes the screen will go blank (or when I press the on button all that will happen is the 4 buttons at bottom of phone will light up). Screen/phone becomes unresponsive and only way to get back to normal is to take out battery. I'm pretty sure that every time this has happened has been right (or shortly) after me downloading something on my phone (i.e. putting on a new wallpaper, or a song). Anyone have this happen to them?
2) I don't want to root or put on Dexter's ROM just yet. The reason for this is because a) I just got my phone and I don't want to void the warranty until I know everything works with no issues b) I'd rather wait for the complete/fully polished version of the ROM - I'm in no hurry right now, this phone is a big big upgrade from my previous phone even without 2.2.
Anyways, the point is, I'm pretty sure my phone isn't running with the 720MHz update right now and is running at 550. I want to put on that update to make my phone faster while I wait to root. However, whenever I go to - about phone - check for system updates - and click on that, it always tells me "Server unavailable. Try again later.". Been trying for the past few days and no luck. How can I get the 720MHz update (without rooting - at this point)?
Thanks
If the screen doesn't come on when you turn on the phone, you may have a defective one. My first XT720 was a dud right out of the box. I had to take it back to the Cincinnati Bell store and get it exchanged. I've heard of other people having similar experiences with the phone not turning on. Take it back. If they give you any crap about it, just tell them that the Motorola tech from their forums told you to take it back. This adds a bit of validity to the problem and may make it an easier transaction.
Nah, it works fine for the most part. Turns on and off and runs just fine normally. But my issue is I've just had it basically freeze up 4-5 times in the past week (noticing a possible connection to me downloading things).
I would think your phone is running at 720mhz. I believe the European / Asian versions were originally 550mhz & had an ota udate to the 720 level. You could download Android System Info or Elixer to check it out though.
I would also agree with reverendkjr, it the phone is acting funky take it back & get a replacement.
The XT720 from Wind is 720mhz with stock firmware, the only 550mhz was Korean version AFAIK, maybe some Euro versions.
As for the screen, you may want to try doing a factory reset on your phone. If it persists after that take it back to Wind for a replacement, had my wife's XT720 replaced due to a microphone problem.

Oh? I figured it might be at 550 since going back to homescreen - it reloads pretty often (thought 720 wouldn't do that), though it does run snappy enough in all other areas.

Be a bit of a pain to factory reset at this point. The problem isn't terribly disruptive at this point. Doesn't happen often enough to really bother me and restarting is quick. If it does continue and become frustrating I may consider factory reset. I just was wondering if anyone else experienced this.
WIND would give me a replacement at any time (within the year) if I told them about this issue? (Kind of hard to prove since it happens at it's own whim. Don't want to seek a replacement just yet anyways - not unless it continues and is an annoyance)
Just put a call into support so they have a record of the problems, explain to them you cant reproduce the problem, but it is a brand new phone and should not be doing this regardless.
They will suggest the reset to see if the issue persists, but you can decline at this time and at least get the issue logged so you have a better chance of replacement in the future.
Keep in mind though, within 14 days they will replace with a new phone, beyond that you may get a used one.
I can't imagine just ignoring a problem with a new phone like that. Especially since you have the ability to have it replaced for free.
Heck, I took a phone back once because it had ONE dead pixel on the screen. When the girl looked at me and said "Really?" I said "Hell yes, I just bought this damn thing and I want it to be PERFECT!"
you need to setup the APN to connect to 3G to get your 720 upgrade from OTA (if purchased unlocked Euro or Asia models)
if it's a Wind XT720 it should already be on 720

Yeah, I suppose that's true. If it happens again I'll look into getting it replaced.
Thanks for the help guys.
my XT711 has done the "blank screen a few times also and I have to remove the battery to reset it. Very strange thing, but I have had the phone for only a few days so im gonna see what its gonna do first cause sending it back to china is a pain in th butt.

Got my G2X replacement...

Got it in the mail today - T-Mo CS has been great so far - overnighted me a new one.
I just finished setting it up which took only 1 hour (thank you fast WiFi and Google restore).
Some things I've noticed so far.
- This one has a HUGE backlight bleed in the bottom right corner. It's really gross. The other corners and edges are fine although there is some I don't care. My original G2X seems had no blacklight bleed at all compared to this. Huge bummer with this..since if I want to keep the replacement I have to sacrifice screen quality.
- The power button is stiffer and nicer to click than my original G2X which was a bit squishy...silly but noticed it right away
- I used the Google restore so it reinstalled the same 72 apps I had installed on my original G2X at boot up. During this time the replacement G2X didn't heat up at all while I remembered my original G2X heated up considerably during the install. Not sure why this is.
- The screen feels more responsive than the original G2X. Feel this using keyboard, sliding lock screen and general use.
- Battery life (probably an anomaly) seems better on this phone doing similar tasks. Will need to test for longer period to be sure.
I'm going to now use the replacement as my phone for the next 72 hours (need to use on workdays too) and I'll report back on whether I still have any reboots or freezes that I had on my original G2X.
I'm half hoping I do and don't. If I don't, there's a chance it's a hardware issue and I have to decide to keep the new one with a worse screen. If I do, then it's software and will be fixed on my old one so I can go back to it.
We shall see...

Could you explain that process in detail? When I switched from my Nexus One to the G2x, Market listed my paid apps as "purchased," but it didn't install any apps at all, neither free nor purchased. I'd like to try the factory-reset approach people have mentioned as improving their battery performance, but I really don't want to have to search for and manually install the 70-80 apps I have on my phone currently.

Sure! Make sure in Settings-> Location & Privacy -> Backup my data/restore my data are both checked and it's tied to your primary GMaila ccount. I don't know how frequently it backs up and there's manual way to do a backup.
However, what will happen is when you factory reset and login with this GMail account it will not only restore contacts, calendar, email, etc. but all the apps you had installed (purchased and free) at the last backup. It will do this all in the background so you can use your phone for other stuff. The only indication is the SYNC icon in the notification bar. Once done it will show a notification that says "XX applications successfully restored" and you're done.
You can then go into Market and put on other ones that may have been missed, etc.
It will also restore your WiFi AP passwords and settings including other settings, It's pretty cool

this is the exact reason i'm undecided about sending mine back. mine is slight in the top right corner. i can only see it if i hide the status bar with adw. i'm just worried that i'm going to get one that's worse. or get someones refurbished bleeding to death device. have no idea what i'm going to do. just over a week to get my cash back. or live with it. or play the mail game with tmo, sending devices back and forth till i get one to my liking. i just unrooted and restored stock recovery incase i send it back. knowing me, cyan will release tonight and i'll install it and keep it. lol. my head is spinning from trying to decide. 500 bucks for an inferior screen? my g1 had no bleeding. after just saying that, i think i'm gonna play the mail game with tmo. it's friggin 2011. i demand better for my hard earned money. plus, if we all just accept it, it gives the manufacturers no reason to improve upon things. if enough people say no, they'll get the hint.
What you describe is what I expected to happen, but it didn't. It occurs to me that this probably didn't happen for me in the switch from the Nexus One to the G2x because the N1 was running Gingerbread and the G2x is still on Froyo.
Anyhow, I'm glad to know that it does work at least in some circumstances, and I've had those settings since I first configured the device, so maybe I'll be brave and try the factory reset. Thanks for taking the time to answer.

I'm torn too. If this phone doesn't reboot or have any issues at all then I'll probably keep it even though the blacklight bleeds in one corner. This appears to be the current quality of most panels as nearly every ipad2 it seems has horrible blacklight bleed (including my wife's). I can live with a lower quality screen in exchange for a better overall and more stable device.
I bought my first g2x in store on the 20th and had over 20 freezes/reboots in the first 24 hours. Replaced it and now running over 24 hours with no reboots and three full charge cycles without a single hitch. I highly suggest getting a replacement if you have the reboot issue.

Well that's the end of that. My replacement rebooted in the middle of the night while charging which my current phone has never done. So I'm back to my original G2X and I'm keeping it. Its obvious this is some type of software issue and not hardware. My original is perfect hardware wise with no bleeding at all.
I guess now I just wait until either LG patches the phone or CM7

More Transfomer Touch Screen issues...

Just got my new TF700. Major, major touchscreen issues. But these are weird... At first it looked very much like hardware fault but the more I try and use it the more I think its software.
First off, the left hand side not as good as the right hand side. Its first turn on was not usable and its been getting little better as the hours go by. 2 days in now. Done the normal re format, drain battery and also got it warmed right up with a good turn off also. ( Elec Blanket worked great for this controlled warmup ) Nothing has made a direct impact as some others have claimed on the whole Transformer range.
Ive had to take a video of what's happening. I've turned the developer options on to indicate when the digitizer detects the touch and also the indicator when the system responses to this touch. There is clearly a delay in when the system reacts to my touch. But sadly not as clean cut as this as sometimes the digilazer doesn't even sense my touch. Notice the left hand side not as good but still does work sometimes.
http://youtu.be/aslnYafGLf0
To me there is clearly a software issue with this delay. The system response times vary's heaps especially with 10 point touches. But at other moments its not detecting my finger at all... Ive read a lot of TF101 firmware upgades have created touches not to get detected also. Still software going on here ?
My issues with Asus and repair .... I brought this from USA and brought it to New Zealand over night. Big risk yes but it does have the Asus international warranty. 2 days after the invoice date NZ has to say it can be a repair only. I understand NZ doesnt have this yet but this is a huge kick for me as the turn around time is 5 to 8 weeks to repair my 2 day old product. They will import a new screen in but not DOA on receipt date. That hurts Asus but what if its your firmware ? Could it be fixed by the firmware first ? Its nice having a RMA number already as the NZ guys are great but I dont want to be their first TF700 to pull apart as it will never be the same.
I dont feel I can root it to test it some more as they might run away from warranty. Im stuck.... My first Asus product not been a motherboard and not happy with the evidence in front of me guys, please help me out.
Holy crap, that is ridiculous! Dunno what it might be, but I would try PM-ing that vid link to one of the Asus guys on XDA.

What? I thought it was always laggy. (By touch indicator I mean the line drawing thing you enable in dev settings)
This sounds as nothing a good custom ROM shouldn't be able to fix. (Unlocked bootloader has been released today! )
My HTC One X 4.1.1 never has any lag at all. Asus TF300 has a little but not inconsistent like this. The very edge of the screen is the hardest to even work and pushing to maximise finger area helps. But its the not even seeing touches and a long swipes does not work as it cant stay locked on.... Pinch to zoom very crazy because of this.
But its looking like I am the only one which is saying hardware ?
**** Update : Wow this is a huge epic fail from Asus. My patience is fully coming to an end. Asus have not done a single thing for me on this fault that makes it unusable.
I have a software issue. Its very clear it is now. Lastnight I did another hardreset to try and get this .26 update. For the first time ever it worked, 100% worked on its first boot up. I had a really really happy half hour with it and man it felt good knowing I didnt buy the most expecince tablet dud on the market. But, I did a standby power once and Boom, back to its crap unusable old ways.
So 100% working after reset then one power down resets it to its old ways. When it did work for that 30mins its was 100% working.
Gary and Tien from Asus. These guys have both repied to me. They are not the big Asus people at all, they are just USA Asus. They havnt even done anything for me at all. A huge let down as they make themselves sound like they can help. My unit is a USA unit. They have not asked me to do any tests, offer me a test firmware or even a better video. Or ask what hardware versions I have, simple nothing and taking the piss of what they are offering to this advance community here. Not even an email saying the new update is coming out that may help.
The really bad part about this is its quite clear that the .26 update talks about upgrading the touch FW. Tien emailed me this morning saying they cant even give me a copy of this public released FW for me to fix my problems.
EPIC EPIC FAIL FROM ASUS.
What should I do everyone as im starting to think about getting on a hill a shouting this out to more than just this forum.

Hey guys, dont want to bring this post up again but think I need to to close it off.

I am pleased I stuck to my feeling of what it was. Fully credit to XDA again with getting this update as that really was weird it not on Asus's website for the guys who really did need it. I waited for the XDA Asus guys but sadly ended with no reply on my email asking for a copy of the update.

Hey, it's always nice to hear that a case actually went over to the "Resolved" bin for a change (and all that on a stock ROM update instead of the custom ROM I had put my stake on, hehe). I'd rather have threads like these revived for messages like these than the dozens of useless threads that are cropping up on XDA re-chewing regurgitated (and partly decomposed) matters.
I'm glad it worked out so well for you, and wish you all the best and a happy forum forum presence and participation in the coming future.

The help that XDA provides is what led me to it in the first place. XDA is teh bestest. I'm thinking about a manual infinity update myself.

Hi All,
I live in Australia and received my TF700 from the US yesterday. I charged it up and then attempted to do the initial configuration where it asks you to choose a language. However the touch screen does not appear to be working – it is not responding anywhere I touch so cannot continue past this screen. Have tried cold booting (power and volume down key) multiple times but no change. I am guessing it is DOA – or is there a chance it is firmware related? I am reluctant to send back to the US as it is going to cost a fair bit...
I am going to borrow a mates keyboard dock and see if I can continue past this screen with that and then hopefully install latest firmware. It is the only thing I can think of...
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
I've recently noticed another touchscreen "issue". Apparently, the digitizer is either incompatible with the screen resolution or just a software bug. When you scroll really really slowly, you can tell it's jumping by a few pixels at a time. When you fling though, it is completely smooth. This does not affect actual usage whatsoever but I do think its an interesting thing to point out.

Mines seems to be too sensitive. I put my finger as close as I can put it to the screen and it activates whatever icon is under my finger. Doesn't annoy me only when I get near the bottom right of the screen and the panel pops up.

Good capacitive screen. You are electric, lol.
Hi Guys - thanks for the advice I appreciate it - however I decided to bite the bullet as I was dreading sending this thing back to the US etc... Anyway - so my touch screen was not working at all - so I borrowed a keyboard dock from a friend (lucky I had this option), and could then proceed to configure the device (using the keyboard of course). I then manually downloaded and installed the .26 firmware and hey presto it's a miracle - the touch screen now works perfectly! So it was a risk but I am glad I had a crack anyway. So hopefully no-one has the same issue as me but if so then this might be worth a try.
Thanks again for any feedback.

3. Scrutinize the motions extremely closely while moving your finger as slow as you can.
You should notice multipixel (2 or 3) jumps.

[Q] Are these problems with cyanogen mod or the actual phone itself?

I'm pretty sure this is a hardware problem but I just want to make sure. I have an HTC Sensation 4G for T-Mobile (using Family Mobile) with Cyanogen Mod 10 installed. The problems I'm having are related to the touch screen. First of all, moving icons is really hard because it's like it doesn't detect that I'm still holding the icon. Thus, if I have an icon on the homescreen that I don't want, I usually have to first drag it up one row, then again and again until I get to the top to remove it. It also sometimes launches the app instead of moving it which is really annoying. The next problem is very similar to this one: whenever I'm scrolling through something (like contacts or a webpage, for example) the scrolling is kinda choppy and it sometimes takes a few swipes for it to actually scroll. It also sometimes opens links or the contact or whatever when I just want to scroll. Finally, long pressing is not reliable at all, it usually just considers it to be a tap. I literally spent like 1 minute yesterday just trying to open a link in a new tab before just giving up.
Oh yeah, I'm also experiencing trouble with the keyboard. Certain keys like "t" "c" and "f" are really hard to press. Whenever I try to type those keys in particular, it chooses the two keys on the sides instead (so if I type "f" it inserts "dg" or "gd" instead). I've installed a different keyboard which has kinda helped but it's still a problem because it slows down my typing to very slow speeds.
So basically, it looks like my screen is messed up, or I though maybe the processor is running too slowly to process the input or something like that. Looks like the screen though because I can sometimes identify "trouble spots" on the screen that cause the aforementioned behavior. Anyone else had problems like this before? I've heard that flashing the right radio can fix things like battery life and performance but I've never heard of something like this before. I bought the phone used on the internet so there's no way to get it repaired (besides paying for it of course, but that's not an option for me right now). The vibration also isn't working so I think it must have been dropped and that's why the vibration and screen are now messed up.

Hi,
I found CM ROMS gave poor screen sensitivity .
Not as bad as you are describing, though.
Have you tried a Sense ROM?
I've never used this rom so I'm not sure weather or not this is a rom issue or not. You can find out by posting this question on their rom site. I have however had similar issues with other roms and the problem was solved once I flashed a different rom. What you can do for testing purposes is download another rom and see if there problem still persists. If it does than you know it's your device. If the issue is gone then the problem would be with the rom itself. Just because no one else is experiencing the issue it does not necessarily mean it's the device. I was using a rom once And had a lot of crazy issues going on. On the rom website they said it must be my device however after I installed a new rom all my issues we're gone never to appear again. So everyone's device is different. Do some testing and that will answer your question. Try out a couple of other roms, if the issue is gone than it was the rom. If it's still present with the other roms then it's your device. Good luck and I wish you the best. Hope this is helpful.

I'll try one today. I've held back from trying different ROMS because I don't want to screw everything up and be left without a phone for a few days. But now it's the weekend so I'll back everything up and try a sense rom.

I tried installing a sense rom but it didn't install correctly. I started the install and one second later it said it was done. When I rebooted it threw me back into Cyanogen Mod 10. Any ideas?
I have elegancia installed now, same problems. i'll be re-installing CM10 since it had some really nice features. I guess I'll just deal with it then.
The only possible solution i can think of is the ground pin.
Check this thread... and i hope it will help you..

Keyboard issue on brand new and warranty replacement - long time returning user

Hi. I'm not your typical noob person, I simply haven't had an issue I couldn't find a solution for that required me to come to XDA in a very very long time.
Long story short, I got the Galaxy S8+ 5G tablet brand new from T-Mobile in less than a week.. immediately noticed issues with swiping/glide on both Samsung and Gboard keyboards(Gboard is my STRONG preference for a long time now)
This is brand new out of the box, before a screen protector was added or any apps installed. Still did all the standard trouble shooting - installed update, no dice. Force closed each keyboard, wiped cache and data on each keyboard, tried turning sensitivity off and on and.. no dice. Restarted into boot mode and wiped cache.. most of these things not really something that should apply to a brand new out of the box tablet except update and factory reset - both of which I did, neither of which, nor anything else has helped.
I even added a tempered glass screen protector thinking it's TOO sensitive, and even after that, and again trying to toggle sensitivity setting in the settings.. still just will not swipe.
I type this currently on my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE5G absolutely flawlessly. I can type without looking at the phone at all and type near perfect accuracy with just the occasional need to choose a different word in the suggestion bar.. that is using Gboard "glide". The tablet using Gboard bloating mode is almost an identical match to the size of this keyboard and would make it a nearly *perfect* way of typing just as quickly and accurately on the new tablet.. I understand that some of the accuracy comes from use of the keyboard and locally stored into but.. the tablet types gibberish half the time. If I push FAR harder than I should have to while gliding, a few words may work.
Called T-Mobile Saturday, had a warranty replacement sent(God I didn't want a refurbished device) because the only natural conclusion I could come up with is the digitizer has an issue, maybe during shipping.. etc. I don't know..
Got it last night, booted it up, this time I made them include a "invisible shield glass fusion+" screen protector which went on flawlessly and should have no effect on typing at all.. and it's got the same EXACT issue. Maybe a HAIR better, but still completely unusable in my opinion.
I want this for work, the tablet and this phone and a 4k Chromecast, with features like dex, second screen, etc.. there's just about no scenario I can think of where this WON'T be beneficial in any support scenario..
T-Mobile already wants to give me the tablet for free, I've had so many issues with them for so long they switched me to a "business select" package only certain managers can apply, and I get unlimited everything for each device at $25 per device.. forever. No matter how many.
No discounts for auto pay or mass numbers or.. just a flat number that beats the company I was going to switch to when I unlocked my phone 12 days ago.
But I've been a customer customer for 8 years and a T-MOBILE customer since before the first iPhone smartphone was released.. even a few years before that when the best phone you could get had a slide out keyboard and basic touch functions..
So they are supposed to be calling me within the hour, I expected to see numerous threads or posts about this issue, because clearly it isn't ME..
I find some other links I've tried fixes from like:
Strange Gboard bug temporarily breaks glide typing, here's how to fix it [Update]
Over the past 24 hours or so, users have started noting a strange issue with Google’s Gboard keyboard on Android,...
9to5google.com
And see this post of Galaxy phones describing exactly the same issue
https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyS22/comments/u8y4cz
and describing it happening with a specific update..
I've got 2 devices, the first is brand new and factory reset as of last night, has a glass screen protector, and the refurbished one in front of me with the same issue.. I've restored data so I can continue using it, but tried all the SAME fixes and nothing.. and T-Mobile is calling in 45 minutes or so.
Obviously I'd like to keep the brand new device rather than the refurbished one- but IS THERE A FIX, or anything I can do with them on the phone.. I got a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and aftermarket case.. I can type using the keyboard obviously, but I typically can type WAY faster with Gboard the way I am on my phone right now..
I tried doing searches on XDA but it seems like their search functionality has changed for the worse in the years I haven't been here.. that or I can't find the advanced search and forum search I KNOW I used to use daily.. not in the app, the mobile page, or desktop version.
And because it isn't worth it's own post I'll ask one more question -originally I had them send me a Galaxy tab 7 FE 5G becauseb the S20 I'm using still works so well and it was only $100 if I added the line.. and it's just an oversized worse version of my phone.(but don't recall it having this issue now that I think about it) Which is why I'm here now with this tablet..
The problem created by that is I can't tell the pen for that tablet and the new one apart, and here https://m.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=11342&idPhone2=10922# it is showing the new one has less latency, Bluetooth, etc..
Part of the reason they are calling this morning is they were like "oh, just keep the Galaxy tab 7 for free, on us"
Me: "I don't want that oversized garbage, that's why I'm ordering the 8+!"
T-Mobile guy: "Oh, well then return the 7 and you can have the 8+ on us!"
Then I've been trying to get a shipping label for 11 days now, only to find out that he never put in the system that I wanted to return the device and he already voided out the equipment plan for it.. meaning I'm stuck with a tablet I don't even want- and can't tell which s-pen is supposed to be the better pen!
I mean, the chance I'll lose one is so high I won't return the pen and keep it as a backup.. but.. I'd still like to know how to tell the difference, when I attach either one it connects with no issue and I can't find anywhere that shows the pen type connected!
I'm so sorry this is so long, but like I said.. I normally do not need to come here and get my issues resolved myself, it's what I do for work.. and I haven't needed to root/rom a device in so long that I just kinda.. stopped.
(But I'm not going to lie, I got super excited when I came here and there seems to be the option to root/ROM and that it seems like a well supported device in that way! I've kind of dreaded KNOX because previously I never could.. but I'll look into that later once I fix my CURRENT issues..!)
Best I can do as far as pic of S-Pens https://photos.app.goo.gl/pfqKMiiG49L21gx7A
